Fantastic experience: Dr. Haimes and his staff are outstanding. They are patient-centered, answering any questions I have about my teeth, billing, etc. There is no guesswork. Dr Haimes does my cleaning as well as my exam, so I know he is able to see every inch of my teeth and gums. It’s not a 2-minute check-in. The office is spotless yet comfortable and inviting. And they are always on time. I have never experienced this level of professionalism, timeliness, and care. Thank you!

Negative experience: The cleaning was good, but the dentist rushed when doing his job. He needs to slow down a little and not rush patients while filing paperwork. Also he should give patients time to read or explain the document they have to sign. Also he's not welcoming. Would not recommend.

I’m walked through each process with no waiting time between steps which means I’m only in the office for the required time for the work. I had my old crowns replaced and the new ones look and feel great and gums healed quickly. Dr. Haimes understood both the importance of the functional and aesthetic aspects. He was gentle, regularly checking on my experience throughout the process and obsessively detailed in the results. I never sensed any rushing or sloppiness. There was an aspect of my teeth that has been bothering me for years but I never felt confidence that it could be fixed to my satisfaction. I finally had Dr. Haimes do the work this month and I’m so glad I did. I don’t feel self-conscious when I smile!

Negative experience: I had a crown I was told needed to replaced. It was very expensive and since then I have had extreme pain in the area and there is a gap left between the teeth that gets teeth stuck in between. Fortunately I now have a dentist that is more meticulous and changes much more reasonable prices despite being located in a nicer area.

Fantastic experience: Are you a big baby like me? Then you're in the right place. Dr Haimes is a great dentist with years of experience, who knows what he is doing. He has a gentle hand and reassuring demeanor. And he works with a great assistant! I had my wisdom teeth removed this week, and was very nervous going in. Dr. Haimes made sure I didn't feel anything, guided and comforted me throughout the procedure, and watched for and addressed any signs of discomfort or nervousness that I displayed. The entire procedure was very quick. I felt great immediately after we were done still feel phenomenal a few days later. Dr. Haimes is conservative in his approach to treatment. I have had other dentists "sell" me procedures, deep cleanings, and electric toothbrushes. None of that here. The office never has more than one patient at a time. No one in the waiting room. You are seen as soon as you arrive (on time). The cleaning and COVID protocols observed are the best I have seen. Dr. Haimes was referred to me by my neighbors, and I have been seeing him for a few years now. My wife recently switched to his practice as well, and neither of us are going anywhere else. Go see Dr. Haimes.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my first visit with Dr Haimes, his teeth cleaning was very quick and effective. Sadly I had a pretty nasty cavity found in my x-ray but was able to get a next-day appointment and that was taken care of within an hour. Was also given the option to get a night guard for the first time (after years with another dentist and an ortho in high school who both knew about my TMJ/TMD but never offered this option). While hopefully this won't be an issue sometime down the road, I found that the office's COVID policies were really solid -- necessary precautions taken around masking and sanitization, so I felt very at ease coming into the office for my appointments. Overall a great office and experience, look forward to coming back (but hopefully just for my every-six-months cleanings and nothing else!) :)

Fantastic experience: I selected this place because of the 5 star reviews. The 5 stars are well deserved. Dr. Haimes handled the whole process. Making an appointment was very easy. I was given an appointment for the next day, which is unheard of at dentist offices. The office was very clean and followed all COVID-19 protocols. I received a cleaning and x-rays. I was instructed on what was being done the whole time. Cleaning and x-rays went smoothly. I experienced no pain at all.
