Fantastic experience: Great experience getting a crown. It’s good to be King! Every step was explained and Doctor Son only went ahead after making sure I understood and agreed. His drill work was excellent. No discomfort and between he and his assistant, I felt like they really were highly skilled and cared about how it was going for me as they prepared my tooth for the crown. The crown was made on-site with a high tech system. The doctor clearly knows how to optimize the design and made sure I was happy with it before sending it to the automated milling machine. This was the first time I had this dentist do work on my teeth. I loved my previous dentist who retired, so I was unsure how this would go! Hands down, this was a better experience than my previous two crowns, which says a lot as I had great experiences with my now retired dentist. I highly recommend Windham Dental Group. All professionals with customer as their focus!

Any questions you may have are thoroughly explained. Actually I don’t mind going to the dentist any more. I would highly recommend going to Dr Son if you are looking for a new dental provider.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and thorough! Dr. Son is very knowledgeable and explains procedures in detail discussing pros and cons of different options. The practice has state-of-the-art equipment to make crowns on-site by 3D scanning and printing them for a more accurate match to the original tooth and at a much faster 1-visit procedure.

He wasn’t quick to pounce on anything, but just seemed to proceed in a common sense manner. His hyginest was very thorough and did her job causing me no discomfort. I’ve shied away from going to the dentist since my previous dentist retired, but I think I will go back to this one regularly.

His office staff does a great job at phone calls and they are very flexible. We've been going to this office for at least 6 years now with no intention of leaving!

He is a super nice person and always takes the time to explain everything. The staff is really nice and helpful. Despite the approximately 1 hour drive each way, with practices closer to me, I can't imagine wanting to change.

Fantastic experience: After having complete confidence in our dentist here since 1974, we were understandably concerned about the dentist taking over this service upon our dentist's retirement, although we had great confidence in our longtime dentist choosing the best. And we have not been disappointed....Dr. Son is attentive, professional, and is conservative on his approach just as our longtime dentist was. So relieved and pleased. Update on this review (as I wasn't sure how to post an update separately) : Again an excellent experience at Windham Dental! Pidge is a wonderful hygienist, and Dr. Son explains procedures thoroughly. So pleased! Another update as of April, 2024....as always, a kind and professional treatment by everyone in this office, from reception, to hygienist, to Dr. Son! Continued great satisfaction with Windham Dental in October, 2024! Update as of May, 2025 : again, such a professional and caring experience! I feel very confident that I am getting the best dental care possible. November 2025 check-up...continue to be happy with the kindness and professionalism of this dentist and Pidge!

Fantastic experience: Dental work is never my favorite thing to get done but they make it as good of an experience as it's going to get. Dr. Son was efficient, helpful but also warm even though I'm horrible at taking care of my teeth. All the staff are very polite and it was an over all great experience. Will be taking care of all my dental work here from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Windham Dental group, previously known as Dr. Workman DMD, for years. I am now getting to the stage in my life where some dental issues are happening. This time I had a cusp (one of 4 tips of a molar) break off prior to my appointment. Both Pidg and Dr. Son took the time to explain the implications of not having it fixed. The care and the technology is exceptional. An X-ray is near real time as is the camera used to take a 3D picture of my tooth (to send to the insurance company).

Fantastic experience: Another thorough cleaning and checkup, great service! Just had my semi-annual cleaning and dental exam and the experience was great! Pidge is not only thorough in cleaning teeth and evaluating gum health, she is very personable and professional. Dr. Sun conducted a dental wellness exam and, at my request, prepared a letter confirming my dental health for an upcoming unrelated surgery. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is high on the priority list! I’m very pleased with the service I receive at Windham Dental Group! My previous experience was prompted by an infection that was causing much discomfort in my jaw. Briana immediately searched for and made an appointment with a local endodontist that could not only see me that same day but had the most reasonable charge for an evaluation. After having a root canal done, my next visit was with Dr. Son to have him exam the tooth (which had an older crown affixed) and make recommendations on next steps. He offered me two options and encouraged me to take a few days to decide the course of action, and did not charge me for the visit. Without question, Dr. Son and his staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive of their patients. I would highly recommend Windham Dental Group to anyone searching for a competent and caring dental team. Had my first visit as a new patient in Sept 2021 and was very pleased with my experience. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. Pidge was very thorough when cleaning my teeth and taking preliminary bite wings, and Dr. Son explained a problem he found with a crown that will need repair. He offered suggestions on payment options and insurance which I appreciated. I would highly recommend their services!

As always the cleaning was smooth, thorough, and completed in a very pleasant and friendly manner. Very professional. Keep Pidge happy. Dr. Son was professional and friendly as is his custom. 2/28/2024 - Teeth cleaning and periodic exam. As always the office appearance is clean and neat. Office personnel are very professional. The cleaning was performed by Pidge, who thorough, friendly and excellent, as usual. The mouth exam was very professionally completed at the end by Dr. Son. Will definitely continue to use them. . 10/24/2023 - This appointment was for a periodic cleaning which was nicely and thoroughly completed as usual. Pidge did the usual and thorough cleaning that keeps me coming back. I am devoted to her work and very happy with my teeth each time she finishes. Thank you. The Doctor is courteous, friendly, and efficient as well.

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the area, I was looking for a new dentist that would provide great care and wouldn’t be offering additional unnecessary procedures. I had previously had dentists that seemed too eager to recommend procedures. Dr. Son saw my entire family recently and we all had a great experience.
