Fantastic experience: Dr Roosta recently took over my old dentist's practice. I loved my "old" dentist but am happy to report that that Dr Roosta and her staff have filled his shoes!! Everyone I have met there is extremely friendly, efficient and professional. A medical problem complicates my care but she is always accommodating and sensitive to my special needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roosta is the only dentist who could solve my problem! I have a congenital missing lateral incisor and many dentists struggled with giving me a temporary tooth to fill the space before I could get an implant. Before Dr. Roosta, I had an awful psudeo maryland bridge that fell out once a month and had to be put back at least 5 times before I gave up on it. I searched for new dentists to help me and Dr. Roosta saw my case and found a way to give me a maryland bridge that would stay in without falling out when I bit down. This has literally changed my life and given me my confidence back to smile. I have a normal smile now and no one can tell it’s a temporary. It’s stayed in for months! Now that I’m old enough to get an implant, she is recommending me the best surgeon. I totally recommend this awesome all-female team! The vibes are amazing and very compassionate :)

Now I know why firsthand. Starting with the office staff - from the woman who handles billing, Dr. Roosta‘s assistant and one of the dental hygienists I met - all were very responsive, friendly and genuinely seemed to care that my needs and questions were answered. Fantastic experience: Im traveling through the area when my bridge came off. Having had an absence in my jar just a year ago, I knew I needed help fast. I was literally next door when I noticed the office. I walked in and told them about my emergency, to which, Tuesday, the medical nurse stopped eating her lunch to help me. They took me in immediately. Dr. Roosta and Tuesday were so kind and professional. And on side note the office was very very nice and spotless. I'm so greatful for their immediate help and attention. Fantastic experience: I was so worried when Devlin retired, However, he chose an excellent replacement. I have a very small mouth and quick gag reaction. Dr. Roosta had to fill the last tooth in the bottom of my mouth. She and her assistant were extremely patient, compassionate and caring. Thank you for such great service. Carol who is on the front desk has also been very patient and kind and quick at getting emergencies in. I miss Mrs. Devlin but the new team is an equal replacement. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Excel Dental Care. I came to the United States about a year ago and I’m still learning how insurance works, so I was a bit nervous. I saw on their website that the office opens at 9:00 AM, but I had a severe gum issue and couldn’t sleep all night. I decided to call early at about 8:23 AM, and to my greatest surprise, someone was already in the office. The lady I spoke with asked me to give her two minutes and then called me back. She took her time to explain everything clearly and patiently, even with my accent. She showed a lot of empathy by rescheduling my appointment to the morning instead of the only available evening time. She also went the extra mile by checking with my health insurance to see whether it covers dental care. When I arrived at the office, everyone was very kind and welcoming. The doctor took time to explain the procedure in detail, and a staff member clearly broke down the costs and gave me the freedom to decide without any pressure. I truly felt cared for and respected. I highly recommend Excel Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: My experience involved removal of a number 28 molar. It turned out to be a rather difficult job, requiring a lot of novocaine repeated injections and finally, drilling through the tooth to provide access to novocaine directly to the nerves, the doctor was very persistent, kept me informed of what she was doing. It was very painful at the end, my feet were off the bottom of the couch in my hands were gripping the for all that was worth my commender.For her professionalism and even a follow-up phone call today to see how I was doing.I went very nice experience.

From the intake process with Mae to my screening xrays and evaluation by Tuesday I could not have experienced a more competent, friendly and caring reception by Dr. Roosta's staff. It speaks volumes about the practice when the employees are so dedicated and happy. And then Dr. Roosta came in, introduced herself and not only took a thorough dental history but also took the time to find out about me as a person. An unrushed and complete dental exam followed with an explanation about my dental status and a plan for future care. I don't think you will be able to find a more kind and competent dentist who obviously cares about her patients and has the necessary skills to manage their care.
