Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend this office!! I haven’t been to a dentist in years and was super anxious about the visit. But Dr.Koria was amazing !! She explained everything thoroughly and did my fillings without any pain at all. Adrienne did a great job with my dental cleaning and Cera at the front desk is so helpful. 10/10 recommend this office to all my family and friends.

She is so caring, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain everything and make sure you feel comfortable. I know Invisalign is a great option for getting the aesthetic smile that a lot of patients are looking for, but what I really love about Dr. Koria is that she focuses on so much more than just how your teeth look. She really cares about the function, health, and long-term care of your teeth. She wants to make sure everything is aligned properly and functioning the way it should, not just that you have a straight smile. Her assistants, Justine and Abby, are also the sweetest! They are both so caring, patient, and genuinely take the time to listen to you and make sure you feel heard and comfortable. And I have to mention her hygienists, Karin and Adrienne, who are both amazing as well. They are so kind, thorough, and make every cleaning such a comfortable experience. You can really tell that the entire team cares about their patients and wants you to have the best experience possible. I feel like I’m in such good hands with Dr. Koria and her team, and I’m so excited to see my Invisalign results! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that cares about both the health AND aesthetics of your smile!

Positive experience: Most everything was fine. The Dentist was not yet signed up for Delta dental, so she was considered out of network. Delta sent me the check of payment, and I had to make the payment to the office. Other than that, the services were top notch as always.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit to shady brook dental and it was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist. All of the staff was so nice from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the doctor. They explained everything they were doing in detail and took their time To answer my questions. I felt so comfortable being there and I don’t always feel comfortable at the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that has a fear of the dentist, they will for sure make you feel better.

I’ve seen Jenna for my appointments multiple times now and she is excellent. I want to specifically highlight Jen and Jen at the front desk! As someone who recently turned 26 and has had a stressful and difficult time navigating the world of insurance, these two were extraordinarily helpful when I came in this morning with brand new information. They made the process quick, simple, and easy! And most importantly, they were so polite and kind and understanding. Truly lovely people from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, I highly recommend Shady Brook!

Negative experience: I scheduled a routine cleaning and exam six months ago. When I show up for the appointment I am told the dentist is traveling and is out of the country. I can have the x-rays and cleaning done now, but not the examination by the dentist. As a result, I have to go back for another appointment a couple weeks later to do the exam. Why is the dentist’s time more important than my own? Or at least communicate this so I can decide if I can split up the cleaning and exam into two separate visits or reschedule for when the dentist is back.

Fantastic experience: Small practice, however they use modern technology unlike some of the larger dental practices in the area. The technology is less evasive on the patient and takes less time than old methods to get a diagnosis. Was told what was happening BEFORE the procedure actually started. Everyone in the office was friendly. Billing practices are straight forward meaning there are no surprises at the end like the larger dental offices in the area. Location is easy to get to. Lots of parking. Will return.

Very nice Gabby The Tech that was with Dr. Koria It was very reassuring and very helpful! Considering this was an extraction, Dr. Koria Explained everything she was going to do so I can understand it, and answered all my questions which I had many and during the procedure, she commented that I have very strong teeth, cause I could see her struggling a little bit to yank the sucker out of my mouth, but she did a great job very nice people And I will be back if you’ll have me I did appreciate the phone call this morning from Dr. KORIA and she reassured me that everything that has been going on and then the last 24 hours is what usually happens. I was in a decent amount of pain but the medication that I took and Tylenol and stuff helped with that and I did ice it down and everything it was it was it was nice and so thank you all very much.

I did not feel rushed at any point during my visit (cannot say the same about some offices I visited in the past) Adrienne took her time with my cleaning and it felt very thorough.

Positive experience: I like the dentists here, however I don’t like services added to the cleaning without being aware of extra costs :( I got a teeth cleaning and got the cancer screening and fluoride, I was told I was getting these things done and was not told it was optional so had to pay $60 out of pocket when I wasn’t planning on having to pay anything. I sucked it up since it had been awhile since I was there, but I find it disingenuous to provide services without telling clients there’s extra costs, especially with how rough the economy and money has become. Great dentist office, awesome staff, but make sure you ask questions.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this practice. I am a new patient and from the moment I made my appointment to the time I left, I was very pleased. Adrian was my hygienist and was very inviting and put me at ease and did a great job on my cleaning! My teeth are crowded and it wasn’t easy. I also discussed the possibility of Invisalign with Dr. Koria and instead of pushing Invisalign, she said let me see if I can do it or we may need to refer you out to an orthodontist. That statement immediately said, not all about the money but about quality care for their patient. Oh, and I do not have coverage for Invisalign. Was a very good first experience! Highly recommend.

Karin did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and I now have that smooth, run your tongue over your teeth, super clean feeling. Evan after eating they still feel super clean. Do yourself a huge favor and go to shady brook family dental and get your teeth cleaned and any other service you need. They have state of the art equipment and are super clean and friendly. I had an unexpected gum bleed yesterday and they worked quickly to address the concern. ahey had me rest with a cold cloth and kept checking on me. Even calling me several hours later to check on me. They not only scheduled quick, but also provided whole oral care including oral cancer screening my former dental office didn’t have . I did x-rays ,oral cancer screening, treating a painful tooth with sensitive, and teeth cleaning which made me feel much healthier. I recommend the clinic as everyone’ first choice

Fantastic experience: Saw this practice as emergency. The care and attention to my dental problem was diagnosed and a plan to make sure it doesn't return. Dr.Rosenberg was great along with his staff.

Negative experience: It was terrible. I got the appointment. My son spent an hour online beforehand filling out forms. Then when i got there i was told they could not do anything for me without my records from the previous dentist. I and other friends have tried new dentists without this happening. They has the information on my previous dentist and they could have contacted them practice to practice to get them. Or at least contacted me that they needed the records before we wasted more of our time.
