Negative experience: Miranda was unbelievably cold at the front desk and was completely unwilling to help me. She gave short answers and refused to give me her full attention. She didn't explain things well enough for me to understand and got frustrated when I asked her to better explain the policies at Great Expressions Edit: I reached out to the office after they commented and they ignored me. They billed my insurance $103 because I couldn't pay their ambush copay at an XRAY ONLY appointment I didn't end up accepting. I still went to the appointment I just didn't have $77 for them to take.

Fantastic experience: They always do a great job, but what I like best about them is all the staff including the Dentist have great senses of humor and seem to enjoy each other’s company, which helps put me at ease. I’ve been going there like 14 years and the staff hasn’t changed much, which suggests good teamwork and camaraderie. Not necessarily what you’d expect from a big chain, but this office at least seems to be run very well, happy staff, happy patients!

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have been to Great Expressions many times, and I am always happy with my smile as well as my health. Recently, I had a bridge put in and the treatment was absolutely painless and the bite plate on that side of the mouth is solid and allows me to eat the foods I always love, but had to have a full set of teeth. They always do follow-ups with teeth cleaning care, and making sure you have a wonderful smile !!!

Fantastic experience: When my dental insurance changed, my previous dental office refused to honor it. While looking for a new one, I had an Friday emergency. Most offices were not open . Not only was Great Expressions (Linden Rd) open, but they saw my emergency that day!! I found them to be caring, very professional, & personable. Patient service, convenience & comfort are high priorities, in a lightly humorous atmosphere.

My Dentist and Hygentist will take time to converse on subjects off the current task. This always makes the visit more pleasant. It puts the patient at ease. The Dentist and Hygentist are concerned about my Dental Health and give me excellent care and good advice. Also, for check in to check out, the Office Staff and all the Assistants run a very efficient operation. I would recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to this office years ago and was not a fan of a lady at the front desk… chose not to go back. After many years, and some dental issues I HAD to suck it up and return… that person no longer works there and the current staff is amazing! Crazy how one bad apple can spoil a whole bunch. They’re very kind, empathetic and helpful.
