Fantastic experience: I had a great appointment here today! I’m currently taking dental assisting classes at West-MEC, and everyone was so nice and supportive when I mentioned it. They gave me great care and even took a second to teach me a few cool little things about the job during my visit. They also found out it was my birthday soon and wished me a happy early birthday, which was really sweet. I definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: My hygienist was fantastic, but the dentist tried tried to diagnose me with several cavities that I didn't have. I went back to my previous dentist for a 2nd opinion and it was just staining, not a single cavity. Beware, they may try to charge you for unnecessary procedures. Fantastic cleaning, though, only reason for 2 stars.

The reception staff are very pleasant Vickie and Diana i dealt with on both occasions explained my treatment plan , very friendly front end staff which makes a world of difference and the experience was top notch from when I came into the practice here at estrella . Fantastic experience: This is a first-rate dental office. Yesterday's 6-month exam/cleaning went very well with positiveness all around. No pressure or upselling occurred. My previous dental office across the road was notorious for it. The cleaning was thorough. The hygienist was the best I've had there. Dr. Rolfe showed me the x-ray of a tooth that needs a crown. He advised to have the procedure soon, but don't wait too long. Nice.

You seldom have this level of friendly service and communication at doctor and dentist facilities, and it is so especially welcome to feel like everyone in this office cares about you and your dentistry needs. I have had such wonderful care with Dr. Rolphe - He is very warm hearted toward his patients & always attentive to any issues I have had. If I had a certain issue one time & Dr. Rolphe was out of town, Dr. Dent is excellent as well. Mica, the newer Dental Hygenist does an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and is very gentle - never feel any discomfort at all. Diane & the front desk are always so friendly too. It is like one big family there & they have an excellent insurance plan there since we have been retired. So pleased with the great expertise There & would never change!

He was professional, kind and listened to my fears and concerns.
