Negative experience: It is unfortunate that this office only values the time of the folks that work there. After .making an appointment over a month ago. The office advised me that the doctor was going on vacation. So they needed to schedule me a week earlier. This after they have canceled and rescheduled appointments for not having a hygienist, the dentist was pregnant and now an impromptu vacation. But fine, clearly the dentist and/or hygienist do not need to look at their schedule like every other working person. But fine. I rush there a week early, for a appointment they made me reschedule and Nicole at the front desk says you are 11 minutes late I can't see you. I'm sorry what? You rescheduled me for a doctor's vacation, not an emergency and I walk in here after 10 minutes and you can't see me. No problem. They do a good job but only care about their schedule and are fine rescheduling you or canceling your appointment but have absolutely no flexibility for you which is unprofessional and unacceptable. I won't be back. Be sure you understand that only their time table matters not yours. Terrible!

Fantastic experience: Sam has been my dentist for years already, he’s a great guy very intellectual, smart and trustworthy. They explain you everything that they will do, the reasons and results so you won’t have any unanswered questions in your mind. From dental hygienists to front desk staff, they’re all awesome people.

Fantastic experience: This was my first consultation. Atmosphere was friendly and relaxed yet professional. Procedure was explained and questions answered without reserve. I would recommend the practice to anyone. Returned for the procedure. Again, everything was done to help me feel relaxed and pain free. I’m glad this office was recommended to me. Returned for scan to see if everything was ready for the implant. Staff was pleasant and thorough. High praise when I don’t mind going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khoury did gentle and excellent work on my several implants, after rebuilding bone through grafting. He has also done an implant for my wife and for her brother. He is exacting and explains every step of his procedures. I can fully recommend him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Required gum surgery,pulled tooth,and implant.Dr. Khoury explained the procedure thoroughly,performed and followed up with 6 appointments to complete.No pain,no complications,I was comfortable throughout the procedure.The Dr. and his staff were conscientious,I will continue to go there for maintenance.Update 11-4-22 : I have been seeing Dr. Khoury and his staff for 8 years of periodontal procedures and maintenance.All I can add is that they have been consistent with my original review and I would'nt consider going anywhere else for this excellent care.
