Fantastic experience: Had my first consult with Sherri Owens at 745am this morning. Sherri was very nice, passionate and very professional. Sherri DID not use any pushy tactics with me and was very informative regarding the 1 implant needed . I also met with Dr. Davidson, she was upfront and did not play the fear factor card. I have decided to go ahead and have the one implant done due to my cracked tooth that could not be saved.

Negative experience: There pretty extensive and don't take any insurance. They tell you you can call your insurance and see if they will cover the Procedure or not. Cheapest plan is 9000 and if you qualify for a Loan Through them, they want 499 down payment and 250 a month. Really nice people and Informational but pricey.

Fantastic experience: I was presently surprised by the prompt and courteous service provided. I booked a one tooth implant on short notice and it was done two days later, with the broken tooth extracted, and the metal implant installed. Looking forward to the completed installation within two months. Robert Hobbs, the patient coordinator took very good and patient care of me. To all the staff, kudos!

Fantastic experience: Simon N. for Dr. Paik. Around a year ago, my long-serving upper bridge became loose, and I needed a permanent solution. the only viable options were an All-on-4 or All-on-6 implant system. After extensive research and speaking to a dozen of offices I booked with major providers: ClearChoice Dental in Columbia and Nuvia Dental in Bethesda. My visit to ClearChoice was very positive. The doctors had been working there for a while, and the reviews were overwhelmingly good. I didn’t feel any marketing gimmicks or pressure. They offered to perform a free CT scan of both jaws, but when I asked to use the CT scan I brought, they were able to open it on computer. Dr. Paik, Lead Prosthodontist, came in and analyzed the CT scan and discussed available options. When I offered some of my own ideas, he didn’t just dismiss them but evaluated and accepted some of them. Everyone involved impressed me as a professional from the first visit. To be thorough, I also went to Nuvia Dental in Bethesda. The office was nice, but I had to wait a long time to be seen at my first appointment. That was already a concern. They insisted on doing their own CT scan, which I agreed to. However, the scan was reviewed not by a doctor but by a representative. When I asked if he was a doctor, he said no. That made me uncomfortable. I’ve had several surgeries in the past, and I know swelling can be significant afterward. Nuvia told me they install the entire permanent system in a single day, which concerned me due to potential post-op swelling. Most concerning, when I asked to meet specific doctors listed on their website, I was told that none of them were employed at that location anymore. The current staff were not listed online, and I was handed a sheet of paper with handwritten names to research on my own. This combination of issues led me to immediately decide against proceeding with Nuvia. I called ClearChoice in Columbia and made another appointment. From the beginning it was a nice experience. They performed additional diagnostics and took numerous digital impressions using cutting-edge equipment. Dr. Paik at ClearChoice is phenomenal. The whole office runs with incredible energy and professionalism. Everything is modern—no waiting, fast communication, and top-tier equipment. All the assistants and the technical personnel were extremely pleasant and professional. My surgery was performed by Dr. McIver. He removed the failing teeth, placed bone grafts, and put in implants. I was under full anesthesia and experienced very little pain afterward, just the expected swelling. I used only minimal Advil and didn’t even need stronger painkillers. They installed a temporary system, which looked and felt remarkably similar to the final version. I now understand why they do this—to accommodate swelling and make future adjustments easier. The team is composed of mid-career professionals, exactly the balance of experience and vigor that I was looking for. At one follow-up, I asked Dr. McIver about the implant placement and requested a scan. He didn’t hesitate and immediately ordered it, even though he noted it was a bit early. Everything looked perfect. I made several follow-up visits during the healing period. Once, I experienced minor discomfort and called the office. They saw me immediately. Throughout the process, their communication and responsiveness were top-notch. I never waited more than 5 minutes in the office waiting room. After a little over four months, they installed the permanent system. Dr. Paik was passionate about getting every detail perfect including the color and fit. Even when I said I couldn’t see the difference, he insisted on fine-tuning it to his high standards. I have another appointment in a month to ensure everything continues to fit and function well. From aesthetics to comfort, the final result is flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Columbia MD ClearChoice’s professionalism, equipment, attention to detail and commitment to excellence are unmatched.

Fantastic experience: I have had my final full set for a few months now and can say I am totally happy with my decision to have Clear Choice perform my dental work. It is a long process, from the initial surgery and temporary implants, to months needed for healing and soft diet required. However, the pain from surgery was less than what I was expecting and I won't experience mouth pain, anxiety about dental visits, and have a great-looking smile I can be confident with. With everything now completed, I simply go once per year to remove and inspect the permanent implants. It is a significant investment, but it has been totally worth it and I have no regrets!

Fantastic experience: I have been wanting a new smile for some time. I came in for the consultation not expecting that it could be done so soon financially. But it worked out and I am now in post op and customer service from start to almost finish has been amazing. I am not quite done yet. I like to mention all the Rock Stars at Clear Choice by name. Negative experience: Really think about this procedure and where you have it done before spending so much money. I did this almost a year ago, and have been in pain since then. I should have stuck with my own personal dentist. The roof of my mouth is so tender that eating is an exercise in pain tolerance. They have yet to address that, just anxious to get the teeth right enough after almost a year so that I can leave them alone. Chewing is so off that most food ends up under my lip. The procedure changed my total appearance, left with sunken facial feature, now looking as if I do not have any teeth. They don't plan your procedure and one visit prior to the push for surgery is not enough. I wish they cared. I will add photos before and after this final visit that is coming up soon.

Negative experience: Investigate dental implants before you go there. don’t be just excited to get it done and not know everything about it. it’s extremely a lot of money I couldn’t afford to get the top done so I had to get dentures at the top, They made two sets and they were never right! I could never afford to get the bottom permanent dentures, so I’m walking around a mess. I haven’t had top teeth in a couple years. I thought it was gonna be so beautiful when I was done and I’m a wreck, investigate investigate investigate before you do it.

Fantastic experience: I'll try and make this brief. I'm gonna tell you right now, it's a lot of money. A LOT of money. Just know that. Now if you're anything like me, I had tons of missing teeth and the teeth I had left were... Disgusting. Yellow. Full of holes. Chipping off into pieces at random times. I stopped smiling. I stopped eating foods I like. I honestly stopped living. I had stomach and GI issues from not chewing properly. I had severe pain from abscessed teeth or from exposed nerves. Couldn't eat hot cold spicy or sweet foods. I didn't want to meet new people or be seen in public. I went to a few places before landing on clear choice. I went in, they did a scan and an exam. They were upfront about the cost from the very beginning. It was around the same as anywhere else I went which was around 50k for full top and bottom implants. Everyone is great. Front desk is super knowledgeable about the process. Doctor McIver has a very calming presence about him. Dr paik is warm. I forgot the other doctor but it is a female and she's awesome. I went in for my surgery and I was extremely nervous. It turned out fine and I had absolutely zero pain afterwards. Painkillers are unnecessary and ibuprofen with Tylenol was fine. But my teeth look beautiful. I feel like I've been given my life back. it's a lot of money but I'm telling you it's worth every single penny. They stand by every thing. I see a lot of people going to Turkey or other countries to get implants to save money. Please don't do that. If your can't afford it at least get dentures and save your money for implants or something. Clear choice makes it very easy and you walk out with your teeth. No waiting without teeth for your next appointment. I would recommend this place to ANYONE struggling with a messed up smile. I've included my before and after photos and these are just my healing implants. The final implants are even nicer. Thank you for changing my life clear choice.

Then once I showed up for my surgeries Jasmine really helped explaining the care of the day and the way the whole team works together and communicates is outstanding. We had not even gotten to Dr. McIver who himself has a smile and an air about him that puts you at ease but his work on fixing my smile has been great. While this is not a cheap endeavor it is a great investment in my health so I can be around for my family and feel great as well!

Fantastic experience: To anyone who hesitates in choosing to work with Clear Choice, Columbia and Dr. Paik's team, I recommend you visit any other Clear Choice facility or another clinic offering the same services. I am certain that the professional, calm and organized set up at Columbia will reassure you that you are in good hands, as was I when I was first a patient, almost ten years ago. What they accomplished for me in a short period of time and with an absolute minimum of pain and discomfort, a maximum of tender compassionate care, encouragement and support cannot be described in this short note. I unequivocally recommend this practice and the personnel associated with it.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a long journey and getting these teeth in my mouth. I’m quite happy with them, but I seem to think that the left side is higher than the right side but I still have an appointment to see that that’s fixed and the little holes are not flushed. I still feel everyone of them, but that’ll be taken care of too and I do think Clear Choice in other peoples in helping me get these teeth in my mouth. Everyone there have great personalities.

She is the only person ever to be able to take xrays without my gag reflex triggered. Every front desk staff member appears to be an Office Manager/Office Coordinator. The unfortunate side of my story is that I have experienced dental challenges ever since I can remember. I can definitively say much money has been invested into maintaining and trying to save my teeth. However as we know it will only be a temporary fix. Positive experience: Love my new teeth - giving 4 stars because I woke up during the surgery (after I warned them that I was a recovered blackout drinker and that they should go heavy on the anesthesia) it seemed like the people working on me didn't notice I was awake for the last 20+ minutes of the operation. Was quite scary and whatnot. However I am still very pleased with my implants and I'm confident that what happened to me was a rare occurrence.

Fantastic experience: I am writing to share my review of Clear Choice Center in Columbia, MD. I offered to do this without being asked. I have spent many years with poor dentitions and having difficulty with just smiling nad eating. After extensive research last fall, I chose this Clear Choice Center based on prior reviews. The process was easy to get started from my first encounter with Hana on the phone setting up my initial visit when I met with all the members of the team that would be taking care of me. There were no high pressure tactics, everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable about their own areas of expertise. The idea of going to one place for all my dental issues and having everything done in one surgical visit was a definite selling point, though I must admit at first I wasn't really sure it could be done that way as I had visited other dentists and they were saying it would take years to accomplish what I wanted, not to mention they wanted payment up front. Clear Choice helped me set up financing after I decided to move forward with the process and I was approved in 15 minutes. I am in the healthcare field as a medic and nurse so I can tell when someone is feeding me lines they want me to hear, I never felt that way during my visit. I was able to set up my next visit for templates and my date of surgery on the day of my first visit. I felt very comfortable with the people and process. Everyone is there to make your experience the best it can be and it shows. The day of my surgery everything went as stated and I already had picked up the medications to use post surgery and instructions. The experience exceeded my expectations, I had extensive surgery to extract teeth and place multiple implants. Yes I did have some bruising for about 10 days, but I had no true pain after the second day and today is 3 weeks after my surgery and I know I made the right decision picking this particular ClearChoice. They have given me back my confidence, smile and ability to laugh out loud again. DR. McIver was amazing as was all of the staff that helped me. Dr. McIver called me the night of my surgery to see how I was doing and gave me his phone number if I needed anything. I have received several follow up calls since and they always answer my questions. I am not one to write reviews, however in this instance, if you are even thinking about implants versus constant repeat visits to fix a tooth here and there I would encourage you to give Clear Choice in Columbia a call and set up a consultation, you will not regret it! Fantastic experience: Clearchoice has exceed my expectation. This was the first time I was excited to have dental work done. I had very little pain after having upper and lower inplants. I got so many compliments from family and friends. The cost is high, but my overall health has improved with less inflammation in my body.This is an investment in me.

Fantastic experience: You know how you always hear horror stories and nightmarish experiences about dentist offices? Well, none of those stories apply to ClearChoice. I just went home with my final, permanent set of implants this afternoon. Throughout the entire process, from consultation to surgery to various post-op checkups, I've always had a pleasant experience in this office. On each visit I've been with a different nurse and on each occasion I had the same exact experience. The entirety of the staff is friendly, on point, and inspires confidence. I could neither pick out a favorite - or least favorite - staff member of those that I worked with simply because they each provided such an awesome experience. I think it's probably natural to feel somewhat nervous whenever you go through any sort of surgery, but the demeanor of the staff quickly dissolved those nerves. With each visit I could tell the entire office ran like a well-oiled machine and everyone was on the same page and on the same team. As far as the surgery itself, recovery, and all that? Piece of cake. Not once - even when healing or immediately post-op - did I ever feel any discomfort, pain, or anything of the sort. The worst part of this entire process is the soft food diet during the healing stage, but you get used to it relatively quickly. And the end result in your smile is more than worth it. If you're on the fence about implants, do it. 100% worth it. If you're on the fence about choosing ClearChoice to do your implants, again, do it. I seriously doubt any other office could provide you with a better experience.

Positive experience: I have a condition called Gorlin Syndrome that had caused me to get numerous tooth extractions since the age of 14. Last year I needed 6 teeth pulled out and knew that I would never have the confidence to smile again. Fast forward a year later...my hums are now strong enough for implants. After numerous reach outs from Clear Choice, I finally decided to schedule the free consultation. The office is nice and the staff was friendly. They showed a video of testimonies and I immediately became emotional. Finally I'm getting some help! Here comes the quote...35k to 50k! I am a divorced single mom of 3 who sure doesn't have a 800 credit score for a 5 year loan. No cheaper option was provided or useful information to help with a better solution. I was given a list of lenders and told good luck. I was emotionally disappointed and discouraged. Word of advice: Show up with perfect credit and a bag of money
