Negative experience: The doctor didn’t even listen to what complains I had, proceeded straight to x rays just to say I didn’t have cavities, without even checking my mouth once. I did have issues n all he did was clean up rather than explaining what is his plan for me was. He would not even listen to what I have to say and ask. Not a warm n comforting environment at all. Doesn’t love upto the expectations for primary care dentist. Wouldn’t recommend going here !

Negative experience: It’s been a long time since this doctor removed a totally healthy tooth in a mammoth 2 hour tug and tear war effort. I have now an implant instead that is bothering me. Total disaster, Mr Kramer. Just needed to let you know. :(

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barry Kramer is a Godsend. He is very gentle and very thorough. I've been coming to Kramer & Kramer since 2020 when I had an emergency with a broken crown. He took great care with my issue and took all covid precautions. I recently had a double root canal on my front teeth and he made me as comfortable as possible and charged a reasonable price for the work he performed. I recommend him and the practice highly. They are excellent!!!

Positive experience: Dr. Kramer is kind and welcoming. He treats everyone with respect and that what I love most about him. If the work is not up to par, he'll have you come back redo for free. He tries to please his patients.

His availability was such a relief when others had told me we would need to wait weeks for an appointment. Negative experience: The worst. Even though the wife took my insurance, she only does check ups. The husband does all the other work out of network and they convince you it works out better financially for the patient. It’s only better for their pockets. I left the practice a while back because they are all about their money. One of the caps Dr Kramer did, and charged me a lot of money for, popped off and will have to be redone. At least my dentist now is really in network and will charge the contracted rates.

Fantastic experience: The best of the best! Dr. Barry Kramer has been mi family dentist for the past 12 years and we can’t be happier with service and care. My children have grown to never have cave ties and a beautiful smile. The staff there is amazing, everyone is friendly and accommodating. We love it here, and you will too.

Fantastic experience: After not having a dentist visit since early 2019 & having gum issues I was really nervous but KNEW I desperately needed a cleaning. I found their office online & called during the week desperate for a Saturday appointment, their receptionist told me she would call me back if there was a slot available. During the week I had given up finding a Saturday appointment before my busy work schedule began. To my amazement they called me back & was able to see me short notice, I was elated! The office is clean, feels cozy & they follow all necessary protocols to keep you safe. Best of all was Dr.Kramer (Mrs) she was SO caring, informative and professional. You can tell she wants to get to know their clients & REALLY help you. My cleaning went great & she is going to help me get back on track to healthier gums, I am very grateful I found them. We are both in our 60s and can honestly say they are the best dentists and dental staff we have ever encountered. He prescribed her some medication and antibiotics for an infected tooth but that didn’t do it. I called the office again and they squeezed me in again to redo the root canal. Like most, I too can be a nervous patient, but the truth is with the Kramer’s there’s no need to be. Positive experience: Dr. Kramer has 2 locations and you can make appointments for either. You never have to wait which is super rare for NYC doctor offices. Sometimes it is hard to get a right away appointment but for the most part they work with you.

I have no dental insurance and respectfully Dr.Kramer is helping me avoid deep cleaning by giving me tips that can increase gum health. He is not about the money he is about a healthy mouth.
