Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient here and had a good experience. The dentist here is kind and professional. Before my visit, I had a few noticeable issues in my front teeth and I was pretty embarrassed about it and thought the damage was irreversible but she fixed the issue in a way that’s barely visible and that’s more than what I could have asked for. If you are looking for good dental care, this is a good place to go.

Negative experience: Horrible!The staff and Dr. Is very incompetent! The Dr. Suggested a flipper , i paid for one,only for it not to fit properly.When i went to another dental office, i was told that part of the tooth was left in my mouth ,which should have been addressed before recommending the flipper. Because of this i ended up wasting $500 and had to seek treatment elsewhere! Thankfully, i am now seeing great results with my current doctor!Throw the whole staff away immediately! I only gave one star because its required to make a post!

Negative experience: I am a relaxed patient with any physician, no exceptions, but the rude (Bossy) endodontist (She was performing endodontic treatment) demanded that I relax my tongue, when I could not because a certain amount of water was not being properly extracted, therefore I was swallowing some of it. Then also when I was trying to shield my right arm from the X rays, the assistant kept demanding (Obviously in a rude tone) something about my chin (I was concerned about the X rays affecting said arm) The assistant initially was polite, but turned rude (Bossy) In any case, they merely reflected and projected themselves during the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Always satisfactory

Negative experience: Their website allows you to make an appointment online but their staff do not honor it. Their hours of operation are inaccurate, frequently closing before the listed time both online and sketched on their front door. Staff is aware but do not care enough to change it. Even when they get you in, be prepared to be upsold regardless if your insurance will cover it. Go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Appt for cleaning at 9am. Didn’t get called in until 9:50 and was told I had to get an x-ray and talk to the doctor before the cleaning. Didn’t have time for that because I had another appt at 10:30. Waste of my time. Everyone was polite though.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 4pm. No call, no rescheduling nothing. Took a uber to find out they closed when I got there at 350pm. I want my money back for my transportation.

Negative experience: Worst and meanest orthodontist ever! Go somewhere else that cares for patients and their goals. The terrible orthodontist forced me to take off my braces, when my teeth were not yet completely straight or fully aligned! I couldn’t afford to start again with another orthodontist after about 4 years of braces! I felt like a prisoner and that I was going to war with that aweful orthodontist every time I went in for my monthly adjustment. Worst experience ever!

Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time due to the convince of their office location since it's within walking distance & I was satisfied with how fast my appointment went. I was in & out only 30 mins which is awesome. I definitely look forward to coming back here again for future routine check ups & other dental care! The office is clean & never crowded. The receptionist are polite & understanding! It's also worth noting how the office really captures the autumn vibe that extends all throughout Trenton's Downtown it really makes you feel right at home

These women turned what can sometimes feel like a terrible experience into a nearly painless and pleasant visit. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for the right dentist office. Check them out first before you waste your $$$$ with some substandard level of care. 10/10 vote from me, they are truly the best of the best!

Capital dental office they are so patient and loving everytime I have an emergency they make sure they can fit me in within the next days and trust me I’m not the best with dentist visits but Leslie Dr Kaur and the rest of the staff always makes it so much fun they make me want to return. I also love that they understand my schedule problems and help me come up with solutions I can work with. I love all the staff and if your looking for a dentist office that feels like home you found it!!

Negative experience: Totally unprofessional dental office with incompetent staff. They do not honor their own online appointment booking calendar. I had booked an appointment online, received the confirmation email and attempted to confirm the appointment. Their office staff were less than helpful and never called me back. They do not respect anyone's time and only caused me more frustration.

Negative experience: I asked to be taken out of their database twice and was assured that I was and yet I'm still receiving phone calls. I spoke to a woman at the Trenton office today and she was completely inappropriate! Her unprofessional behavior was despicable! She was very condescending and said to me whether or not we take you out of our database our employees can still pull your paperwork and Cole called you anyway! What's the point of being asked to be removed! The office was disturbing I decided not to go back that's my choice and you will continue to harass me?

Negative experience: One of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to, they always rush you when you’re in there so I doubt they do the job right. When you make an appointment and confirm it they will still kick you out after driving all the way there so glad I switched my insurance so I never have to go back to this place.

Negative experience: This place is horrible they lack professionalism and are very rude. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told she is the supervisor I then asked for her name she stated “I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME” called back to speak to someone over her and her co working friend had the same disrespect. I’m guessing because her co working friend had already filled her in. I’m trying to upload this review with a copy of the recorded phone call but it won’t let me… I REPORTED THEM TO THE PROPER PEOPLE WITH THE AUDIO INCLUDED. STATE CALLED ME TO APOLOGIZE FOR THEM AND NJ FAMILY CARE IS CURRENTLY LOOKING TO REMOVE ALL PARTNERSHIPS WITH THIS DENTIST. The next time you try to down talk a patient just because of their preferences they will definitely REMEMBER THEIR LIVELIHOOD.

Negative experience: The dentist broke a piece of a rotary file off in my tooth with out telling me. She just told me she couldn’t finish my root canal because the X-ray is showing there might be another nerve in the root that she can’t see so I need to go to an endodontist. I finally get to an endodontist after of a month of being in pain and they tell me there is a file stuck in my tooth that can’t be removed and the root canal can’t be done and I need to have my tooth removed. Now I’m losing a perfectly good tooth!

Negative experience: Danger! Beware: Do not trust your mouth to these dentists because you will regret it. This dental office is the worst of the worst. My wife and I visited this dental office for the first time to attend an appointment and the first impression was the bad attitude and rudeness of the secretaries towards the patients. We just went for a teeth cleaning. My wife and I were treated by the same female dentist who broke my wife's tooth and left her teeth in pain and when she eats, food gets into her teeth, things that did not happen before. The same thing happens to me too. That female dentist drilled our teeth. We had a second appointment which we cancelled. Now we plan to sue this dental office for medical malpractice.

Negative experience: I went there and was treated horribly by front desk attendant, very unprofessional, doesn’t know how to communicate, arrogant, impulsive, tangential. Worst dentist office in Mercer county wouldn’t recommend to no one

Fantastic experience: I was fit right in as an Emergency appointment and the dentist was the best I’ve had. She was honest, open and gave the best options. Not only that, but she is the only health professional that’s asked me if I had any questions and truly answered each and every one. Highly recommend. The front staff and tech I met were also very nice and understanding. I will be continuing here and also bringing my son for his dental appointments in the future.

Negative experience: As a medical doctor, just moved to Trenton from NYC. I went there and was treated horribly by front desk name Kathryn, very unprofessional, doesn’t know how to communicate, arrogant, impulsive, tangential. She made mistakes by not calling my insurance to verify prior to arrival. She called the insurance when I was there to verify. I was not able to be seen that day. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she is the supervisor, she doesn’t have a supervisor, stated the place will be relocating soon, therefore, there is no one else to speak to but her. … in conclusion it was just purely racist from this Spanish woman. She did not know that English was my 4th language, including Spanish. So she was complaining in Spanish about me with others.

Negative experience: This is the Crown Prince The Emperor, this Dr Chipped 8 teeth when cleaning and vibrated my gold tooth out my mouth she is Dangerous and about making a return patient I'm Sueing. By the way my teeth hurt, front tooth is missing and my teeth now get the chills

Positive experience: They were accommodating considering the lack of staffing. I would suggest not using their online services to book the appointment. Dr. G was very quick and thorough. I came in as a new patient and cleaning. My only question is, when do we stop giving toothbrush, toothpaste and floss after a cleaning?

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff and the one dentist messed my teeth up I got a root canal done it now needs to be retreated and also the crown was put in wrong they handled the situation terrible none of the management contacted me about the issue and my concerns they told me she’s no longer works with them and she does I seen for myself that she is still employed with them I would not recommend the one dentist she is very rude and unprofessional and does not know how to do her job.

Tom Hanks and a Ice Skate would suffice before I go to them for anything ! WARNING ! Do waste your time here ! Staff was Cool ! The DDS was full of BS ! I wanted a Extraction not a Root Canal ! Negative experience: If I had an option to give it a zero I would. That place was so ghetto and all over the place. My appointment start @ 10:30am by the time I got back there it was 11am it shouldn’t take that long to take me. Don’t go to Dr. G that girl didn’t even clean my mouth good at all. Not even toothpaste. I came one time and never coming back.

Negative experience: The work they do isn't bad. But whoever is handling the financial records and billing are terrible. Alot or insurance companies don't cover them. So check before, then call you insurance provider because they will make claims that you may of already paid for..

Negative experience: last appointment i get there they make me wait two hours mi appointment was at 3 pm and i waiting around 5 to get in and today i was having appointment and they told i came late i was just like 7 minutes later of my appointment time

Fantastic experience: I visited the Downtown Trenton office because of an abscess. The front staff were so nice. The dentist assistant was very caring and talked me through my fear of dentist. The Dentist Dr. G was also very caring and talked with me about the plan to get my teeth back on track. I honestly didn't feel pain while the procedure was in progress nor after the novacaine wore off! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this dentist office for over a year. They are great and clean! However, during my recent visit, they had me wait an hour in the waiting room without reassuring me that I will get seated soon. I had to ask twice if the doctor was almost ready. It wasn’t until my second time asking if the doctor was ready that the receptionist said there’s an issue with the xray sensor. By that time, I had an hour waiting. They asked me if I wanted to come back next week, but I denied.
