Fantastic experience: The only place I know where you get permanent crown same day. Truly amazing. And compared to my previous dentist, all measurements were perfect the first time, with no need for thinning out the crown to make it fit afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Just had my crown done same day, I am so happy with it. I needed an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. Dr Asadi was able to start the process with an initial appt to ready the tooth for a crown. She then gave me a second appt the same day to insert the crown she fabricated on her own in office equipment. The fit was perfect!

Fantastic experience: I just started coming here (one cleanung so far). Had a crown/cavity fall out. They fit me in the next day to see how to fix. They gave me a treatment plan. Now I'm sitting in their office as they build the new crown while I wait (1 hour). Everyone is so nice as well.

Fantastic experience: On February 4, 2026 I had a crown done on my tooth. It was completed start to finish in ONE DAY! The permanent crown was made at the office. Once again Dr. Asadi and her staff went above and beyond. I have absolutely no problem recommending her to anyone in need quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Went to Riverdale Comprehensive Dentistry for root canal i must admit I was anxious having experienced some pain from similar procedures done elsewhere. However Dr Rajabi and her assistant Claudia put me at ease and explained what the procedure would entail. I never felt any pain and was greatly surprised that it went so smoothly. Fantastic experience: Today I had a same day crown done at Riverdale Comprehensive Dentistry, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their state of the art technology.. From start to finish the process was seamless.. I went in at 9.30 am and was out by 1.00 pm.. my crown was made and placed in one visit. My crown fits perfectly and look so natural.. Thanks Dr. Asadi and team..

Negative experience: Not sure if this helps, but I’d recommend shopping around before coming here. I was quoted over $1,000 out of pocket for a treatment, but had the exact same procedure done in Scarsdale for $300. The price difference was staggering, and given that both areas are considered fairly premium, I’d be hesitant to choose this location when you can get the same quality elsewhere for so much less.

Fantastic experience: Oral surgeon was great ( Dr. Gomez) and Dr. Asadi is the new owner who is the dentist for our entire family . The girls love coming ( I know) and the practice, including Evelyn, is like family to us, in our 15 year relationship with this local practice . They have the most technologically advanced 3D CT scan with a surgical guide equipment and we are lucky that they are walking distance from us

Negative experience: Dr. Asadi tends to rush through appointments and often comes across as dismissive. Even when i tried to explain what I’m feeling, she insists she already knows, which makes it difficult to feel heard and properly cared for. I first thought she was good but she is fake!

She and her staff have done serious work, restoring the whole left side of my Upper mouth. Her work is clean, precise, and beautiful. Positive experience: I chose this dentist office because it’s close to where I live, which made it very convenient. The space is clean, and the staff is friendly. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because, once I saw Dr. Asadi, I felt rushed out of the appointment. I went in because my dental crown had fallen out. I get nervous with anything teeth-related, so I had questions I wanted to ask to put my mind at ease—like why I needed a new crown instead of reattaching my old one, what the next steps would be, how the procedure would work, possible alternatives, and pricing. Instead, half the time I sat with my mouth wide open, and the other half the doctor was talking to her staff. I was never asked if I had any questions or concerns before being guided back to the waiting room. I understand they may have been understaffed or overbooked that day, but as a patient, that shouldn’t be my concern. Dental insurance is too expensive to be rushed through a consultation—especially for a procedure that will cost over $1,400. If you’re going for routine checkups and cleanings, this is a good place to go. But if you need something more involved, you’ll have to be proactive in asking questions—even if the doctor is already halfway out the door. Maybe I could have been more assertive, but I also believe doctors should take the time to ensure patients have the best possible experience and the space to ask questions.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience — stay far away. What was supposed to be a simple filling turned into a nightmare. They had to redo the same filling four times because they kept messing it up. After the first attempt, I was left with nerve pain, and the situation just got worse each time. By the last visit, the owner casually mentioned that “the more we drill, the more likely it’ll lead to a root canal” — as if that was supposed to make me feel better. To make things even more shocking, I found out they don’t even practice informed consent — something every dental office is legally and ethically required to do. It was clear they had no real plan and were just hoping each attempt would magically fix their mistake. This was beyond unprofessional. Honestly, they’re lucky I haven’t taken legal action — I’ll leave it at that.. If you care about your teeth, your time, or your sanity — do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. UPDATE: I visited another dentist in Riverdale who fixed the issue in a single visit. It’s unacceptable that after more than five appointments with your office, this was never resolved. I also have multiple voice recordings of both you and your staff acknowledging the ongoing negligence over nearly two years for what should have been a simple filling. I strongly advise others to avoid this practice.

Positive experience: Update: After my original review below, I received a call from the owner of the practice, Dr Asadi. She was able to provide a deeper explanation for my treatments. Originally when I asked the receptionist if I would have to pay the copay indefinitely for every cleaning I was told yes. However, Dr. Asadi explained that it would be for just 2 years after my deep clean and I will be able to receive reimbursement for the payments I made. Long story short, I appreciate the call for clarification. I just would have preferred if my full treatment plan was explained to me before getting started, including any copays and mouth wash that I would have to pay. This way I would not have been caught off guard at every follow up appointment. Original review: I originally gave this dental office 5 stars after my first visit. After 2 years of services and numerous visits, I have to change my rating. This office is very clean and the staff are nice and knowledgeable, but after every visit I felt more and more that all they were interested in was my insurance money. On their recommendation, I had deep cleanings done. Then, to my surprise, I was told that I’d have to pay $50+ for every regular cleaning (even though my insurance fully covers 2 cleans a year). Their reason was, because of the deep cleans, they would always have to do a deeper than regular cleaning to “keep up” with the deep cleans. Why wasn’t I told this before any deep cleanings were done? Then, I had to pay $35 for a medicated mouth wash. Then, again on their recommendation, I saw a gum specialist who said nothing about my gums but instead told me I should extract all of my wisdom teeth. My wisdom teeth weren’t causing me any issues, just needed a filling or two. I decided to try a different dentist for a second opinion and I was told my wisdom teeth are good and don’t need to be extracted. Also, my current dentist sent the same exact mouth wash to my pharmacy and I just had to pay around $4 versus the $35. Not once did this dental office mention that the mouth wash could be sent to my pharmacy. I know other patients who had similar experiences.

Fantastic experience: I called because I was having tooth pain but there was a misunderstanding in the booking and they instead booked an exam and cleaning. I was initially upset because I had pain and came in to address that but Evelyn + staff went above and behind to rectify this and made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. I ended up getting a root canal done with Dr Rajabi who was so kind and professional throughout the multiple appointment procedure. I felt zero pain when getting my root canal done. So far I've had multiple cleanings done, cavities filled, and a root canal. Jeanie, Dr. Katz, and Dr. Rajabi really helped my dental anxiety and I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Evelyn, Stephanie, + staff are the real MVPs here! Will always recommend this practice.

The dentist explained the procedure in detail, ensuring I understood what to expect. They used sedation to keep me comfortable, and I barely felt any discomfort during the treatment. The procedure itself was efficient, and the dentist frequently checked in with me to ensure I was okay. Post-procedure, I received clear aftercare instructions, I had minimal pain afterward, which was a relief. Overall, I would highly recommend riverdale comprehensive dentistry for anyone needing a root canal.

Always seen within 5-15 minutes of appointment time. Friendly staff, dental hygenists and Dr. Klein has been outstanding as well! Not sure when, or I should say IF, I’ll be switching to a dentist in CT!

Fantastic experience: My teeth had been suffering after years of fillings and crowns and an old upper 3 tooth bridge that was separated from my gums. I was at the point that i was going to lose my teeth. My smile was awful so I hid it. I knew I never wanted dentures so Dr Asadi suggested a full upper bridge using the remaining healthy teeth. It came out beautifully. Im so happy I can actually smile and show my teeth. And they are fully functional for eating. Dr Asadi, Dr Rajabi and Dr Klein were so detailed in making sure my upper teeth roots and gums were in perfect condition. Once they did that, she used a special scanner to measure my mouth for the perfect porcelain upper bridge to be created by the lab she uses. She permanently cemented in my upper mouth and it’s a whole new look and feel. The staff was wonderful. If you’re going to invest in your dental health I absolutely recommend Dr Asadi and her team Sincerely David S

Fantastic experience: OMG You all need to ask for Stephanie! Shout OUT to her! She is absolutely the best. I don't know what they are going to do with out her!!!! She is all about customer service. She cares about patients like if we were family members to her. She always keeps an eye for you, she will put you in waiting list and she will follow up. She calls you to confirm appointments. She takes her time to explain procedures, future steps, details, doubts, payments, and everything else you could think of. Stephanie deal with pediatric patients and she does it with passion. Fantastic experience: Today was my 11 year old daughter's first time with her new dentist. She was little nervous but at the end she expressed how happy she was with her dentist. Her father and I are also very satisfied with the care she received. At the front desk I was greeted by two wonderful young women who were not only very welcoming and sweet but also did all they could to accommodate the change in appointment from AM to the afternoon due to some unforeseeable circumstances. I recommend Riverdale Comp. Dental for both adults and children.
