Fantastic experience: Chipped my front tooth yesterday and as always Dr. SATA'S office to the rescue. The ladies got me in this morning and my tooth is bonded and beautiful again. My family have been going to Dr. SATA for years. My adult son and daughter and their families go to him also. He is gentle and kind and will do whatever he can in an emergency with your teeth. Ronnie and all of the office ladies and hygienists have always been professional yet part of your family too!! Keep up the great work and easy going atmosphere!!! This was an older post but was there today. Always are wonderful with me My kids and grandkids have gone to Dr Satas for many years as have I!!! Hes is great and his entire staff is helpful and courteous. Like having extended family!!

Negative experience: I called to confirm 2 appointments. The representative told me I didn’t have any and made me feel like I made them up. Thank god I had called to confirm, otherwise I’d of shown up to an empty office. The office didn’t even call me to tell me we’re closing on the two days I had appointments made. I called back to talk to an office manager and they said they did find the appointments but were closed on those two days. They never even called me to let me know. I had to call. Very unreliable office. Also I had a horrible HORRIBLE cleaning experience. She said I have poor dental history because I have red hair. However, Dr. Sydney was a treat, it’s unfortunate that I’m switching offices, as I did enjoy her.

Negative experience: I had a 12:00 appointment. I waited a Very long time for Sata. I think he was out for lunch. After they drain all my insurance money. I Paid over $500. 00 out of my pocket. I paid for 2 x ways same tooth. Fired!

They individualize your care, take the time to talk through procedures they will do, and always very friendly. My oldest daughter (4) loves the dentist! How many parents of littles can say that??? Fantastic experience: I went in today for a my 6 month cleaning and Dr. Sata came in to do his final check and he seen I had chipped my front tooth ( a little bit). I was having anxiety about getting it fixed because of some other issues I had with some other dental work earlier this year. My son is getting married Saturday and he reassured me that everything would be fine and I would be okay. He said we will fix it right now! Get the room ready. You need that taken care of. He was right, I was okay and my tooth is fixed and the pictures won’t be ruined by my chipped tooth, lol. He is amazing dentist and an even better human being.GO BLUE

From navigating insurance forms and referrals to cleaning your teeth and helping you understand what is going on in your mouth, they make sure you have the best dental experience. If you don't have insurance, they will help you get the best value for your money. Karina is the hygienist that usually cleans my teeth. She is knowledgeable, careful and kind. She encourages me and shows me how to best care for my teeth. There is never any judgement or shaming if I fall short or have a cavity. I trust Dr Sata and his staff. They are truly the best.

She was extremely gentle. Doctor Sata was very friendly and answered all my concerns. He explained my options and we formulated a game plan. Amy, the insurance coordinator, explained my coverage and encouraged me to call her if any billing issues should arise. The whole office made me feeling as if I had been a patient for years!
