Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience here! The ladies were so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable right away, and the atmosphere was so chill. My eyebrows came out amazing — I’m so happy with the results! They also have so many cute and fun things for sale, especially their oils. I definitely found a few things I wanted to try. The customer service was truly great, and you can tell they care about their clients. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great eyebrow threading (and services) experience! ✨

Negative experience: Changed from a 5 star to 1, not sure what happened but the last two times I went (same woman), my eyebrows were absolutely bulldozed and she made my brows so much thinner than the first time I went, I had to basically draw them on my face afterwards and I swear she smiled when she handed me the mirror. Will not be returning

Negative experience: The main lady Jeanette has an attitude and was harsh. They were recommended by so mainly was disappointed. I always try ti support small business but I didn’t get the experience like the other reviews.

Negative experience: She was so rough and had an attitude when I asked her to go over them cause I didn’t like how they looked and yanked my nose piercing out while threading my eyebrows and they still ,came out uneven and she was clearly mad when I left cause she didn’t bother dusting off the brows.

Negative experience: Decided to try this place based on the good reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience. My brows came out uneven (different arches, thickness, and shape), and there were still stray hairs left. I’ve attached photos so you can judge for yourself. Save yourself the time and money.

Negative experience: Decided to try a new place and support a local business. No one greeted me when I walked in and the vibe was a little off, but both workers had clients so I figured maybe they were focused on work? Once the younger of the two started working on the eyebrow threading I was pinched a few times and my brows looked different from each other when she was done, stray hairs everywhere. She seemed nice but was very quiet. I thought about having her fix them but I figured if she couldn’t do a clean job the first time I didn’t want her continuing to mess with them so I am going to just let them grow out and go somewhere else. The older of the two gave the vibe that if I did say something, there would be a confrontation which was another reason I didn’t say anything. They also charge more than other places I’ve been to. Tbh with the lack of a friendly vibe, the poor quality of work, and the price, I can’t say I’d recommend this place to anyone…

Positive experience: I’ve been a loyal client for two years and always tipped generously $10 every visit. This time, I thought my brows looked fine in her mirror, so I paid and tipped like usual. But once I got to my car and checked my own mirror, I realized they were uneven. One side is shaped differently, and I left feeling really unhappy. I’ve never had a bad experience until now! I won't be able to come back, unfortunately!

Positive experience: They do a great job on my brows. I’ve had a couple of weird things happen, which is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. There was one time I got there (during their business hours) and they weren’t open. I called and she said she went to grab lunch and would be back in a few minutes. I waited about 10 mins and then left to run some other errands. I came back about 45 mins later and she still wasn’t there. I called and she said she’d be back shortly, she did come Back that time. It was annoying though. And then most recently I showed up on a Monday at 1pm and they changed their hours and are no longer open on Mondays. They also have limited hours (3p-9p), but this isn’t reflected on their hours for Google. Glad it was at least on the window. I ended up going to Pranj down the street and they also did a great job and have more flexible hours.

Negative experience: I previously had written a 5 star review for this salon. I really did love this place as this is one of the few places I have ever written a review for. I was a loyal customer as I have been coming here for 3 years, but I can say I will never return. Owner is unnecessarily rude, carries bad energy, and can not take the customer asking her to fix her work to their taste although you pay for the service. If you can't take critiques, why own a business? Owner is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Simply too grown to be raising your voice and arguing over nothing especially when absolutely nothing rude was said about you or your work. If you noticed we were unhappy with the service, why not just ask instead of immediately starting an argument, it speaks volumes on your lack of character. For the sake of your business, learn how to communicate effectively instead of just starting an argument, it's distasteful. I will never ever return here so no need to "ban" me. Besides the owner, this is a nice salon and I wish her all the success and growth.

Negative experience: I’m a regular customer at this place & for the most part, the owner and environment is ok. However, today my siblings and I decided to go get our brows done per usual and I’m not sure what was going on with her but her energy was off when we got there. As she came to the end of finishing my brows, I asked her to remove a couple of single strands of hair and she caught an attitude (like it isn’t her job to give her PAYING customers what they want). I proceeded to ask my siblings how my eyebrows look (as I always do), not saying anything about her, she then decided to threaten us by pulling the “I’m going to call the cops card” (thinking that we’re talking about her) but in reality I was just asking my siblings for their opinions, mind you we have a child with us. Imagine someone threatening to call the cops on your MINOR child because you asked for their opinion…Get out of your feelings hun, it ain’t that serious. The owner lacks respect for others, she has terrible customer service, she takes out her frustration on others, she has no decorum, as well as she lacks basic mannerisms. Someone would good customer service would ask their customers “hey, is something wrong? “ “do you not like how the brows came out “ “would you like me to fix something” BASIC things you should know before opening a store. Matter of fact that’s the bare minimum. To be honest, it’s common sense to sum it up. If you can’t handle people asking for the opinion of others and you automatically assume they’re talking about you, maybe you shouldn’t have a business if bothers you that bad. Pathetic behavior from a grown woman. You should be ashamed & disgusted with yourself. This should be the last place you think about when it comes to your brows. You’re too grown to be lying love, neither do I care about getting serviced by you, you’re not special, you’re just cheap. No one came into your “establishment” being “rude” we came in, we said “hi” and we sat down. My siblings and i were not saying anything about you when we came in, that makes no sense to do so the minute we come in. We were discussing other things when we came in. Like I stated earlier, you assumed and escalated things for no reason. There was no other customer there besides the one you were working on as well. And even then no one was being disrespectful. Like I said, if you cant handle others asking for opinions and it hurts your feelings when they do, CLOSE THE BUSINESS DOWN.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for a while, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. When I addressed a concern about my brows being thinner than I wanted, I felt dismissed rather than listened to. Additionally, the level of customer service seems inconsistent—some clients are greeted warmly, while others receive little acknowledgment. To make matters worse, in the middle of servicing me, the person working on my brows got up to take another client without saying anything to me. That kind of treatment is unprofessional, and because of it, I will no longer be giving them my business.

She is a pro at this because of her speed and accuracy. I hardly felt any pain, which I loved. She shaped my eyebrows so well and applied some growth oil because I have spacing. So overall my experience was better than walking into a regular brick and mortar. I have found my forever "home". Support small businesses!
