Fantastic experience: You know, sometimes when you look at the same thing every day, it can be difficult to notice when that thing is slowly changing, or deteriorating over time. I had been seeing another dentist regularly. My other dentist did my cleanings as scheduled, let me know everything looked good, and sent me on my way. Same thing, every six months. I won't pretend to speak for all men, but as a man, I believe this can be more common for us than the ladies. My smile looked fine to me. I had occasional bleeding when I brushed. But nothing was broken, and my smile didnt look terrible. Luckily, my wife asked me to give her dentist a try. It was closer, and more convenient for us to go together anyway. The moment I stepped through the door, I instantly knew this place was different. The way I was greeted, the speed and warm professionalism, the fact that I was in the chair with my bib about 2 minutes after walking through the door. I had stepped into the Lexus, the chick fil-a, the Ritz Carlton of dentistry. It's very rare for me to take the time to write a review of an organization or business. Truthfully, If Dr. Davis had simply cleaned up my smile, I might not have been inspired to do so. But it wasn't just the skill woth her tools. We don't do business with companies, we do business with people. Dr. Davis instantly put me at ease, earned my trust, let me know in the most gentle yet firm way that she had some concerns. She broke the news that it would require some work, and thay it would take some time, but that she had me covered and I was in good hands. She and her staff absolutely followed through and delivered every step of the way. Over the next year, I spent more time at their office than I had ever spent at any dentist. And every visit let me know that the first experience was no fluke or anomaly. It's their culture. You feel like family when you walk through those doors. The work itself was as close to painless as I could have ever imagined. When I first learned the extent of work that I would need, I never pictured myself leaving with laughs and smiles after every visit. I say all this to say. I love my smile now more than ever, and I never even thought it needed attention in the first place. Dr. Davis helped to elevate my confidence in am area I never felt it was lacking. I genuinely look forward to my dentist appointments now. Im so glad that I found them. And even if you think your dental health is doing fine, I'd still recommend you give this team a visit just to make sure. Dr. Judd and Dr. Davis, you all are and have created what every dentist should aspire to. If I could give you 100 stars, I absolutely would.

Fantastic experience: I have had consistent issues with my bridge breaking. They are now remaking the bridge again and I feel badly because it keeps happening. Apparently, my jaw is unusually tough on appliances. It has a lot of force.I feel that they do an excellent job. I think they are efficient. I think they do the best that they can and I think their practice is pretty well run.

Negative experience: Have you ever seen people suffering in other parts of the world and thought, "hey, how do I get in on that"? Well, welcome to Judd Dentistry, and you dont even need a passport, simple dental insurance will do. This is the dentist you visit if you think your life has been too comfortable and you’d like to be reminded what real suffering feels like. One appointment here will disabuse you of that notion very quickly. My visit with Dr. Davis was a masterclass in unnecessary pain and complete disregard for patient dignity. There was no empathy, no meaningful communication, and no concern for whether I was in distress. Just rough, forceful treatment delivered with an attitude that suggested my discomfort was either irrelevant or deserved. The experience wasn’t just painful — it was humiliating. I left feeling less like a patient who sought care and more like an object to be endured and dismissed. Pain management seemed optional, professionalism was absent, and basic human consideration was nowhere to be found. If you believe suffering builds character and patients should silently tolerate whatever is done to them, this may be the place for you. Warning, if you run away writhing in pain and refuse to allow them to continue torturing you, expect a negative reaction. Howevver, if you expect competence paired with compassion — or even the bare minimum of care — stay far away.

Negative experience: I came here for a routine cleaning and Dr. Judd tells me I’ve got 4 cavities. I’m surprised to hear this because I didn’t have any symptoms. She then tells my wife that she has 8 cavities. We feel a little suspicious after that, so I go to a different dentist for a second opinion (I didn’t mention the cavities Dr. Judd said I had). He did a routine clean and said my teeth look great, no problems. Always, always get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: Visited this office for the first time today & had to leave a review. First- they gave me a welcome gift as a first time patient. I’ve never experienced that with any provider I’ve ever seen. Small but appreciated gesture. Every staff member I encountered welcomed me as a first time patient and I think those small details are what sets this office apart for me. The front desk staff were super friendly. THE only minor inconvenience was a 15 min wait time, but still reasonable. The hygienist, Hope, was super friendly and thorough in her explanations. She took her time with my cleaning. Also I noticed that her interactions when asking other staff members for assistance was very pleasant and overly respectful. Dr.Davis was friendly, personable and able to relay her concerns in a compassionate manner. As of now I feel comfortable making this my go-to office.

Positive experience: I have mixed reviews about this dental office. I came here a while back for tooth pain. I will say first and foremost, at the time I did not have insurance. They did not do much to help me because of this reason. Every visit was $100 minimum. My low rating is because I bought my son here after he had an accident in school. Once again no insurance. No problem. The dentist (a woman) basically scolded me and asked me "why are you doing this to him" once she saw my son's cavities. Knowing we had no insurance and that we moved from out of state. We were willing to do dental work here regardless of cost but this very rude and judgemental comment is why I would not come back to this office. Everyone for the most part was kind. The dentist was also kind but her judgement is why I would never let them do work on my child. We are now insured and I still wouldn't pick this office, despite the good reviews.

Fantastic experience: I was in a tremendous amount of pain due to an infected tooth. Excruciating pain ! One of my patients saw that I was in pain and recommended Dr Judd’s office. I called and was offered an appointment the same day with Dr. Davis and oh myyyyyyy, am I pleased!! She recommended 2 teeth to be extracted. I was so discouraged at first because I went to another dentist and was told the same EXACT plan but for thousands of dollars that I did not have. She listened to my concerns and told her that I just wanted this pain to stop and get the teeth out, but I ain’t got a whole bunch of money, okay !! She did just that !! She worked with me and assured me that I was great hands !! My girl was amazing !! Her bedside manner, her personality, everything !! It was giving black girl magic !! I am terrified of the dentist but she did a BEAUTIFUL job with the extraction and her numbing technique was pure perfection, I laughed through the whole thing- I felt no pain. They are amazing at this office. Huge thank you to Dr Davis for getting me together. And thank you to the staff who were so warm and welcoming. No more pain and I am grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I had invisalign done by Dr. Judd and the experience was great!! She listened to my concerns about not wanting another tooth removed as had been recommended before. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Judd Dentistry since 2008 and have always had amazing care and service. I love this place so much that when I moved to a different county I was willing to make the 45 minute trip! In 2024 I expressed interest in Invisalign and Dr. Judd was took the time and care to explain the cost, the process, commitment, and benefits. This helped me make an informed decision, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also like that Invisalign appointments take place in the “spa” wing of the building; there is a tranquility about it that enhances the experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Judd did an amazing job on my son’s teeth. He didn’t wear his retainer after braces and his top and bottom teeth shifted. After wearing the Invisalign it was such an improvement. I decided I should straighten my 58 year old teeth for appearance and longevity, crowding caused food to get stuck. Fantastic experience: Just started going to this dental practice bc my previous dentist no longer takes my insurance. I am so thankful to have found them. My first visit went flawlessly. Got full x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment. The office is conveniently located, bright and cheerful, the staff are all very friendly, the dental hygienist who performed my cleaning Ms Ann was gentle, thorough, and professional while still very personable. Dr.Judd was also very warm and professional. I didn’t have a wait, as I was seen right on time and am scheduled for my next appointment already. So thankful to have found this practice!

Fantastic experience: I got Invisalign done here. The process took longer than originally expected (had to do refinements which took a several more months, but was not at additional cost). Everyone, especially Dr. Judd and Camilla, was very helpful and I'm very happy with the state of my teeth. FYI if insurance doesn't cover Invisalign and you can't pay for it all at once, they do offer Care credit, which is another open line of credit.

Fantastic experience: Let me be the very first to say that Judd Family Dentistry continues to improve my quality of life and the lives of others. Of note, I have struggled for years with extremely sensitive teeth. It became so bad that recently as of 2023 I couldn’t even really enjoy my Thanksgiving Dinner because my teeth were so sensitive that I had to chew on weird sides of my mouth. Furthermore, I had somewhat of a bad experience at a military dentist where I was told “I was fine, your teeth look great.” To me, that was no help because I didn’t feel that way. I had to use different toothpastes and different mouthwashes at different times of the day and then things finally came to a head where I had to use a mouthwash to numb my teeth before and after I ate. I then knew this current trajectory wasn’t sustainable. I then put in a plea for help and my wife recommended Judd Family Dentistry. Dr. Judd and her staff have improved the quality of my life so much it is shocking. After a few visits consisting of fillings which didn’t hurt at all, I can now eat and enjoy my food and drinks without having to eat and drink on different sides of my mouth. To be specific, I want to highlight not only, Dr. Judd, but Camryn and Emily. These are some of the most professional and knowledgeable professionals in the workforce and I am every so thankful for them. Also, of note, their office is the cleanest and most organized office I have ever seen. They are very friendly, not annoyed by your presence, and can fix just about anything. Fantastic experience: I just finished my experience with Dr. Judd and her staff with Invisalign. Everything was explained from the beginning of the process to the end. The appointments were very easy to schedule and worked with my schedule. The staff was always on time. I was amazed how fast the process was. I was told years ago that I needed braces and that would need several teeth removed. I decided not to get braces. When Dr. Judd suggested Invisalign and explained the process, this sounded like a much easier process. I am very happy with my new smile.

Negative experience: Very kind and helpful staff. Great dentists and dental hygienist!!! Hope, one the dental hygienist, was fabulous; she was observant, kind, and caring. New update: I had to go back to get errors corrected four times!!! FOUR TIMES!!! (Plus the initial visit, so at least five times.) That’s not normal. I’ve never had to do that at any other dental office and when I complained about it, Dr. Judd made it seem like that was normal. IT’S NOT!!!! Not to mention the torture I was under just to have a faulty porcelain inlay drilled out. The screeching of the drill still echoes in my brain. My tooth still hurts and it still wasn’t fixed. So frustrating. No thanks. Don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Invisaligns worked wonders! I had some teeth that had shifted through the years affecting my bite and causing chipped upper teeth. I only had to wear the Invisaligns for about 3 months and my teeth and bite were corrected! Dr. Judd also shaved my teeth slightly to make for a perfect bite and straight teeth. Very pleased with the results! I would recommend Invisaligns to anyone looking for an alternative to braces with great results. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Judd for a couple of years now for regular dental visits and have never had a poor experience. Her entire team is fantastic, they're all super friendly and competent. It's easy to make appointments at times that aren't in the middle of the day. More importantly, I've never had to wait in the lobby more than 5-10 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Judd and I couldn't be happier. I was only in the aligners for 6 months and my orthodontic issues have been completely resolved. I had pretty crowded teeth and had all kinds of trouble flossing and my gums bled frequently. Now I can floss in less than a minute without any pain or difficulty. Wearing the Invisalign trays took some getting used to but a great side effect was they forced me to really take great care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Judd and her awesome team for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: OMG, Dr. Keisha Judd is the absolute best. She's been my dentist for more than10 years or so and had been amazing. My teeth were in good shape but I wasn't completely happy with my smile. As a pastor I am very cognizant of my appearance. I asked Dr. Judd if there was anything that could be done about a tooth that was out of place. I shared with her that my wisdom teeth were impacted and under the gums and that I had them removed as a teenager but one tooth was out of place. She recommended trying Invisalign. She said I do it in my office and have been doing it for 12 years. I said ok I will consider. By the time my cleaning was complete I said I would do it. She said we can scan your teeth while you're here and order your trust. I agreed and it was the best decision I have made about my teeth after deciding to make her my dentist. My Invisalign journey began 5/29/2024 and I received my last set of trays today, 9/19/2024. My smile is amazing. My retainers were ordered today. I am so pleased. Try Invisalign with Dr. Judd, you won't regret it. Invisalign gave me a brand new smile and it was faster than traditional braces. Thank you Dr. Judd for recommending Invisalign. Fantastic experience: I am SO happy that I went to Dr. Judd for my recent Invisalign treatment. Dr. Judd uses an accelerated protocol, that dropped my treatment time (based on estimates from other doctors) from 9-12 months down to 3.5 months. I have had braces before, and the experience was a 180: no painful adjustments, no orthodontic gear cutting into my cheeks, and no monthly check-ins required. I still got my perfect smile at the end! I started my treatment, and only went back to the office to receive my last tray, and will go back when my retainer is ready. I am so happy with my new smile and have already been recommending her to all of my local friends and colleagues that saw the change in my smile.

Fantastic experience: Grateful for Dr. Judd & her team for my dental cleanings, treatments, AND Invisalign treatment! (Starting my retainers today! Woohoo!) I am happy with my realigned smile & the services provided at Judd Dentistry. Since insurance doesn't cover Invisalign, I had to pay out of pocket. The fees for my Invisalign trays & retainer were comparable to (and even less than) other local dentists. Definitely well worth the time and investment. Also, the facility is clean & the doctor, hygienists, and admin team are personable and good at what they do! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: When Trust Falters: My Experience with a Money-Driven Judd Dentistry. I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. Recently, I had an unsettling experience at a dental office that left me questioning their intentions. From the moment I arrived, there was an overt pushiness that seemed to prioritize profit over patient care. The staff's primary focus appeared to be upselling unnecessary treatments rather than providing genuine and ethical advice. On this recent appt Dr Judd spoke to me from behind the treatment chair and I could not and did not even see her face. Very unprofessional. This office cannot even do root canals and will refer you out causing additional fees on top of having to have two additional visits with Judd. Her response was the other office can do it better that she could. I made an emergency appt thinking I’d be able to get my issue resolved and left w only a cleaning which wasted my time. During my consultation, the dentist recommended a costly procedure that seemed excessive and unrelated to my actual dental needs. I received a second opinion and nope didn’t need it. Their persistent insistence on these treatments, despite my reservations, left me feeling uneasy and distrustful. It became apparent that the office's primary motivation was financial gain rather than the well-being of their patients. I was disheartened by the lack of transparency and the absence of a patient-centric approach. Whoever handles the billing told me on 2 separate occasions and even got snarky when telling me that my insurance would only provide 50% coverage when they actually covered 80%. Make sure you know your coverage!! And the UCR. My bill drastically decreased from over $700 to under $300. The pressure to agree to unnecessary treatment and financial compensation undermined the trust that should be the foundation of any healthcare provider-patient relationship. It's crucial for dental offices to prioritize the health and well-being of their patients over financial gains. I did go elsewhere and paid a little less than $400 for the entire procedure crown included!! As a patient, I believe it's essential to advocate for ethical and honest dental practices. I encourage everyone to seek second opinions and thoroughly research any recommended treatments before making decisions. It's crucial to find a dental office that prioritizes your health and well-being over monetary gains, ensuring a trustworthy and transparent approach to dental care.

So I prayed to find a new Dentist who would be just as good in all the ways my former Dentist was (Friendly, Personable, Professional, State Of The Art Treatment, AND with a Staff to match). Ryan instantly made me feel like I made the right call from the moment I called to inquire about accepting "new patients". She was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment - the next day! Carey, my Hygienist, was very welcoming, took her time and did an Excellent Job! Then Dr. Judd came and introduced herself (she has a nice up beat personality) and explained my situation, in a way that I could understand, and gave me a great tip on how to relax (my jaw). On my way out, I met Lakiesha to schedule my next appointment, who was also friendly and professional. And last but not least, I met Evie, who went over the cost of my Treatment Plan. She was so down to earth AND she really knows her stuff! I appreciate how she broke down the insurance portion and my out of pocket portion. You just don't meet people like her everyday. Lastly, I'll add that the office aesthetics and location are great! So happy I found you!! ☺️

Negative experience: This establishment has disappointing service. They treat their staff poorly, and have a high turnover rate. I understand that the owners husband has carte blanche rule inside the office. Unfortunately, his practices are often hostile and toxic. I would never use their services.

Fantastic experience: When my dentist referred me to Judd, I was nervous about getting Botox for my bruxism, but I'm so glad I did! The staff is highly competent and also very friendly. Each step of the procedure was explained and the staff made sure I understood and was comfortable.
