Negative experience: The receptionist is welcoming however the actual dental assistants who are applying the braces are very passive aggressive. There is a nurse who was applying rubber bands very heavy hand in a manly manner, as well the fact when I was hit with a tool in tooth not apologizing to but rather told to “keep my mouth wider and might not happen again “. The condescending manner in which the dental assistance talk to you is not very welcoming or inviting to continue to go back to this location. That’s why I choose my home location over it and only go to it out of convenience.

Fantastic experience: Very clean environment. The staff is always friendly and the orthodontist is the best. Every time I come in with my daughter to tighten her braces we’re at the E Fordham location for about 10 minutes max. I love them and recommend.

Negative experience: La Peor opción para brakes en New York,malas atenciones nadie sabe nada hi te atiende una persona y mañana otra una de dice algo y luego la otra dice otra no se te da seguimiento a tu tratamiento porque cada vez se cambia de quien te atiende, te ponen a muchos aprendices a practicar contigo, te dicen más o menos una fecha y cuando se te está acabando el tiempo que te vendieron( que eso no te lo dicen que te venden tiempo no tratamiento ) comienzan a trabajarte para luego decirte que necesitas hasta el tiempo doble de tiempo que te dijeron. Mejor vaya al que recoja basura y le saldrá mejor. Y además se quedaron con un retenedor que no me dieron.aparte de que las citas nunca te dicen donde es exactamente en mi caso tenía que ir a una primero a ver si estaba abierta. Pero en mi experiencia la pero opción . Tengan mucho cuidado con facilidades que te dan es muy engañoso y poco claro en los negocios omiten muchos detalles y te confunden al momento de venderte porque te dicen este precio es hasta terminar el proceso pero no te dicen que lo que te venden es un año. Y quizás puede ese tuve te lleve más de un año pero ellos te dan seguridad de que ese ese tiempo. Además al final cuando me iban a retirarlo me trataron muy mal poco profesional y muy poco sensible nada de cuidado muy desagradable experiencia

However, the selection of rubber band colors really needs improvement. They’ve mentioned several times that new colors would be added, but it still hasn’t happened. It would be nice to see more variety and fun color options for the kids — it’s such a small change that would make a big difference in their experience!

Negative experience: the lady making the appointments is EXTREMELY incompetent . everytime i scheduled she would call me to reschedule because something came up with a appointment. when i finally was able to come in and be seen i waiting almost a hour to be seen just for them to rush me out. i showed this lil girl when my appointment was scheduled, why she looked at me and said “no” as if the evidence wasn’t there?♀️♀️ fbw .

Fantastic experience: If I can give a thousand stars, I would. I had the most pleasant visit this afternoon. The staff was amazing and the facility was super clean. Enyerlina(office manager) & DR Gutierrez were so awesome , they took great care of me and helped me weigh out my options for financing/payment. Fantastic experience: Amazing appointment, everyone was very welcoming and had uplifting energy. Jayrie was extremely helpful and was very informative and made sure to answer all of my questions. She made me feel very secure about starting my treatment and was very friendly from the start. Only minor thing was lady taking photos should have been a bit more communicative about what she was about to do before getting a little frustrated at the way I was biting for photos. Other than that DR was great and Jayrie definitely had positive energy and great work ethics.
