Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this practice for a year now and my overall experience has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When calling to schedule for an appointment they have availability and I don’t have to wait long periods of time to get seen. I will now be changing my daughter’s dentist and bringing her here as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient I believe a little over a year and every time I call to schedule/ have come into office I’m greeted by the lovely ms Anya with the best attitude and the rest of the staff is equally as kind and attentive to your needs. Dr Gina is the best and has always tended to said needs with the upmost care and respect. They really do treat you like family

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at AZ Lifetime Dentistry. Dr. Ashley made me feel so comfortable with all of the procedures that I needed done. She took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. All of the staff are so helpful and helped me coordinate an urgent root canal procedure days before I had to leave on a trip. I would highly recommend AZ Lifetime Dentistry to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Always respectful, on time, and efficient with the care they provide. I’ve gone to a few places here in Arizona and didn’t like the service but stepping I’m here has been a great experience. I make sure to recommend them to everyone I know, highly recommend. Update: Came back to get my crown and teeth whitened and the experience was still amazing. Will be happy to come back for many years to come!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the care has been very thorough and professional. They are always clear and transparent about pricing and take the time to explain everything so there are no doubts. They’re also very responsive and happy to answer questions by phone or message if anything comes up later. The front desk lady is extremely kind and helpful, always making sure I have all the information I need. Dani, the assistant, has also been wonderful and very supportive. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but every person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. My experience with both the deep cleaning and the fillings was very positive. Overall, I felt comfortable, well cared for, and confident in the treatment I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I did not want to write a negative review. I can't where my dentures and partial I got from them. I paid well over $3,000. They had me in the office for 3 hours forcing the partial in my mouth. Telling me my teeth hade shifted. That's not true they should have had brought them back to the lab and had it done right. Now I have a pair of denture's that is useless that I can't where. Painful putting them in and painful taking them out. They do not match with the upper denture. They are crooked. Now I have to wait another year for my insurance to qualify me again and have to find another Dentists to get another denture and partial coating my insurance money worse experience I ever had.

Fantastic experience: I brought my autistic son in for an extraction when his tooth was loose and making him dysregulated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Ashley made the process quick and painless. She made sure my son didnt feel nervous and walked him through the steps first. Would absolutely recommend being seen here.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME experience at AZ Lifetime Dentistry!!! My family and I have been looking for a GOOD family dentistry, and we found one here at AZ Lifetime. Anya and staff are simply amazing. Super friendly and welcomed us with open arms as if we were part of their family. Scheduled appointment for check up with Dr. Ashley and a minor toothache. I showed up at 7:30 am. (30 mins early). I figured I would wait 30 mins, but they started taking xrays early instead of letting me just sit and wait. Dr. Ashley gave me an exam and let me know that I just needed to stop clinching my teeth, and pain would go away. She did recommend I have a deep clean done, and I schedule an appointment. I then returned and had a deep clean done by Sally with no issues what so ever. My 24 year old daughter has also had her check-up done and had her teeth cleaned with no issues. (She's very pleased) In all honesty, you really should try AZ Lifetime Dentistry. I truly believe you will have a GREAT experience. Everyone really puts YOU first and money/payment 2nd. The office is super clean and inviting with a warm atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: This office is the best dentistry I’ve ever had! Always the quickest appointments and sweetest employees ever. They make it all so easy and comfortable, even if you don’t typically like the dentist. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone!

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s white coat syndrome is so bad that I had to bite a dentist to get him out of my mouth (the numbing had worn off while I sat for 4 root canals, and he didn’t believe me), my experience today with Dr. N was, while not pleasant, but tolerable and filled with understanding and validation. And even though it took 6 rounds of injectable anesthetic, and almost having to stop because she was worried I wouldn’t be numb sufficiently, we managed to get me to a good place and get the offending tooth out! She respected my boundaries from the moment she introduced herself and I burst into tears (because phobias are soo rational) and she made sure we went with a plan of action that had worked in the past (sedation is a beautiful tool). For the first time in a long time, I look forward to the extensive work I need to address sooner rather than later, and I will have the courage to do so, rather than waiting until the last minute. Thank you soooo incredibly much Dr. N and team. I can’t remember anyone else’s name through my haze of mania and medication. I will do better next time!

Fantastic experience: The dentist office has a great staff always willing to help. The front end staff is always great, cooperative and helpful. The dentist who has been doing my procedures here is great at her job, this is the first place I have been to that hasn’t caused me pain with injections and post op. She is great at her job and had cleared my fear of going to get my teeth worked on. They are an awesome team and I recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write medical reviews, but after today’s experience, I just had to. I walked into this dental office for the first time, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I had been a patient for years. The front desk team greeted me with the kind of warmth you’d expect from a long-lost friend (or at least a barista who remembers your coffee order). Booking a next-day appointment as a first-time patient? Unheard of! But they made it happen. The assistants in the back were just as friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Then came the main event—the amazing dentist herself. She explained everything from my X-rays to my treatment plan in a way that actually made sense (who knew teeth had so many moving parts?). What really blew me away was their honesty and patient-first approach. Instead of trying to upsell me on procedures, they broke everything down, factored in my insurance coverage, and even suggested waiting until next year for some treatments if I wanted to maximize my benefits. A dentist who actually considers your wallet? That’s next-level care. Overall, I left a solid plan and maybe even a new favorite place to visit (which is saying something for a dentist's office). Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am in love with this office! I called for an appointment and was able to be scheduled the next day. The vibes in the front reception area are so ‘homey’ and the respect of the front office staff was so pleasant. Customer service is hard to come by these days so it was like a breath of fresh air. Everything from the x-rays to the exam to the recommendations and future scheduling was without flaw. I am currently in school to become an FNP and while I didn’t share this during the appointment, I was absolutely amazed at how thorough Dr. Nguyen was when she palpated my lymph nodes and thyroid and was using terminology that I am actively learning in my personal life. Never have I ever had a dentist put education and assessment techniques that high up on the priority list. Overall, 20/10 experience and I have already told my family that they need to schedule appointments!

Negative experience: Edit after owner reply: I have received no phone calls or emails from the owner. I did, however, receive a letter claiming that they would no longer be able to meet my dental needs.. after I had already canceled all of my future appointments… perhaps in response to this Google review? The original hygienist I fell in love with was Zara, or a similar name. The current hygienist, regardless of how long she has been there, absolutely made the comments that I wrote earlier. This is not a false review. EDIT 3 YEARS LATER: I have consistently been having issues with them charging my insurance more than once, asking me for more and more money on routine visits that should be covered!! My insurance issued a check, but they “didn’t get paid” and then resubmitted for services and then charged us for the denied claim. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance and az lifetime dentistry only to find out they had already been paid!! This is an issue that consistently has been happening the last 3 visits! The new hygienist makes me super uncomfortable with her comments. For example, she told me I could pick a show on the tv then said “oh this isn’t one of those woke shows is it???” What a weird comment to make. 3 years ago I would have recommended this place to everyone. Now, I recommend you find somewhere that you don’t have to double check every bill they send you! It has been a long time since we went to a dentist.. I have tried 2 other dentists in the area and it was borderline traumatizing. My experience at az lifetime dentistry is was completely different! My hygienist made me feel absolutely comfortable during the whole process, even when I was struggling with the X-ray. The dr really took the time to explain what was going on and was patient with all of my questions, even if this is something she does all the time and probably gets these questions all day. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and answered all my questions, even when I asked the same question more than once. Overall I really appreciated their patience, care, and attention to detail.

But Dr. Nguyen and Daniela were just so welcoming and awesome, they made me feel so comfortable. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt so good and happy. They checked in on me multiple times throughout the appointment. I went in for a filling on a tooth I had chipped. It didn’t take too long and they made sure that I was comfortable and even put on something on the TV to keep me distracted. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! 100/10 would recommend!

But my health couldn't wait any longer, things were getting very bad - so I finally went. I am so glad that I did and I'm so glad that I chose AZ Lifetime Dentistry. The entire staff is so sweet and kind and patient. Every appointment I've had has been informative, comfortable and convenient. They definitely take very good care of making sure you're not in any pain during procedures, which is was one of my primary concerns about seeing a dentist. I feel so much better, it was all so much easier than I thought it would be and I didn't even need dentures! Definitely recommend this dentistry!!
