Fantastic experience: I was not an existing patient. I broke a tooth on a Friday and was in the office on Monday. Best dentist and staff! I have had two great dentists and some awful ones in the past. Dr Collier rates at least as high as the great ones. She spends time to explain so an educated decision can be made. She lays out a detailed plan. Obviously, no upselling. Her and her staff are friendly and professional. Her equipment is state of the art. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

When I first called to make an appointment, I spoke with Stacy and I was very at ease with scheduling and providing my information. When you show up for your appointment everyone at the front desk treated me like I was family and I felt so welcomed upon my arrival. My 1st experience was a dental cleaning performed by Ashley and I have to say one of the best cleanings I have ever had! In the past I experienced unnecessary discomfort from a dental cleaning but not here...it doesn't have to be painful to get a cleaning...Ashley changed all that and now I will keep my dental cleanings - Thanks Ashley! Now for my dental work experience it was wonderful....unusual term to use for getting 2 crowns but going on past experiences, this was a real game changer no need to be nervous or stressed with Dr Collier she's amazing! Comfort, kindness and professionalism with explanations, very thorough and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Also her assistant Angela ( I Believe that was her name) she was excellent very detailed and took her time matching my tooth color along with precise images to create the two crowns. I couldn't request kinder and more friendly people to work on my teeth. I am so fortunate to say I have found the perfect dental office for me. Thank you everyone for making me feel so welcomed and taking such great care in the services you provided.

Fantastic experience: Dr collier and staff provide excellent dental services! Our family has been going to Desert Vista for 12 years coming from NewYorkCity and NewJersey. Dr Collier know her expertice and she has good connections to dental specialists if needed. Aside from the dental services, the support staffs have been excellent and responsive to our needs. Coming to AZ, one of our biggest complaints in dealing with medical services is incompetency of the support staff. Not here. Excellent overall!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Collier and her staff are always professional, and greet you with a warm smile like we have been old friends. Her work is excellent, I have been a patient since 2008 or there abouts. I have had no issues and always treated as an individual not a one size fits all kind of place. This is the only dentist practice where I have felt valued and appreciated. They are amazing, and Dr. Collier always makes sure to address any questions you have, she never rushes on to the next patient.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office after being dissatisfied with another. They were a breath of fresh air from the beginning. They had a cancellation and were able to get me in right away. We communicated by text which was so easy. The doctor and staff were friendly and gentle. They were knowledgeable and were able to thoroughly find the reason for my tooth pain. I will continue to go to this office and refer others.

I’ve been a patient since nearly day one of this practice, and they’ve been phenomenal from the start. My entire family goes here now — because once you find the right dental team, you stick with them like a retainer after high school. The vibe is simple: - Dr. Joy lives up to her name every single visit. - The hygienists are fantastic — precision meets kindness. - The office staff? Pros. Friendly, fast, zero chaos. And because no dad-powered review is complete without at least one groaner: I told them I was ready for a “painless visit.” They said, “Us too — so no more dad jokes, please.” I ignored that request. Obviously. If you want a professional dental team where the people are excellent, the work is top-notch, and the atmosphere makes you forget you’re in the land of suction tubes and fluoride… this is it. Here’s to many more years of cleanings, cavities avoided, and dad jokes the staff pretends not to encourage.

As soon as your appointment time starts a dental assistant will call you back. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being attended to. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this dental office for almost 20 years. Every person on staff is happy, friendly, personable, professional! Have a dental emergency? Call! (even if the office is closed!) They truly care and will help. How do I know this? On the SUNDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, I lost an old crown (from a previous dentist). I called and left a message without much hope. Stacy called me back within 30 minutes and asked me to meet Dr. Collier at the office! She re-cemented my crown ON HER WAY TO THE AIRPORT to visit family for Christmas!!! My experience has always been exceptional and sometimes nothing short of miraculous! Dr. Collier and crew have saved my teeth and gums! I highly, highly recommend Desert Vista Dental West if you live in the West Valley. I am positive that you will love them too!

Fantastic experience: We have been clients with Desert Vista Dental for about 20 years! They are incredible. They truly care about who they serve. My husband had younger onset Alzheimer’s and a few of their staff took education classes on how to communicate with Persons with Alzheimer’s! They even played his favorite music when we came in.

Positive experience: I've went to this practice several times for regular maintenance non urgent procedures. The desk staff, dental assistants and dentist is amazing. They even took a 3d picture of my bite and teeth! The dentist is thorough and very contentious on what you want done. Does work with other specialists but will not refer unless absolutely necessary. Definitely worth going to this small practice. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because since this is a small practice their schedule is tight and if an emergency comes up they may not be available.
