Fantastic experience: Came in for a periodontal cleaning which is a long procedure and the dental hygienst did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and I couldn't been more happy with this visit.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a second opinion on a tooth issue I was having. The staff was friendly from the second I walked in the door and they did multiple scans to ensure the best treatment plan. The dentist walked through each step of the plan with me and answered any questions I had. The office was a comfortable environment, and the lounge area to sit in while waiting for the treatment plan to be printed out was nice.

Negative experience: Emailed my representive over a week ago and still haven't recieved a return call .

Fantastic experience: Amazing, wonderful, this place is more then a dentist , it's like home with family and friends. Lovely to be cared for by people who make you feel like family and not a patient you know, I truly felt like family my first visit. Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had to wait more than an hour, even when I had an appointment. The long wait seems to be the norm. My time is valuable, and I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re prepared to wait far longer than expected.

Fantastic experience: This employees and dentist were so attentive and helpful! They explained everything to me and made me feel much better! Definitely recommend visiting them! I forgot my dentist name but she was a very nice lady it was almost like she felt the pain for me but she was able to fix it right away !! Even the xray people took there time !

Positive experience: Routine dental exam along with obligatory X- rays. Came in because I cracked a rear tooth. Turns out that United Healthcare Medicare Advantage doesn't cover tooth extraction, so I was shuttled into a cubicle to get the sales pitch for paying for it. When I balked at the price--over $900-- suddenly the price got reduced to a bit over $300, but I had TO PAY IN ADVANCE! For a tooth extraction? Pay in advance and save $600?? Can you say bait and switch?

Negative experience: The receptionist and Dental assistant was amazing. But some guy came after I was seen to try to push numbers in my face for implants! I will not return !! His demeanor changed when I told him I didn’t accomplish anything at the visit and I was not pleased! Don’t go here!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience was very nice,Everyone was friendly and pleasant and helpful and made me feel welcome.I'm usually nervous around dentist because I had a mean one as a child.When I was seven my father would give me money and say"Go to the dentist''.But in order to get to the dentist I had to walk by a movie theater playing "Abbot and Costello Movies" and a deli that had delicious hot dogs.So I skipped the dentist got a hot dog and went to the movies.I now wear false teeth.

Negative experience: went to the office and they canceled my appt 5 minutes before, had me come in the next day got xrays waited 2 hours for them to not clean my teeth, then tell me I need this special cleaning that costs 730$, then tried to charge me over 3,000 for everything else I needed. I would NEVER use their services, and I would NEVER recommend anyone else do either, but leslie and corey were super helpful and did their job well. but I don't even know why or how people come here, disgusting

Negative experience: I’m a returning patient. I called the office and made an appointment for a cleaning/check up. After getting X-rays and scans I waited around for half an hour before someone from the office staff told me I wasn’t actually getting a cleaning that day. He was also unable to schedule me for a cleaning and sent me home telling me he’d follow up. He’s yet to do so. I spent almost 2 hours at the office and never had my teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: Just one big sales pitch. Not a real dental office that actually cares for their patients. Didn't even get a cleaning done after sitting there for two hours. Kay was nice. Quoted nearly $4,000 after insurance for cleaning and two months of retainers. Embarrassing and a shame to the dental field.

Fantastic experience: I came here for an issue with my tooth when I was at work. I googled the closest emergency dentist and this was it. I cannot emphasize enough how kind, respectful and thorough everyone is. I have terrible anxiety around the dentist and Leslie was beyond understanding. She was patient, understanding, reassuring, and funny. The dentist was also patient with me and my many questions. I found Aspen by accident, but plan now to use them moving forward.

Kay—who I’m guessing loves the color pink—made getting new X-rays quick and completely painless. She handled everything with ease while assisting multiple patients at once, which really speaks to how skilled and dedicated she is. A true asset to the Aspen Dental team. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist visit, but I’m actually looking forward to going back for my cleaning and starting procedures so I can smile confidently again. Negative experience: Picked Aspen because I needed root canals done ASAP because I was in pain and looking at their services on their web page they say they provide root canals and extractions.After going thru ex rays the dentist came in the exam room to tell me I needed root canal work ,I said ok let's get them done,he said they do not do them I have to go to a specialist and they gave me a name to call. Then a consultant came into room and gave me a menu of other work my mouth needed, I told him all I need is root canals he said sorry the person who did that work quit and moved on and has not been replaced, If I knew that before going into Aspen I would of never made a appointment, it was a waste of a day and money.
