Fantastic experience: As usual, I felt comfortable in my visit to Integrative Dental Partnes

Fantastic experience: I had a teeth-cleaning yesterday! My hygienist was very professional and personable! One of my fillings from 60 years ago was found to be in need of repair & a crown is needed! That repair was scheduled for next month. The dentist who checked me out was very professional. She can work on my teeth any time. I would highly recommend Integrated Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Negative experience: Incompetent support staff. Dr Rivera left and I left with him

She never pushes expensive procedures & I’m truly confident she looks @ the “big picture” when you ask. Plus we ALWAYS have a few laughs :) Her assistant is also the best, hygienist Tracey too. Dr. B/Integrative for the win!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bateson is so knowledgeable and kind. I have a very complicated case involving Dr. Bateson and a periodontist. It took a lot of time to communicate my needs and figure out a comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Bateson took the time to work with the periodontist to make sure I got the best outcome. She also did a good bit of researching to gather information for me regarding my jaw/ teeth and my osteoporosis medication. She's the best!

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. Came in with an emergency without prior notice and they're able to take me in and help my, let's say "painful situation", right then and there. Very courteous staff and attentive doctor. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I'm not longer a client in this place. Days before my appointment they asked me to fill my insurance information, I did it, and I called their office to confirm that the insurance was good. Got time off from work for this appointment, and when I got there I was told that there couldn't confirm my insurance. It took some time to get the confirmation from the insurance company that my coverage was good. BUT, as it took some minutes to get that confirmation, I needed to reschedule a new appointment because my time slot was almost over. They didn't have a minimal of courtesy and did not apologize for their mistake, and just said get another appointment within the next weeks. No consideration for the time I took off, even though it was clear that it was their fault, they had a couple of days before my appointment to be sure my insurance was ok, that's the reason they ask for that information in advance.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this office in 2024, and I absolutely love it! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. A special shoutout to my hygienist, Traci. She is truly the best! She takes her time during every cleaning, is very thorough, and always makes sure my teeth are well cared for. What I appreciate most is how she educates me on proper at-home oral care and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: My visit was very positive overall. Tracy, the dental hygienist who cared for me, was very professional and, at the same time, very personable. She answered all my questions and offered useful advice on taking better care of my teeth. The doctor was very helpful and listened to my concerns and suggested appropriate treatments. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning today and was very pleased as always! I was anxious because I had to reschedule my appt from January. Traci calmed me down and did an excellent job as usual! It was helpful to schedule the next 2 visits 4 months apart. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely recommend this practice!

It gives you the option to say no. Not going all the way to the office and finding out someone else is going to take care of you. I declined and set up another app.

Fantastic experience: I’m not typically the type to leave a lengthy review like this, but I felt it was deserved. I’ll be the first to say I am PETRIFIED of the dentist and the humiliation that comes with going. I always put it off until it’s absolutely necessary.My hygienist was an ANGEL. She took time to discuss everything she was doing, she explained in detail how to help reduce the issues I have been dealing with, as well as explaining why these issues arise in the first place. Dr Bateson was also incredibly helpful. These two eased all anxiety I had about this visit, took the time to address each and every concern I came in with, and offered solutions. The experience with the front desk was amazing as well, very sweet girlies who made it a very simple process. Could not recommend this place any more if I tried.

The overall kindness and comfort of each individual staff member really goes far for someone who is very scared of going to the dentist like myself. The compassion that I was given is much easier to experience than explain. If you're looking for a place that doesn't put you down and make you feel like you're being yelled at by your parents for not flossing, this is the place. I was a first-timer without insurance and was treated as if I was married to the owner!! I was already upset because I was seeing them for an extraction, after an evaluation and inspection she told me she could save it with a filling! I was so grateful and the care was so good and kindly delivered I stayed with this practice for the past ten years. The atmosphere of the office is warm and friendly. The hygienists are competent, gentle and thorough. The front office staff create a really pleasant tone and are s o helpful in dealing with insurance providers. I see no reason to leave Integrative Dental Partners and would encourage anyone and everyone to use this provider.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice , professional and make me feel so special from the receptionist desk, Ms. Jordan to the hygienist Ms. Chris / Ms. Tracy and Dr. Bateson is awesome she saved me from getting an implant! Two other Dentist told me I needed an implant, my insurance company told me about her , she said no you don’t and the rest is history!

Fantastic experience: OMG!!!! I have to give a HUGE shoutout to my Hygienist Tracey. She is truly top notch and extremely professional and friendly. She shared her knowledge with me about proper use of the electric toothbrush so I don’t push too hard to damage the enamel and/or the gums. Also gave little tricks as well. There was a new dentist that I saw (forgot his name) but he was also friendly and helpful. Integrative Dental Partners is the place to go to for your dental needs. Nothing like having peace of mind that you are in good hands. P.S. I cannot forget the kind girl who greeted me at the front desk. Today she was pulling double duty and was extremely efficient at it.
