Fantastic experience: The work done was marvelous nice and careful. They showed a lot of understanding.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at the office and checked in and was scene 10 minutes later. Staff was welcoming, dental assistant and dentist were very accommodating and professional, the entire visit took approximately 40 minutes. This was a great first time visit and I am already booked for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vishaar Agrawal is an EXCELLENT oral surgeon. He is very kind and patient and gentle. He really knows what he is doing. While having my wisdom tooths extracted already two times with him. The first time was a very complicated procedure where my wisdom tooth was on a nerve. Therefore, I had to be sedated and I was so fearful about the procedure but his calm and confident demeanor helped me realize there was no need to fear. He calmly and patiently explained everything and helped me understand why it was necessary. He really knows what he is doing. I felt safe. That first extraction I felt no pain and was literally able to eat the next day. After that wonderful experience I knew I wanted all my next three wisdom tooth to be extracted by him. And as expected it was wonderful. The second time that he extracted my three wisdom tooths, it was with local anastesia and through the whole process he was explaining everything. I didn't have to assume or frantically guess what might be happening in my mouth. I recommend Dr. Vishaar Agrawal. May the LORD Jesus Christ continue to bless him and his hands.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency situation no appointment the staff was very understanding and helpful. I was taken care of in a reasonable time. I highly recommend Gun Hill Dental Associates, they won't disappoint.

Negative experience: Fraudulent upcharge for procedures not covered by insurance. Opened a credit line without permission. Takes advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Negative experience: Wasted my time came for tooth extraction which was false advertisement they gonna do it only if you pay out of pocket of $1000 for a artificial bone implant after I said I don’t want it they immediately took me to the front to refer me to another dental office they are not clean there’s no paper sheets on any of the beds after leaving i notice my hand started to itch and. I see multiple bumps as if I got bit by bed bugs or something I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Had a 12 pm appointment it’s almost 4 pm and I still haven’t gotten attended to. They’re the worst.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff was very welcoming and Dr. Lawrence with her detailed knowledge of the procedures I had to chose from assisted me in making a choice that would give me the most comfort and long term results I need.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Victoria Friedel, very young and professional, was incredibly thorough and gentle during my routine cleaning, and made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. Also, the hygienists and receptionists were very nice and friendly.

Negative experience: – Terrible Staff and Poor Organization My family and I were loyal patients of Dr. Peter Gross for nearly 8 years and never had a single issue with scheduling or insurance. Since his retirement, however, the level of professionalism has plummeted. My appointments were rescheduled multiple times. When I finally arrived for my visit, I waited for an hour only to be told I needed to call my insurance to add the new provider—information they should have provided weeks ago. I took a half-day off work for this appointment, which ended up being a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I addressed these concerns. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your medical care.

Fantastic experience: So far so good,,,I just don't relish the idea of losing my teeth,,,to be continued-----not bad,,,the replacements look so much like my own lost teeth,,,Dr Rosen was quite efficient and his staff helped make me calm down,,,great place

Negative experience: They so rude and lying like there’s no tomorrow over there, I never seen something like that. I had 2:30 pm appointment I waited for 3 hours just for X-ray then after 4 hours I had to cancel my appointment they rescheduled me for 9 am again when I got there the receptionist closed the door behind her I stayed there in the cold for 10 more minutes she still didn’t open the door bad service, unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: This place is a complete scam! They charged me $2,200 for deep cleaning and only after the procedure was done, they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it—forcing me to pay out of pocket. Without my permission, they put me on a payment plan with a credit company. The dentist also pressured me to get more procedures, and when I refused, they got rude and started cleaning my teeth roughly, like I was an animal. Stay away from this place!

Negative experience: I don’t think I’ve seen a business worse at picking up their phone. I think out of 10 phone calls you would make to them, only two or three would be picked up. Additionally, you make an appointment time and you would expect that you wouldn’t have to wait too long maybe 15 or 20 minutes which is normal but then having to wait over an hour each time you go makes booking an appointment useless. The place is also quite outdated. The only reason I even gave it to stars at this point is because it’s a building and it’s standing

Negative experience: The bad reviews didn’t lie. The receptionist wasn’t outright rude, but she seemed very distracted—scrolling on her phone as I tried to get her attention. The dentist didn’t look at my x-rays before starting the cleaning, which was rushed and aggressive, even after I told her my teeth and gums were sensitive. She applied a numbing paste, but it felt like that only made her go even harder. The cleaning was so vigorous that water from my mouth kept splashing into my eyes during the cleaning. Then she offered to apply a treatment for $250, saying my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I asked how long it would help with the sensitivity, and she said “2 to 4 hours.” Spending $250 for temporary relief just didn’t make sense, so I declined. After that, she applied the regular toothpaste super quickly and had me out in two minutes. It honestly felt like she was rushing because I didn’t agree to the $250 treatment. When I mentioned I use non-fluoride toothpaste, she told me that’s probably what’s causing my sensitivity. I politely asked, “Do you really think so?” and her response was, “I’m the dentist here. I’ve been doing this for so long.” The tone was belittling but I just laughed it off and said, “You’re right,” because I didn’t want to give her another reason to be rough with my mouth. The office itself is also dark and gloomy—gives off Bates Motel vibes. Safe to say, I won’t be returning

Negative experience: Do not go here! This place is covered in bed bugs from so many people coming and going. My procedure was approved by my insurance but they wanted to charge me $1000 for “bone treatment”. Even the dentist himself tried talking me into getting implants. They just want to juice your insurance and get what they can out of you. Avoid this place

Negative experience: Long wait I had a 10am appt didn't get out till 230 gotate to pick up my children from school. Front desk are not welcoming and gossip alot.

What really stood out to me was how genuinely caring they are about their patients' well-being. They offered cost-effective treatment options without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which is rare to find in today's world. I'm glad I chose this office for my consultation. I know I am in good hands. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My appt today was to pick up my new teeth from a molding taken 2wks ago .. the visit was surprisingly very short .. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appt however I was done and ready to leave 10 minutes after my scheduled appt .. Dr Rosen was very nice and efficient in explaining my new teeth which by the way I’m very pleased with and as always the staff was pleasant

Fantastic experience: I received the referral to this dentist office among several others, from my insurance. Since it was very close to my house, I made an appointment there. Upon arrival there, I was greeted by Toni, controlling the front desk. She was very kind, efficient, and helpful. I waited hardly at all to be seen. The young woman who was the X-ray technician was very gentle, and thorough, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Rosen did a fantastic job, he was attentive and listened to my needs, as I required two front teeth replaced, no small task! The temporary teeth he created like an artist, while I wait for the permanent set, looked better then the former teeth I had! He gave me little to no pain, was patient, and performed very professional work. Also, much thanks to his dental assistant who was attentive, and knew where to find everything the doctor needed! My only critique is, their office could use a bit of a facelift, but I received better care here then in some fancy offices in Manhattan! Though humble in appearance, in regards to customer service, quality of care, professional staff and talented doctor in Dr Rosen, I must say, well done!!

Negative experience: So I had to change my 5 star to 0 star my 1st visit was good just a check up everything was great they recommend my front teeth get fill ins I agreed I wait months for my follow up appt for the fill ins I get to my appt sit in the chair then the lady walks in checks my teeth and tells me I have to pau 250 a teeth because it's not a fill in its a chipped tooth n Medicaid don't cover that I was so upset because no one said this too me on my 1st visit very unprofessional very will I go back

Negative experience: This place is horrible. The doctor is always finding procedures so you can pay out of your pocket. The last one, I paid $100—only $100 because of the payage. I’ll be honest, it was important, but still. I remember the first time we went in, me and my family, and for anything, she wanted us to pay out of our own money. So, you really have to be careful with this doctor. The reality is, when I paid $100, the doctor was so happy about it, like, asking for the credit card with so much enthusiasm. There are a few little things you have to be conscious of. For being honest, the doctor is very rough. She wants to make things quick, and sometimes that can be dangerous. Don’t just look at the great reviews here. For being honest, I’m saving you time and money. Me and my family had a bad experience here—a whole, whole, whole, whole bad experience at this place. Also, the receptionist doesn’t give good attention to the customers. Maybe she’s on her phone, and if you speak Spanish, she knows Spanish, but she just keeps it to herself.

The de my tist toke some exra, found the problem, addressed it immediacy. I left the office today feeling happy and confident that I will be enjoying my Christmas vacation in Canada. Negative experience: The only reason why this place even got a star is because I have to give one in order to submit this review. I give this place zero stars. I advise that anyone looking to get a proper cleaning to go somewhere else. I had an appointment for 2 pm and left work early so that I wouldn’t be late and arrived 20 minutes early. Upon arrival I tried to get the receptionist’s attention, but she was too busy scrolling away her phone. I brought my x-ray from my orthodontist, so I wasn’t expecting a long wait. I waited for more than an hour. Additionally, there was a patient ahead of me. On average, cleanings should take 20-30 minutes if a patient has proper oral hygiene. Everyone one is back and forth and conversing and it wasn’t that busy. Therefore, I don’t understand why it’s been such a long wait. On top of that, she stopped in the middle of the patients cleaning to converse with someone that stopped by and I’m assuming she knows this woman. Consequently, after finishing the patient ahead of me, everyone proceeded to go in lunch break and busy chatting in the back. When they finally attended to me, they were constantly talking while cleaning me teeth. One of them even pulled her mask down. In addition, she was so fast and rough and caused one of my braces brackets to come off. This dental office is so unprofessional and lacks cleanliness. All in all, this place is unprofessional and not worth the wait. Therefore, please avoid this place because every time it’s it’s a long wait.

Fantastic experience: Taking the time to say thank you so much to Dr.Claudia Lawrence and staff for squeezing me in last minute to rescue me from all this pain! Dr.Lawerence took great care of me and even took the time to educate me on my teeth and how to maintain a healthy smile! I’m forever grateful ! I was told I had no cavities by a previous dentist and Dr .Lawerence found 5 cavities in hidden spots . She made me comfortable and safe ! She’s my dentist forever!

Negative experience: I was verbally abused by Dr. Rosen. Within these past two years about 15 texts were exchanged between us all about root canals he had done. The last one he did for me he drilled down my bottom tooth right below where he put the crown at the time I felt he was drilling it way too much, but I figured he's the dentist and he knows best. Surprise, surprise seven months later I'm in severe pain I text him letting him know the situation he told me to call the office and make an appointment for Wednesday which I did. I got to the office and it was closed I was confused so I called his other office then text him and he turned his car around and his assistants inside let us in he takes me to his office where he screams in my face door open everyone listening "WE ARE NOT FAMILY YOU TEXT ME FOR EVERY LITTLE THING WE ARE NOT COUSINS I HAVE A PRIVATE LIFE LOSE MY NUMBER!" I was floored and made sure I allowed him to see my phone as I deleted his number. After screaming at me for about three minutes he tells his assistant to put me in a room I said no thank you and he then said I have an appointment with him tomorrow (apparently appointment times were mixed up) and I said no it's okay. There's no possible way I'm going to see anyone that screams at me I can't even remember the last time I've even been screamed at. When I was outside waiting for an Uber he came up to me not yelling and said "you have to know yourself that you texting me is wrong right?you can come to your appointment tomorrow" I said no it's okay. I'm sorry, but no I did not know texting him for severe pain was wrong at all and not once did he tell me he was annoyed or that I should stop I did not yell back at him because I respected him very much and I thought he was a great dentist, but I did cry all the way home. Every single text l've sent was due to work he did on me and that I'm in bad pain. Not once the 15 times I text in two years had he told me not to text him when I was having an emergency or believe me I would not have. There are even texts from him that he initiated asking how everything was working out after seeing the specialist he sent me to. I thought he was very kind and had my best interest at heart. I can't say I have ever been screamed at by any healthcare provider.
