Stephanie was so kind, patient, and reassuring. She took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease before I even walked through the door. When I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and such a friendly atmosphere. You can truly tell that everyone enjoys what they do, and it makes all the difference. The doctor was incredibly thorough, patient, and gentle. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I honestly didn’t feel a thing while getting my fillings, which was such a relief. I was so impressed with the care I received that I decided to become a patient and have already recommended my husband as well. Fantastic experience: My visit to Smile Shop Newtown on March 26, 2026 was my 1st of this year for periodontal care.The dental staff is always welcoming, offering a less anxious, stress free atmosphere which is why I continue to remain a dental patient for more than 15yrs. I have full confidence with the dental treatments or procedures when recommended. Thanks to all for their kind, caring support during each scheduled appt I have @Smile Shop Newtown. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My recent visit on 7/03/2024 for a scheduled appt to the new office and location on Newtown-Yardley Rd was easy to find. The new office offers a larger parking area which makes it easier to find a spot to park... the new office is a nice change from the old location, which now has more restrooms, larger waiting area. Everyone is always helpful and I trust for their continued excellent care of my oral gum and dental needs. My scheduled appt on 5/18/2023 for my regular and continued oral gum & dental cleaning with Monica who I trust in taking good care of my gum and dental conditions for the many years, greater than 10 that I have been visiting the Smile Shop Newton. The office staff is always helpful regarding scheduling an appointment or resolving an insurance billing issue. Thanks to all for their kind, caring support. My recent visit on 4/21/2022 for my dental treatments and oral evaluation remained consistently the same, all precautions maintained to provide a health-safe environment. Felt comfortable thru-out the oral gum and dental treatment and dental evaluation. All was good, along with the annual dental x-rays taken. Prior review: As a many years patient visiting the Smile Shop Newtown for all my dental treatments, I felt comfortable with the COVID protection procedures that were communicated to me, for myself the patient as well as the Dr's and supporting staff. My recent visit on 3/26/21 was convenient and was comfortable with the consistent protection procedures for COVID. Comfortable with all the dental treatment or procedures I need or am advised over the years that I have been a patient.

I was very apprehensive, naturally, but I knew I needed to go. I was encouraged not only by the recommendation of my oral surgeon, but also by the universally positive reviews I subsequently read online. Everyone I encountered at Smile Shop, from the receptionist with whom I made my appointment, to the dentist's assistant, the hygienist, and my dentist, Dr. Henrickson, was kind, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist before Smile Shop Newtown due to such awful experiences in the past, but this is now no longer the case. The staff at the front desk, hygienists and docs are all incredible. They truly make you feel welcomed, and are there to support you in a non-judgmental way with any work you would like done. This place helped me get over my life-long fears and has made me more confident in my smile, so I really can't recommend this place enough!
