Negative experience: I have had many issues. My fillings took almost 1.5 years to be completed and some fillings were not completed right so that had to be re done. Dr. Patel and Dr. Singh are very kind and the front desk people are also very kind and considerate.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the dental care provided at this office. During a recent visit for my mother, she underwent a tooth extraction. Unfortunately, we discovered that a piece of the tooth was left behind in her mouth, which is completely unacceptable and has caused her unnecessary discomfort. Furthermore, I have been very disappointed with the general quality of care and service. The fillings performed previously were not done properly, and we experienced significant wait times before being assisted. Additionally, this office has been unresponsive regarding a requests for insurance coverage information, making it very difficult to manage the financial aspects of treatments still needed. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the standard of care and communication provided to your patients. For anyone who has had a similar experience, I recommend visiting Hamilton Dental Associates.

Negative experience: They rescheduled my appt 3 times already!!! And then they called to confirm my appt today just to receive a call a few hours later stating the dr isn’t going to be here! I advise you all to not go here to elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I completely recommend this facility! My first experience was not the best because of miscommunication, but we are all human and things happen, but the front desk staff made every effort to make it right and they did. Ever since then, my experiences have been great. I absolutely love my dentist there she is amazing in her work and so precise! My filling today that I got I can't even tell is a filling because it is so smooth! They are gentle and make sure you are comfortable and the front desk girls are ALWAYS so friendly to me when I am there. I enjoy chatting with them too! The dental assistants are awesome because they also keep a constant check asking if you're comfy! Overall if I could give 10 stars I would! Keep up the great work and I will see you guys soon for my next visit!!!!

Negative experience: I have called months ahead to make appointments for my children on a Saturday and its already 2 canceled 1 day before but when I need another Saturday given they want to give me 2 months after for new appt. Wheres the accommodation just because they dont have specific dentist that day its not my fault they are understaffed . Thats unprofessional.. Will be going somewhere else... I won't change my review as the first time I did years ago the unprofessional receptionist had the nerve to call her boss while i was there acting offended when she didn't like when I posted my review but after they actually did their job i changed it of course... but this time PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Waste of time

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t due at the time but they did an emergency cleaning. I had to pay out of pocket but the price was great compared to other spots I had called. The dentist also gave advice on what toothpaste works best for my teeth. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Worst experience. Staff doc and front desk staff unprofessional and rude had bad experience several times. When trying to let someone know of my concerns they were heard talking about me and when i told staff i heard what was said they did not care.

Negative experience: Sitting in the waiting room no one checked me in or anything. Waiting for over half an hour with no update or anything. AVOID! They confirmed my appointment to come in but said the doctor wasn’t there. Lied to say they tried to call before but when they did call nobody mentioned that.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I have had. The services are overpriced, and professionalism was lacking. During one visit, I was asked to leave the office due to an insurance payment issue related to a previous crown procedure. Less than a year later, the crown failed, and when I returned seeking a solution, I was informed that additional payment would be required. The overall experience gave the impression that financial matters were prioritized over patient care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I had childhood trauma due to a dental accident and I have suffered through the years to find myself going to get even x-rays. Today at the age of 59 (50yrs later) . Negative experience: By far the most incompetent people I’ve had to deal with and talk to about appointments and insurance. They would get all the work done for you first before they can check with your insurance. Which means even if you’re not covered they won’t tell you until after the service is done and expect you to pay the full payment. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous to deal with especially during the holidays.

Fantastic experience: I would first like to say the staff there was AMAZING! There was a little wait, as to be expected as i had to do paper work. While doing so the front desk girl was very helpful. when i got to the back the room was very neat, and had a lovely pic on the screen with some good oldies which i love. The assistant was nice and friendly she made me very comfortable. When the doctor came in i was very surprised by how she took her time and explained my plan and answered all my questions i give the people a rating 10/10!

Negative experience: the amount of times that I have had an appointment and had to reschedule due to them calling me the night before to say no dentist will be in is insane.This has happened AT LEAST 5 times now in the past year. I will be taking my business elsewhere because this is one of the most unreliable dental offices I have ever been a patient at.

Negative experience: I initially had a very positive experience with Dr. Patel during my first four to five visits—she was kind and professional. However, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing and upsetting. I was scheduled to have three cavities filled, but upon arrival, the receptionist (who has always been courteous and respectful) informed me that due to time constraints, they would only be able to do one tooth that day. I told him that was completely fine, but I wanted to ask Dr. Patel a quick question before starting: my previous dentist had only diagnosed one cavity, so I wanted to clarify whether the other two were recent or had previously gone unnoticed. He said he would ask her on my behalf. However, when he went to relay the question, I overheard Dr. Patel respond in a loud and aggressive tone, saying something along the lines of, “I don’t have time for these questions—if she wants, she can go back to her previous dentist.” Her tone and volume made it very clear, and I was surprised and hurt to hear such a dismissive response. The receptionist did not return, likely because he realized I had overheard the exchange. Another medical assistant then came in, and I asked her why Dr. Patel would say such a thing simply because I asked a question. She responded that the doctor was speaking to her colleague, not directly to me. I pointed out that even so, the comment was clearly about me, and the assistant and I exchanged words on that point. To her credit, she apologized, and I appreciated that, although she was not at fault. Moments later, another staff member came from a nearby room and, in front of me, told the assistant I had been speaking with, “We don’t have time for this—if she wants to leave, she can.” I then told the assistant that I would not begin any procedure without first speaking directly with Dr. Patel. She agreed, but after waiting 15–20 minutes, the doctor never came. Eventually, I walked to the front desk and told the receptionist that I had overheard the doctor’s comments. I explained that I had simply asked a reasonable question and had not been rude or disrespectful. I then left the office, feeling very disappointed and disrespected. I believe that all patients deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of their insurance provider. Having Medicaid should never affect the quality of care or respect one receives.

Negative experience: The front office person who answered the phone needs to be retrained with customer service skills. Just by the interaction with him I won’t refer this practice to anyone! The front desk is a representation of the practice and if the front half is rude means the other half is even worse!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, Dinisha greeted me warmly and made sure my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Chaithra was absolutely lovely—she did a fantastic job with my X-rays and teeth cleaning. Dr. Patel was amazing! Unlike other dentists, she was honest about what I actually needed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments just to make me pay more out of pocket. Negative experience: literally so unprofessional. first, told me i had to pay a deductible when im in network with them which makes absolutely no sense. and we went back and forth about this which is ridiculous. they should have little girls working front desk that don’t know when and when not to charge a deductible. next they told me i had 6 cavities, i got a second opinion and i have absolutely zero cavities. they would’ve drilled in my mouth for NO REASON!!!! this is extremely alarming and i wonder how many people they told have cavities when they don’t. they tried to charge me for a deep cleaning as well, turns out i didn’t even need one. Absolutely TERRIBLEEEE experience and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: I am very upset writing this review. Do not go to this Dentist to get a crown. I’m so serious! I waited almost 2 hours just to be put under a chair and felt almost everything. The Dentist kept leaving to go to other patients and was constantly calling for equipments that should have been available in the room but wasn’t. That should have been a red flag for me but I had high hopes because the Doctor was Indian and I heard they are Amazing at their work. Not this one I had! But I came back to finish although I was still in pain they told me it was part of the process. BS! Weeks after I was in pain like I didn’t get anything done. My tooth is still sensitive to hot and cold and the pain is still there. I came back and the dentist sprayed something and sent me home. I came again complaining and she basically just referred me to another doctor! I am so upset because now they have put a crown on top of the nerve that seem to still be causing me pain. My insurance didn’t cover everything so I paid so much money out of pocket! It’s been months and I’m still in pain. They don’t care about the patients, they only care for the money! I tried calling the state to have them investigated and My mom gave me her lawyer number I’m planning on suing! I will continue everything I can legally to get justice.

Negative experience: The only thing worse than making an appointment a month in advance and then having to wait in the lobby for over an hour is when you're patronized in the paperwork by them stating that they respect your time and are always prompt but if you don't keep your appointment you'll be charged $35. You knew I was coming at my scheduled time for a whole month but we're still unable to keep our appointment without an additional hours wait, as if I don't have a job or a family to tend to. Wheres my $35?

THEY PULL OUT A PAPER WITH NAMES AND AMOUNTS PEOPLE HAVE PAID. DR PURI COMES OUT FROM THE BACK FREQUENTLY TO PEEK AT THE LIST, IT'S ALL ABOUT NUMBERS. DR PURI IS THEIR LEADER AND THE MAN IS ALL ABOUT MONEY!! I UNDERSTAND ITS A BUSINESS AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE MONEY, BUT THAT SHOULDN'T AFFECT MY EXPERIENCE AS A PATIENT. YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE IT SO OBVIOUS THAT YOU SEE YOUR PATIENTS AS JUST ANOTHER DOLLAR BILL. THERE IS A CERTAIN RAPPORT A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER SHOULD HAVE WITH THEIR PATIENTS. PURI SPOKE TO ME THE OTHER DAY SIMPLY TO INFORM ME THAT I HAD MADE MY FINAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT! THE MAN DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO HIDE THAT IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY! IT'S TRULY A DISGUSTING DISPLAY FROM A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL. TO DR PURI, YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE SIR, WE ARE NOT STOCKS! IN CONCLUSION, DO NOT GO HERE! Negative experience: This place is horrible I happen to call to inform them that I got Aetna now instead of NJ Family care and ask them about my up coming procedure OK so they wanted me to have all my teeth removed which I wasn't happy about , so they gave a referral for a oral surgeon in freefold ok long story short I was two days away from surgery there when I just happen to call these quacks on how are they gonna make a impression with no teeth they tell me almost laughing I had to conceal that app because they havent made any impressions yet...which take a month or more What are you freaking kidding me .. I was 2days away from all my teeth removed with NO dentures... No one called me prior to say hey we need to make impressions No nothing... So basically I would of been walking around at work even with no teeth for a month or more ... Unbelievable I should of realized this when I was the only one in the waiting room that i picked the wrong place....
