Fantastic experience: Like many people, I do not like going to the dentist. I also wanted to change my dentist, and I found this place. From the front desk ladies, to the woman who took the X-rays, the dentist and the hygienist (Sydney), everyone was great. They also explained everything as they went along. The place is clean and appears well-run. I am glad I found my new dental place.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, friendly Staff! Very knowledgeable and informative. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I broke a front tooth and had to get a crown. The whole process was quick and easy. Dr. Doleski did a great job, you can’t tell that the tooth was ever broken!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years and always had a pleasant experience with the hygienist and dentist. They had a change in staff recently which usually scares me but the new hygienist Sydney and new dentist were both fantastic. Usually the dentist is an uncomfortable place for me but Sydney made me feel very comfortable and was very kind and professional. The reception staff were also incredibly kind and fixed an issue in my chart with contact info that I had been asking the previous front desk staff to fix for the last two years! Will absolutely continue to see them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Doleski is amazing. I actually didn’t feel the numbing shot, and I was amazed when she announced my extraction was about 90% done… I hadn’t had to raise my hand for a break, and I hadn’t gagged. She and her assistant make a great team. I’m not saying I’m suddenly going to look forward to going to the dentist, but my dread level has dropped a lot!!

Fantastic experience: Had my initial visit this morning. I was very pleased with Bright Now Dental in Newtown. I was welcomed by Shannon at the front desk. She was very warm and friendly and immediately calmed by “dental anxiety “. Then I met Olga who did all my X-rays. She too was very patient with me. I saw Doctor Doleski , and she was wonderful. Explained everything to me especially the procedure needed for my periodontal disease and had full knowledge and understanding of my cardiac issues that I am dealing with. And last but not least ,Zeny was also very helpful in working with me to get a payment plan. Thank you to all I met today for really putting me at ease. See you soon!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because I was so scared of being judged by my teeth. I never felt judged or embarrassed by anything. In fact I felt the opposite! They really wanted to help! The dentist was so kind, talked me through each step, explained everything to me and answered all my questions, then came up with a treatment plan that worked for me to help get my teeth healthy again! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fantastic experience: I just got a deep clean there and it was great. The new dentist Sydney was excellent and the doctor was good . Shannon and Zeny up front are so friendly and nice. Olga on the back is the best. They make it easy for someone who gets bad anxiety. Thank you guys.

Negative experience: RUN. I had a very disappointing experience at Bright Now! Dental in Newtown, PA. As a new patient, I went in expecting a routine visit with X-rays and a cleaning. Unfortunately, the X-rays were extremely painful. I was told that my mouth was “too tiny,” which I have never been told before despite having had many X-rays done in the past without any issues. In addition to that, the staff was not welcoming. The front desk and the dental assistant were not warm or friendly, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I was also frustrated to learn—only after my appointment—that because I was a new patient, I would need to schedule a separate visit for the actual cleaning. No one informed me of this ahead of time, and it felt very misleading. Overall, I would NOT recommend Bright Now Dental in Newtown to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: I went here as a new patient last month due to a chipped tooth. They got me in within a day, took x-rays, and fixed the tooth that day! I was in and out in an hour tops. I saw Dr. Hilliard, Zeny, Shannon, and Olga they were all great!

Fantastic experience: I have been to plenty of dentist & this one is amazing. I’m denying making this my home dentist. The staff are lovely people & Zeny is amazing!! She’s always so sweet & helpful. Never forgets me

Negative experience: They called and rescheduled me from December to February for a routine visit/ cleaning. Annoying but it is what it is …. Then attempted to reschedule me to April and proceeded to lie to me about the first reschedule… which was a little funny because the person who called for the first cancellation was the same person who called the 2nd time with a strong accent making it easy to identify her as the same person who called the first time. She tried to accuse me of not being truthful for simply making it clear she had already cancelled me once and was doing it a second time. It can’t take 4 months to get a routine cleaning …. And staff making a sad attempt at covering up the fist reschedule ‍♂️ Moving on from this place. 4 months for a cleaning topped with a sad attempt at gas lighting.

Fantastic experience: Every employee is beyond kind and amenable to all concerns and problems! Dr. Hillard is great, she is communicative and does everything to ensure her patient’s comfort throughout the process. Olga is fantastic; very friendly and calming while constantly making sure the flow of the procedure is progressing. Shannon and Zeny at the front are rockstars and truly put everyone at ease pre & post procedure! All procedures that I have had(extensive) have gone easier and better than expected! I will happily continue to be a patient for as long as they have me!

Fantastic experience: I met Dr.Hillard for the first time today and I was beyond happy with her care and treatment of my teeth and gums.I am sensitive in both areas and she was expert in her approach and for the first time I actually look forward to my next check up! Fantastic experience: Booking an appointment to being seen was straightforward and efficient. I moved recently and needed a new dentist. After confirming they accepted my insurance, getting an appointment was effortless. On their website you entered your insurance information, your preferred date and time to be seen, then just show up. Shannon at the front desk was kind and made the check-in process seamless.

Negative experience: Such a horrible service at this location: Bad management, confusion of quotes, rushed cleaning, unclear charge and poor communication! Their helpless staffs even were threatening me for their mistakes! I paid for their mistakes and misquotes! I just do not understand how it has 4.5 stars in Google! Most of 5 star ratings and reviews are fake I guess! A disrespect to me and embarrassment to Newtown - I felt like being robbed by a group of scammers!

Negative experience: I went here with a dental problem. They ended up working on the wrong tooth. Later when it became evident a root canal was required, they told me they would have to send me to a specialist. Worst dental experience ever.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Was warned about this BrightNow office’s practice of frequently cancelling cleaning appointments. In a span of just 6 months, the Newtown PA office has cancelled our family’s cleaning appointments FOUR times with only one days notice or less. Twice the reason given was that there was no dental hygienist working that day, once it was because the Dentist went on vacation, and most recently they didn’t even call to cancel, only found out when we got there and there was no hygienist. The three previous cancellations we simply rescheduled with them for months later as that was all they had available. When they cancelled the most recent appointment, we complained to the office manager. She said if we didn’t like it we can find a new dentist. Obviously, that’s exactly what we plan to do. I would give ZERO stars if that was possible. One star is being too generous.

Negative experience: So, I called two weeks before my appointment and specifically told them which insurance I have to make sure they accept it. After the receptionist confirmed that they do, she said I just need to assign this facility to my insurance, so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment and contacted my insurance to assign it. Now, today they’re telling me their doctor isn’t credentialed with my insurance and that they’ve been waiting for three months for his credentials. Since he’s the only doctor in this facility, they “happily” offered to take me for cash instead. Really? Why didn’t they tell me this two weeks ago when I gave them all the information? Now I have to assign another facility and wait until next month for the change to take effect — and today is only the 3rd, by the way. All that while I’m sitting here with a broken tooth.

Negative experience: Had an appointment was told to be there 830 for paperwork Noone was there was closed till 9 am but, cleaning crew left door open so I just went in and sat down.The staff was good but 1 xray told me to come bk in 5 hours was horrible I came from Levittown, but I did it n was long day for someone's screw up.never again .gave me needle to numb my gums for filling didn't come back in to do for 25 min only takes 5...300 bucks for little filling never again .what a nightmare

Negative experience: I had a great first experience at Bright Now and they have gone down each visit to the point where I AM FURIOUS. Our last cleaning (over 6 months ago at this point) they messed up both my AND my son's appointments and I had to come back. I have yet to have another appointment because they keep rescheduling or cancelling. After I called today to try and confirm my appointment for next week for us- they told us YET AGAIN that they would need to reschedule us. This is now the 4th time they have done this! I am done. SO.SO.SO. DONE.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for years, routinely. Roughly two and a half months ago I decided to try the Reveal aligners that they offer and push. Dr. Wilston took my digital scans, which I paid hundreds of dollars for, and they stated they sent them out to Reveal in order to start the process for me. Well, they basically just stole my money. I have been reaching out to them for almost 12 weeks regarding this and they have completely ignored me. I thought Zeny would have at least given me some information, but I was very wrong. A long time ago I would have recommended this place, however, it has gone very down hill. Not only did they steal my money, but they started dodging all my phone calls regarding the Reveal aligners and basically have completely shut me out all together. If you are smart, you will not go to this company.

Negative experience: Loved the doctor and hygienist but the receptionist was rude, tried to scam me $20 with using an insurance I no longer had. She argued with me when I told her that I no longer had that insurance and would not listen to a word I was saying. I will never go there again. Count your days

Negative experience: Excellent service when I first started there in 2017. Now my teeth are a mess due to a dentist that had no idea what he was doing. Dr. Wilston was the new dentist in 2024 and he was excellent. Unfortunately he has left the practice 2025 along with Chris and Rose. Zeny is the only person left that knows anything. I am looking for a new dentist Richboro or Newtown area. Good luck Zeny. I just got new dentures so I hope I can find a dentist to keep a check on me.

Negative experience: My initial experience with the Dr was pleasant. However, I expressed that i had some anxiety when get cavities filled. The Dr offered to prescribe me Valium to help with my nerves for the day of my appointment. Then the Dr said she would refuse to see me if I was going to take the Valium. Why even offer it to me if you were going to refuse services?

Fantastic experience: The staff is great, especially Rose! She helped us navigate an issue with insurance! She knew what was needed and made it all happen! There have been a few dentists come and go but Dr. Wilston and his hygienist are compassionate and professional!

Dr. Wilston was very friendly and listened to my entire ridiculously long tooth story without rushing me. Then he spent time discussing all the options. Couldn't ask for a better visit.

Negative experience: I was texted about my appointment and I called to confirm and they canceled it. That is just the tip of the iceberg with what I have been through with this dentist! My family has been going there for over 20 years and the girl in the office treated me with pure disrespect! I was given a cap on a tooth that didn’t need a cap. The one dentist they had said I had a crack in the tooth. I never had any problems with this tooth. It took him 3 times to get the correct cap and it’s never been the same. I have pain when I floss. A new dentist comes and asks me why I needed this cap. The answer is I didn’t. The dentist cut my tongue during the procedure. That dentist office tries to sell you everything under the sun! Do not go there! Then the office also hung up on me and said they left messages on a number that I have never had! They cancelled my daughter’s appointment too and wouldn’t answer the phone when she tried to reschedule. Terrible scam of a dentist!
