Fantastic experience: I’ve never had such a warm and welcoming experience at the dentist’s. In fact, I have a little ptsd from past dental experiences. This was like being invited to a house for tea. I was having problems with wear from grinding. Dr. Popp took all the time in the world explaining my options to me. I trusted her judgment and let her fix the problem. And my teeth! My teeth look fantastic! They’re so comfortable and beautiful, they look like they did thirty years ago. Will add photos when I receive them.

Fantastic experience: I had a fall on ice in Northern California few weeks back and damaged my jaw and some other things, and I had to go see a dentist in order to have x-rays and scans done on my jaw. I was referred to Advanced Dentistry. From the moment I came in the door for my appointmen, the staff greeted me in such a friendly manner. I know we all have a little anxiety when going to the dentist because of the sensitivity involved, when we have work done on our teeth. Experiences for me from the past with dentis gave me a little more anxiety than some. The staff greeted me and brought me in to have my teeth looked at and a plan set in motion that was friendly, courteous and professional. There is a few issues that need to be taken care of from lack of proper maintenance of my teeth in the past. I feel comfortable when I go here for the obvious reasons I've already explained. To give this business a proper rating, I think you need ten stars, "ten out of five".....

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentists throughout the country in my 57 years, and Natalie Bailey is the best. I can’t recommend her highly enough. The entire team at Advanced Dentistry, especially Lupe, is impressive as well. Wish I could give a higher rating than five stars!!

Negative experience: I am a 66 year old retired man that spends his summers in the beautiful town of Coronado CA. I am on Medicare and have no dental insurance so everything is paid for out of pocket. I recently had my teeth cleaned at Dr Popp's dental office and was charged $436 for a basic dental cleaning. When asked why the ridicules charge I was told it was a mistake and $100 was taken off of my bill. This was not a mistake and they knowingly up charged me double the normal price. Whatever you do, do not use this dental office for any dental work now or in the future. Nice people but very dishonest about their services, business practices, and fees charged. I will never use again or recommend their services to anyone at anytime. Be aware and stay as far away from them as possible unless you want to be financially taken advantage off.

Fantastic experience: Courteous, professional and friendly! Yes! A little history. About 25 years ago I was working fore deck in a New Year's day regatta. While executing a spinnaker jibe (end for end) the pole hit me, knocking out the two front teeth. Dr. Popp came into the office and fitted two temporary teeth! Truly professional.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough initial visit by a very welcoming and friendly dentist and staff. Lots of fact finding (x-rays, scans and photos) to determine what needs fixing. Next appointment is consultation followed by prophylaxis and gum pocket mapping.

Fantastic experience: Prompt personnel in this office. Dr. Popp is a totally committed professional who shows her care directly to her patients. Her hygienist is also that way and deserves more patients to look after to help them in this particular area of their health. I called on the morning due to a tooth ache and was seen later that day and since I had an infection Dr, Popp noticed it without me having to mention that area of specific discomfort to her. She sent a prescription notice to my pharmacy which was ready before I arrived in that area to pick it up. Sure glad Dr. Popp has been my dentist for a long time.

She assured me they were fine. Thank you for your expertise. I am very pleased of the outcome. If more star were available, I'd have chosen them all!

Professionally explained the next steps in getting my teeth back to normal. I have four front chipped teeth looking very bad, can't smile. The plan is to repair with minimal pain. Dr. Popp, hopefully I can take you out for a beer/wine at the end of my dental work. Cheers! Lassie! Second appt., Anthony cleaned my mouth & gums. Using an instrument he called “the jackhammer”, on all my teeth. Rather than the old style of scraping the teeth, this tool removes all the plaque & tartar away very quickly & painlessly, while listening to the great music they’re always playing in the office. Thanks, Mate! I’ll never have any problem anymore, scheduling a teeth cleaning again, looking forward to it. Third appt. was to remove 4 temporary front top teeth & put in permanent dental implants. This was so painless again using local anesthesia, numbing the whole upper jaw & gums felt funny, without using any shots. My lips felt like “fish lips”, surgically installed facial lip fillers to form both sides of the lips. Of course, after looking at my lips they looked normal just felt big, again better than having shots. Painlessly installing all 4 permanent teeth so quickly was brilliant! I couldn’t believe I could smile again, feeling confidant, & they gave me a more positive outlook in life. Its not good having bad teeth making you have negative feelings about yourself. Now I can’t stop smiling, what a great feeling! I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart working in Dr. Popp’s office for being so friendly & always smiling with wonderful positive attitudes, especially in today’s climates. “Cheers to all”, while having either beer/wine to celebrate a successful surgery! I’ve had my yearly 12 pack of my favorite beer, because it’s the 4th of July & my birthday is on the 5th, happy Independence Day to all! “Godspeed”, Navy saying of good journey “Thanks a million”!

I have a medical condition that has caused me a lot of distress and I have needed a lot of dental work. There is nobody I trust more than her to work on my teeth. Fantastic experience: Over a year ago, Dr. Bailey recommended I treat an upper molar that was showing signs of multiple cavities. Since the tooth was not causing me any pain, I politely (and regrettably) declined treatment. Fast forward a year later and the tooth had grown sensitive to liquids, air, and children's laughter. Even a deep breath would cause me extreme discomfort which robbed the joy of yoga from me once again. Although I do not typically look forward to going to the dentist, Dr. Bailey was very comforting and walked me through the procedure from start to finish to put my mind at ease. Dr. Bailey treated the tooth with some drilling, a crown, and a reassuring smile. My previous dentists would send crowns out to a lab which would take at least a few days to make and receive back, but Dr. Bailey makes the crowns in her office so you get them on the same day. Thus, a regrettable and painful decision on my end was remedied by a professional, patient, and convenient visit with Dr. Bailey of Advanced Dentistry. I highly recommend :)
