Fantastic experience: I don't know much other then I was flown by helicopter to 2 different hospitals almost dying from health issues & the doctor here is good

Negative experience: Tonya Lott would not recommend. My last time going there.

Negative experience: Place is a joke all they’re worried about is how much $ you make. Don’t listen to concerns at all and will cut you off mid sentence

Negative experience: Trans people: don’t go here for HRT! You’re better off finding a different clinic for it (I had great luck with Planned Parenthood after leaving here). David Hamaker, while very nice, doesn’t give the dosages you’ll want. I was given a very small dose of just estradiol for years here, before Planned Parenthood immediately upped my dose of that and put me on spiro and progesterone. One year at PP has done more for my E levels (and brought down my T levels) more than 3 years with Dr. Hamaker did. He also asked at my first appointment - which was weird and uncomfortable! - if I was breastfed as a baby. This was not comfortable to be asked on my first appointment with him. I would find a different endocrinologist if you’re looking to start your transition.

Fantastic experience: Love Burton Hamilton Clinic been going there for yrs to see my Most Caring Doctor Gary Roome he such great Doctors very Caring for hizz patients and I will keep him only him to be my Primary Doctor until he decides to Retire I hope that's still not for a long time thank you Burton Hamilton Clinic for taking good Care of me all these yrs especially thank u to DR.Room your the Best there is and ever will be azzz being a Family Doctor thank you thank you ♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: Doctor Roome is a very good doctor. He has sent me to several specialists and one of them found out that I had four blocked arteries. Had he not referred me to this cardiologist I might not be here today.

Positive experience: I've been going to Hamilton clinic for several years. I've had very good experiences with them. Everyone seems to be very caring and compassionate. I have a wonderful doctor. Dr Hamaker. One of the best doctors I've ever had. I never had a doctor willing to call me every week to check on me when medical problems arose. The whole staff has been wonderful. I am very happy with this practice. I'll be there a long time.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for many years, and I'm especially pleased with the care and professionalism of Shauna Miller, PA and Abbey Hilden, PA. They both genuinely listen to my health concerns and take time to fully explain all of the medications and procedures and processes that can be involved with doctors' visits. Furthermore the office staff, Medical Assistants and lab workers are friendly, professional and get to you at a timely manner. This office is very clean and well-maintenenced, and I haven't experienced any troubles while being a patient there. The staff is helpful with questions, friendly and pleasant. The dentist office attached has a great atmosphere, and the pharmacy as well is very convenient and goes above and beyond to compensate any requests or issues that may occur with insurance, etc. I highly recommend this office and Hamilton Community Health!

Negative experience: Impossible to reach. Refuse to answer or even return phone calls for life threatening situations or even to acknowledge/correct a script that they sent in incorrectly. How no one has had a medical malpractice suit against this office is beyond me. They do have a great operator that knows how to route calls to the voicemails that no one ever responds to though.

Fantastic experience: The facility and equipment were clean. The staff were all very helpful and nice. Dr. Gary Roome MD is wonderful. He listened and took care of all my needs. His nurse, knew my blood pressure was high. She checked it in both arms and with two different machines. That is good health care. Most places check it once and just go with it. She was comforting and very smart. I was very impressed and will return. Vikki Moore

Negative experience: Horrible. I saw the psycatric nurse Lynda at the clio she called me in one of my scripts but never called in the correct amount. My pharmacy said she called to confirm I picked up one but never called the right dose in. I'm sorry you DO NOT get to change what I'm on without speaking to me first! It's me that choses who my healthcare team is. I already fired my doctor from there because he kept saying it was the insurance fault why I did get ozempic. WRONG my new doctor called it in and I got it right away. Not a good experience

Negative experience: I went to the main building on Saginaw Street because I had severe mouth pain, and although they took X-rays, they could not find the problem and sent me to this location since the main one was booked. When I saw the doctor here, I asked if he was going to take an X-ray, but he said it was not necessary. Because the pain was spreading, I was unsure of the exact source, so I trusted his judgment. Instead of taking an X-ray, he pulled the wrong tooth. If he had taken the time to do an X-ray and review it carefully, he would have seen that the real issue was a wisdom tooth pressing on a nerve. I later went to a different dentist, and they confirmed it was my wisdom tooth causing the pain, which means I went through an unnecessary tooth extraction and more pain because of the mistake.

Fantastic experience: Dr.R.Naman is the best doctor I believe I've had in well A very long time surgeon, podiatrist!!!!I am impressed by her nature she's no B.S IM ESTATIC AT HER WORK definitely would recommend THANK YOU SO MUCH REEMI

Negative experience: Not to get too detailed. It has been months of rescheduling, calls, and in person visits. My first visit was the fastest only 60 mins, and they were on time calling me back. Every visit since, I've had waits as bad as 120mins. Plus waiting to be called back for a 10:45am appointment at 11:30. The previous time was almost 180mins plus waiting room time over 35mins. The Doctors, and other staff laugh at you when it is brought up. (Very non-professional) Referrals can take months to get processed by Office/Doctor. My Doctor has yet to give me an update about a medication she wanted to prescribe, but needed insurance approval. Some times they don't even call my meds in. If it wasn't so hard to find a Doctor right now I would not be here, any longer. The phlebotomists are normally awesome though.

Negative experience: Absolutely hate going here. Even when you call to make an appointment whoever you talk to is just nasty. Everything is such an inconvenience to these people. Would not recommend going here unless absolutely necessary.

Positive experience: I have had 3 doctors before I got Shanua. She is an awesome doctor. She listens and always makes sure I understand what my next steps are. The best part is that I don't have to go in for test results. I always get a med call. I hope she stays at Hamilton. Stay blessed and safe out there

Negative experience: HCHN-Burton Dental gets 1 star only because the front desk workers were polite and kind. New patient here. The young (w) lady who started my X-rays was nice enough, but she gave up on me rather quick. I have dental anxiety. My blood pressure was high, I informed her I was very nervous. I told her whenever I have X-rays done, child size bite wings are used because my mouth is small and I gag really bad. She checked with the doctor/dentist to see if it was ok to switch to the smaller/child size bite wings. The dentist said NO. So she proceeded to do the X-rays with the larger bite wings and I was struggling. She went and got another dental assistant…Matt. And that’s where everything went to hell. I asked why she had left and he said “I have more experience and tricks “. Then he began to rush through the X-rays, shoving the bite wings in my mouth and breathing like he was exasperated. He only made it to the front of my mouth and I started gagging. He offered no words of comfort, just the trash can. I asked him how many were left, he said 9. I told him I didn’t think I could finish, and I mentioned this is why I needed the smaller size bite wings. He said “we don’t have enough to use them for you”. So I left in tears. There was absolutely no compassion or concern by the dentist who showed a lack of willingness to accommodate my fears, or Matt with his cold demeanor towards me as a patient. I would not recommend anyone who has dental anxiety to go here, they don’t practice Gentle Dental care at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hammaker always makes sure he spends a few extra minutes to make sure you're good. Staff is always friendly too!

Fantastic experience: I got exceptional care from the amazing RN Ty as well as my doctor Zack! Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I was comfortable and felt heard. Very happy with my Primary choice!

Negative experience: I took a form there for my daughter, and asked if the doctor could fill it out for her. The receptionist told me they can't accept any forms because they might lose it. That shows me how irresponsible they admit to being. They wouldn't even ask the doctor if she'd be willing to fill it out. A friend suggested I ask for the office manager. I have tried multiple times to reach her. It always has gone straight to her voicemail. The form is for an ESA at an apartment complex. She just needs the form filled out! The information has already been assessed.

Fantastic experience: Staff and Dr. Hamakker are AWESOME!! Dr. David Hamakker is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He always ask if we have any questions, and we (my family and I) always leave out feeling well cared for.

Fantastic experience: This hygienist man was sweet and kind did a cleaning excellent job on my teeth it was less painful and less pressure I would definitely go back next time if he still available

Fantastic experience: I came back to Hamilton Clinic, because I really like Dr Ben, he really cares about my health, he listen, he has compassion and he is a friend too, the workers in the front is amazing.

Negative experience: Don't count on an MD (Gary) to care about your health and well being in your time of need. He is the only MD at this location and you'll have to go somewhere else if you're prescription that's been prescribed needs an MD's approval. You'll be going through withdrawal from not being able to take your meds and he doesn't care. It's too bad though because the PA'S nurses and front desk staff are friendly and seem genuinely concerned about your general health.

Fantastic experience: The nurses are awesome when they greet you the doctors were very professional getting my blood work done there at quest was almost fun because we were laughing , humor helps.

Negative experience: Whoever does the appointments don’t answer until 8:30 when it says open at 8:00 been trying to call for 3 days and sick

Negative experience: I was told to come in because of a dental emergency and was turned away as soon as I arrived because they were no longer taking walk-ins after I was told to be there between12:30pm and 1:30. I got there at 12:38 pm.

Negative experience: I only stay for Dr Ben. The receptionists are rude and don’t care about anyone. My appointments get canceled constantly, and I had a telehealth appointment to go over lab results, but nobody has called me. So I called, and was on hold for 40 minutes. They finally picked up and told me I didn’t have an appointment scheduled even though I went to the front desk after my last appointment and made sure to schedule it, Considering I put it down in my phone. Why would I do all these tests just to figure out what’s wrong with me if I won’t even find out either way.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, amazing staff. They care about their patients!

Negative experience: Will not be returning to any Hamilton center. I’ve been to two different locations and the service is always SLOW, The front desk people were nice and friendly, but I was there for over 3 hours and still left without doing blood work because of how long and unorganized this place was.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Nicole Mangett NP. I have never enjoyed seeing my care provider until switching to Hamilton community health. They all take their time, so pleasant and patient with answering any questions or concerns I have.

Negative experience: They require under aged female patient to be seen alone with no adult or other office personal in the room. Really weird. Seems as tho they would want to protect their doctors as much as the children from any issues that could arise later. Lord protect and cover my child

Negative experience: No one there is on the same page.. if you had an apt. At 145 u should not still be sitting there at 230 with only vitals were done.. then ask me why I am there with my 17 year old.. well maybe cause he's a Minor..

Negative experience: I have social anxiety, and this place gave me a panic attack. The sign on the door said one person at a time, and masks must be worn. There were 6 people crammed in the waiting area, none of them with masks on. The only reason I stayed is I'm in a walking cast, and didn't want to lose my place in line. There is no system for people to get in line electronically or from in their cars. What an awful feeling of being trapped with other people, who might be contagious. Even the lady at the register had her mask down under her nose. I do not recommend this place, because they don't follow their own rules.

Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is great. It's easy to get an appointment, referrals and prescriptions, there's minimal wait time, the billers have never made a mistake, and the staff is hysterical. I've been seeing Shauna Miller for 4+ years and she is the most empathetic doctor I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: I am a new patient here, I waited at least a hour in waiting room also was told my doctor wanted to see me back in a week to go over lab results I had to cancel appointments because of conflict they haven't even messaged me back when ive messaged on my patient portal can't they send me my results its bs i shouldn't have to have an appointment just to get my lab results

Fantastic experience: Each time I visit I’m greeted with kindness, everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and professional. Typically in and out without too much waiting around.

Negative experience: I love Dr Ben but that’s the only reason I stay, the ladies at the front are incompetent. They are rude, they don’t care about you, they tell you one thing and then another. Wait times too long as well. Most of the ladies up front don’t know what they are doing at all and they call me with too many cancellations for my appointments, even when I NEED to be seen and then they tell you to call in the morning for same day appointments but when you call I get told there’s no appointments at all open. Ridiculous. Not happy at all.

Fantastic experience: Today I took my 16 yr old daughter to see NP Tonya Lott, It’s always stressful establishing a relationship with a new doctor! I can’t stress enough about how much we both felt listened too, acknowledged and genuinely cared for! Tonya spent literally almost an hour with us and addressed ever single concern and question we had! I 100% appreciate the seriousness given to the reason for our appointment (mental health) and I truly feel that Tonya went the extra mile to actually hear us and provide help and hope! I absolutely would recommend her and am glad we found her!!!

Fantastic experience: I started going to the Hamilton Clinic around 2017. After a rough start I found a doctor who really listens to me. He even engaged back in the conversation. I am so pleased with all the services. The building is clean. There's a security guard. Office staff always busy answering calls and getting people checked in. All the nurses are very polite. The Lab on sight is great as well as the pharmacy. It's all here in one location. Plus it's close to home. I'm super happy with all the services here.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular patient at Hamilton Community Health Services in Burton. I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Gary Roome. He is very thorough, helpful, and he listens. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and he takes time to explain things to you so you understand what's going on with your health. I also like the fact that the wait is never long to see a provider, they answer phone calls promptly and the reception staff and nurses are very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this health facility.

I've come here for lots of different things and I've always been helped. A very easy going, non invasive clinic where you can feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roome is the greatest . My Aunt also sees him . I have been seeing him for many years . He always makes me feel comfortable and that he is doing what's best for me . He always helps to the best of his ability . Great scheduling. What more could you ask for . Hamilton has everything in a one stop shop . Blood draw , pharmacy . I wouldn't go anywhere else .My children also see Dr. Ben Bussito he is so attentive . To both my 9 year old and my teenage daughter he has been seeing them both since they were little . He is a 10 out 10 perfect doctor . I couldn't be more satisfied with Hamilton Burton. As long as my Doctors are there I am there . They must know what there doing hiring these wonderful doctors .

Fantastic experience: Love Tonia Lott .. she and the staff are caring and attentive to all my issues. They listen to what you have to say and work with you for results. Never have I had a Doc take the time needed to make sure your under the best care as I've gotten from the staff. If it wasn't for Dr. Lott I probably wouldn't be here today, developing a serious issue during Covid lockdown she was on top of it and got me the prompt care I needed. Excellent facility!!

The appointments were so far apart...Cancellations Happened Often I don't think they could keep a doctor on staff. I was sad to leave really but found an amazing new Dentist. Good Luck Hamilton..... Fantastic experience: Dr. Busito is an awesome doctor and he listens to his patients and really shows a caring bedside manner to all his patients he is very respectful and shows true concern he is by far the best doctor ever and that’s why I choose to continue going to Hamiilton clinic. Also Theressa the receptionist is very friendly and really knows her job she is very awesome and makes clients feel like family she definitely deserves an outstanding receptionist award and dr Busito deserves a doctor of the year award so despite any other issues I have had I will continue going to Hamilton Clinic as long as Dr Busito and receptionist Theressa are continuing to work there if they ever decide to relocate or leave I will not go to Hamilton Clinic any longer

Negative experience: Made an appointment for a phone call visit for 2:45, and this was because they said they wouldn’t see me in person. I was called at 3:04 to confirm my date of birth. Then they told me they would be right with me. I preceded to wait two hours for a phone call back. After two hours I decided to call and cancel my appointment (which had to be done through the operator as the office wasn’t answering their phones). I then decided to go to an urgent care as they would be more efficient then this office.

Negative experience: Couldn’t even get past the initial phone call. The lady I spoke with was so rude. Has zero education on how to work a front desk. She should be fired! The person with whom I spoke with would not give me her name, stated that she was the first person that I would see when I walked in the front door. So in short if you have a horrible experience right from the start it will be her. I will not be going there.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to this clinic since I was a little girl I love how they are interested in only what’s best for the patients. I also chose to pick them for all of my OB care for my child. I won’t stop using this clinic because they find out what’s needed and what’s necessary for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Was lucky to find HHCC on Saginaw st. in Flint. Over a decade receiving great care. The security guards are ALWAYS polite. The receptionists are wonderful, never more than a 1 to 5 minute wait at the windows. The MA's are good at their job. It's certainly a talent to be professional in our community. The care from Haymaker and Busito is wonderful. I am happy to keep returning. Regular walk in appointments are available. The affordable payment options are excellent. I have never had an issue that wasn't addressed as a serious concern. The care and compassion cannot be matched. They truly offer heatlh care based on need not affordability. The dental office is impressive. No one really likes going to the dentist. However, routine maintenance keeps small extremely painful issues from turning into ER visits for antibiotics. Pain medication is prescribed only when needed. I gladly tell ANYONE with a problem where to go.

Negative experience: Reception is rude as hell for the dentist office. Belittled the person in front of me for not understanding insurance and rude to me when trying to do a walk-in. I was sent from one office to another for a walk-in and then told at this office they aren't taking walk-ins 10 mins after the walk-in time. Go to Flint - less wait, friendlier staff, and my dentist there was amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth pulled today and was extremely scared mainly about the shot they give u to Numb me up and the dentist guy knew I was so he just started talking about pineapples and other random convos to keep my mind off what he was doing and I was so into the conversation I didn’t think about the shot.... he was like all done I was like wooow are h I didn’t even pay attention or fell it.... I’m mad I can’t remember his name but he was really good and let me no everything that he was doing and about to do

Fantastic experience: The Burton clinic location has a friendly prompt staff. I never have to worry about sitting for ages, telehealth is a great option they offer also.

Fantastic experience: I take my daughter to Dr. Sheikh and I love her! She immediately started out appointment by making sure to address any concerns we had about her health/development, etc. before beginning the week check. She is very nice and gives medical advice in a way that doesn’t make us feel like we’re being ridiculed for how we raise our daughter as we are young first time parents. 10/10 recommend Dr.Sheikh!

Positive experience: The primary physician for me is Dr. Roome, he is the best!! Front desk staff could learn "kindness."

Negative experience: Dental Clinic is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. First of all you have to wait too long to get appointment like few months and every time when your appointment time comes closer they call and say doctor is not available. It happens every time. It’s been one year they changed my appointment. They should close this clinic if they cannot provide service to Client. Very unprofessional.

Positive experience: Have been a patient at the burton clinic for many years. The staff and doctor's have always been very nice. A pleasure having them available at short notice. Feel bad for the amount of staff they have. But they are still doing an awesome job.

Negative experience: I got Covid from here. I just went for a simple refill for my daughter's prescription and 2 days later I was so sick I had to get tested, Tested positive.

Negative experience: Honestly I don’t recommend I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and they cancel on my appointments without telling me, they don’t have an effective way to battle Covid and keeping people safe, the staff for the most part is okay but it’s 50/50 if they are going to be rude or not.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a broken molar (a walk in) that was at the start of an infection. I arrived around 12:15. Once called back they were very fast but polite. They did the xray and found it couldn't be saved so we decided to extract. I let them know I have high anxiety and to just be gentle as they can. The woman who extracted it was wonderful. Very kind, I didn't even feel the poke of the needle. She went over the area several times and made sure I was really numb. I felt the pressure but no pain. She kept checking to make sure I was OK during the process. Very happy with the efficiency and the kindness. I'll definitely recommend and share my experience with people who need a good place to go in this kind of situation. Thank you for a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I hardly ever take the time to write a review. I might give a star rating but never take the initiative to give a paragraph of compliments but right now seems appropriate. The dentist I saw today was absolutely wonderful! She was gorgeous caring and thorough. I became quite comfortable especially for the first time I’d been her dental patient. I trusted her immediately. My hygienist also helped create a pleasant experience and seemed like he was really getting his job done! He appeared to be hard at work consistently. Thank you both for the pleasant visit!

Positive experience: Considering the dental clinic is working within financial limits the care they give is very satisfactory. The staff appears to be well educated qualified and have very decent attitudes demeanor. The clinic Lacks of things because they cannot afford to have them.

Negative experience: This is an awful awful awful place. Sheila Thomas said you shouldn't have babies if you can't handle anxiety. Called and made a same day appointment, drove an hour, found sitters, for them to not have me and be rude to me about it. You're 100% better going to an urgent care. This has been my primary office for a decade and I've never had good care. If you need behavioral help, fo anywhere but here.

Fantastic experience: I love it at Hamilton Clinic. Everyone from the front desk to the back are very friendly and helpful. I feel safe and secure with the nice person who takes your temperature when you walk in and the security officer. I have had all of my medical needs met. And it is a very low wait time from the lobby and inside the room. It is very friendly and professional. I will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I been client of Hamilton Clinic for more than a 12 years or more, medical or dental service. And always your service have been the best. Through the years I been recommend people to your service: Medical and Dental. In all the sites. I was and interpreter: Spanish-Englih, English-Spanish working for Catholic Charities y we need to referral an non insure populations to your facilities, for many years. Thanks for your service. Fantastic experience: Since doctor room is no longer taking care of me because of his time out 4 on Doctor like behavior I am working with Ben top-of-the-line couldn't ask for anything better

Fantastic experience: Most of my health care needs are met through Hamilton community health network, I currently see three separate doctors in the same building. I receive excellent care and i would recommend Hamilton Community Health Network to all my friends and family for their health care needs most definitely.

Negative experience: The staff and doctors aren't the problem its the first two people you see in the doorway. Me..my husband .and kid was going in and I was told I can't because the appointment wasn't for me. I said well im filling out his paperwork and not leaving my kid outside. She shrugs and tells me husband he needs a mask (me and my daughter wear one but he's got anxiety through the roof over them) he reluctantly puts the mask on THEN they tell him he can't have his tea which had a tight lid on it and he gets dry mouth. So you got a patient that hates doctor or dental visits then AS SOON as he steps foot in this facility he's being told this that and everything else. I'm all for rules and regulations but these people are way too aggressive with sensitive patients. It was ridiculous. I had to beg my husband to get looked at he wanted to leave right away. Disappointed. They refused to even look in his mouth because they wanted x-rays from the last facility he went to which having worked at a dental office myself I know you can email x-rays but they demanded a film copy. Completely empty in the rooms they even told an old man at the counter they couldn't help him with his tooth pain until February....so you got patients with possible infections being driven away. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I like the way Dr. Ben take the time out to listen to me ado all he can to get my the proper medical help I need in a timely manner. I like the fact that I m referred to by my name by everyone in the clinic and that I'm greeted with respect and kindness by everyone even the security personnel lookout for me by opening and closing doors for a old cripple like myself .

Fantastic experience: great place , Tonya Lott was super nice and very understanding , hopefully I’m on the road to recovery. she is someone who truly cares about her patients

Fantastic experience: The wait was a little longer than usual, but well worth it. Tanya Lott is the best!

Negative experience: My nurse is Tonya she was so nice and helped me with what I needed. Mike was funny and helpful. There is always a wait. I wouldn't really recommend.

Positive experience: All in all the visit was Amazing. The doctors and the Back staff was wonderful. But the front receptions are Really Rude no front seat manners at all but other then that the Staff that is in the back are wonderful but front staff needs manners..The Doctor we seen was Amazing very nice.

Negative experience: Hamilton's dentist have a vary uncaring and almost rude attitude. A very uncomfortable experience. Glade I haven't seen them in years.

Fantastic experience: Ive been seeing Dr Roome for at least 25 years and he is the best diagnostician ! He predicted what was causing my severe pain before the MRI results . He has always been "spot on!"
