Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive, going to a new dentist because our insurance changed. However, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Jeff and his assistant were very welcoming and treated my five year-old excellent she had no fear and is looking forward to going back for her next check up. The office was quiet and clean!

Negative experience: Set an appointment how to call out of work for them to not tell me the the person I'm supposed to become seeing isn't going to be in today completely wasting my time

Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygenist told me to try Biotine Mouthwash for my dry mouth due to Sogrens last time I was there, which I did in addition to the little Xylimelts despite having no faith in itnat all. My teeth are looking amazing after a couple days and my mouth isnt unbearably dry anymore! I have had so much plaque thats always been blamed on smoking and coffee by every dentisr I have been to. None of my prior Dentists (qnd ive seen many) ever did the simple math Thrush+Dry mouth+Plus Plaque= Sogrens and Scleroderma. I had really just given up on my teeth, havent beem flossing, barely brushing, etc. Couple days of Biotine and Xylomelts in combination with baking soda as I ran out of the nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste I like and my teeth look better than they have in the pasrv years! Thank you, whoever my dental hygenist last visit!

Negative experience: Can we normalize NOT having to wait over 20 minutes when you’re the first appointment of the day? If I was 20 minutes late you best believe they would cancel my appointment, charge me for that appointment, and make me come back another day. Oh and the dentist wasn’t even here…. Make it make sense! The hygienist was nice, quick once I got back there, but the girl behind the desk had an attitude and a half and felt the need to blame everyone and everything else…. Fantastic experience: I recently had a visit for a Crown prep and Dr M and assistant treated me with much respect and caring touch,the process was painless and I didn’t have any concerns they didn’t address I would recommend this office if you are in need of dental care… thumbs up! Then returned for final placement and Honestly the easiest visit and perfect results .., Very Happy with the outcome. Thank you

Positive experience: Manchester Dentistry and Braces got me in for a cleaning the day after I called. They did a good job.

Negative experience: I have had multiple unsettling experiences. Exsenive wait time. Bring a magazine. If your appointmentis after 12pm you will wait 45 minutes or more. They tresspassed me. The male assistant was having a bad day at 9 am. He was verbally rude when I told him he ripped the bracelet like heart monitor off my arm from behind me. Know one in office asked me what happened. Our insurance/ co pay. Pays your bills at least find help that wants to work with public with utmost customer service. I think there was some mis communication. This man Scared me. I will never recommend this place ever.

Negative experience: Never return calls. Never explain what to expect. Downhill significantly in past year.

Negative experience: The service at the office was good. The doctor and hygienist did their jobs well. The office did not. I got new insurance and called to ask if they accepted it. They told me just to text them a picture of the card and they would call me back. They never called back. I have also been receiving the same bill from them for over 6 months. When I called to ask about it they said I didn’t owe them anything as all my cleanings were covered. They said they would take care of it but it’s been months and I still receive texts, emails, and mail about the bill. Whenever I called to ask I cannot reach a person no matter which number I call (this could be due to the fact I can only call during lunch or at 4:30). I have since moved to a better managed dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mahmood is funny, quick and efficient. I appreciated my dental experience because of the staff, and of course the lack of pain. Thanks guys!

Positive experience: Always had been a great experience until recently. The staff at the desk could really use some more training.

Negative experience: Appointments seem to be just a suggestion for the dental team. Both elm st and vinton street location lack accountability with this same matter.

Negative experience: Went to the Nashua Office last week they scheduled me a week later for an emergency extraction in Manchester got to Manchester they took one x-ray and told me they couldn't pull the tooth that is basically falling out of my mouth that the oral surgeon was in the Nashua office today absolutely horrible left in pain they called me this morning to ask me if they needed an appointment for the Nashua office for the extraction which I declined they had their chance to help me instead of sending me place to place wasting gas and time only to still be in pain

He pulled a tooth for my 86-year-old dad, and my dad could not be more grateful for the amazing job he did. The entire staff was also very friendly and helpful. We give them 5 stars and highly recommend this office!

He came in momentarily look at my X-rays and decided to take another X-ray, they did and he liked that one much better. he. explained the xray and he was off to see his next patient. very quick and professional.

Negative experience: They you tell you one thing and you do another They’re not completely honest you go in there for one thing you need to say they need another procedure done that doesn’t even affect your teeth to me. I think this is a low poor. Company in the dentist field I’ve been in pain for almost a month and a half swollen of the mouth trying to get my tooth thick distracted and I have a heart issue and then they’re telling me That I need to get my diabetes check because I never told him which I did in their system of their iPads so I feel this Company is lack of communication they send you to other braces and dental places in the area of Manchester and they tell you totally different. This is very Frustrating and upsetting and dishonest for a patient

Negative experience: I had to change my review. Here's my story. I went in looking for help knowing id need to prob get teeth removed and lower dentures. And that ended up being the plan. Not to long later I had teeth removed and chose to wait for my mouth to heal and have custom dentures made to fit my mouth. After my mouth healed this is where it all kinda went down. It took many appointments, some of the time everyone wasnt on the same page of what was to be done. I was told one thing and something else was being done. When my impressions were taking I was laying down, and I felt rushed with everything. The main dentist was usually behind. One day I had to wait an hour for him. The day I got my dentures back was the day I was supposed to get a mold to try on with teeth and everything to see if I liked it before making the final. But they already made the final and gave it to me right then. He had me try it on. I thought it looked weird but was told its because i havent had teeth for awhile. But it wasnt to long i didnt have teeth and if for how long its because some appointments he could of done more at once instead of making them into tons of appointments. Anyways i went home and It cut up my mouth so bad I couldn't wear them. So I went back and told him my concerns. he did help make it so it doesnt hurt my mouth, but they do not look right I have a horse face and cant smile without looking like the joker. They are supposed to look natural. One side is two pressed out. He told me its the way my jaw is for not having teeth and he cant file the outside down. So after spending over 4000 dollars I cant even wear them. I havent gone back. Because I dont think they would even help. But I think they need to remake them and take there time or refund me. I dont think they understand how much this can effect someone's mental health. UPDATE- no one has tried to contact me. Another update April 28th. Ive called and left message awhile back from the customer services number they left. After calling a few times with no answer. Anyways left my number. Still no call back. Probably to late for them to remake them without me paying all over again. Im still paying care credit card and I cant even wear my dentures. Might look into small claims court.

Negative experience: I brought my family here for a few years now. I have had zero issues until recent. I had to reschedule a booked an appointment for all 3 of my children. I was told there was a 6 month wait list (not normal here) which meant my kids would miss their 6 month cleaning... I wrote down the appointment in my calendar immediately and when I showed up 6 months later I was told it was on a different day. The day before my appointment I was contacted by the company and told they had to reschedule my appointment because they didn't have a provider that day and the hygienist wouldn't see my kids because it had been a year since their last cleanings. The next day I received a call from the company stating they would not see my children who are fully insured because of a past due amount on my own services from years ago! So glad they genuinely care about the oral hygiene of children and that they're not money driven. Class act

I was looking for a place to do a cleaning for a while because I’ve been in places before that my teeth did not look clean after, but today I finally found it. Mohamed did a great job !! Also the dental assistant Jonathan, so nice and careful during all the process.

Negative experience: Completely dishonest and they don’t care about their patients. Brought my son here for a tooth extraction and they changed it to something else both times the first time they said they needed X-rays and I understand that. The second time they told me they were pulling the tooth and then sprayed something on his tooth and told him to reschedule again. We will be finding another dentist as he has been in pain for months now.

Negative experience: I've been trying to find a new dentist for a while but unfortunately I have to continue going here for the time being every time my dentist asks me a question and I start answering he cuts me off I've asked him please let me finish I'm trying to answer your question I've asked the hygienist to tell him can you tell him that I'm trying to answer his question today when I went in I said last time we had kind of a difficult time communicating and so when you asked me a question please let me finish I'm just trying to communicate what I need and trying to answer you first question he asked me I got so out of my mouth and he caught me off and when I said could I finish he said what they don't listen they rush you out but they don't mind letting you sit there while they have a full conversation about conversations they shouldn't be having in the office not speaking about the hygienist hygienists are great I'm speaking about the dentist specifically

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience at all. First I will say that the staff there are awesome, very friendly, kind and helpful. I do not care for the dentist himself. I thought my appointment was for a routine cleaning. But when I got there because I was a new patient they had to do other things. Dentist asked me my concerns for my teeth and I said I wanted to fix my 2 front teeth that were chipped and asked to have them bonded. He immediately said no. He said you need crowns. i said I can’t afford that, need to figure something less expensive. He would not even listen to me or sit with me for an alternative plan. He sent me to the check out with an estimate for 4 crowns ( said I had 2 more broken teeth) total cost over $6,000. My inurance only covers cleanings. I plan to look into More dental I insurance but I was very put off by his lack of professionalism In discussing another option for me rather insisting Crowns. Not a good visit at all. Again staff are simply amazing

I had actually booked my appointment for next week by mistake, but since I had today off work they were kind enough to fit me in. The whole team was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated that I didn’t feel rushed—they took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Big shoutout to Dr. M for making the appointment such a positive experience. Definitely glad I chose this office and looking forward to continuing my care here!

Have had multiple fillings, a cleaning and now a root canal here after 10 years of being afraid of the dentist and I come out laughing and feeling good every time. If youre concerned about pain at all, DO NOT. Manchester Dentistry & Braces will make you VERY happy!!

Negative experience: I am a healthcare administrator and unfortunately cannot review this practice postively in good conscience due to the below administrative errors: 1. Scheduling oversight- Hygienist not working the day my appointment was scheduled (Orthodontic team only on Fridays now). This is despite me scheduling the appointment 7 months in advance; I was not notified until the day before the scheduled appointment that they were requesting to reschedule. 2. Ambiguous nature of "New Patient Appointment"- which I was under the impression would include a cleaning. This was not explained in advance and I had to schedule a separate cleaning appointment months later. 3. Health Information Management- My dental records from my old dentist had to be resent because the staff did not open the secure email in time. Despite having friendly and caring clinical staff members, these administrative errors cannot be overlooked and have now resulted in me changing dentists. Fantastic experience: Got a cleaning and 2 crowns here and they were very nice and helpful and at least now 6 months later I’ve had absolutely 0 problems with them. Great people

Negative experience: A telehealth or some sort of patient portal to keep track of appointments especially with 2 “separate” offices!!!!!! Also an AT LEAST 20 min wait time every appointment!!!!

I met Dr Lou today and he was really nice I have an appointment with him in the next few weeks and I am confident my experience will continue to be the same as always!

Fantastic experience: Mohamed is the best hygienist I have had work on my teeth. He is so gentle and i guarantee his work feels better than the tooth fairy leaving $5 under your pillow! The front staff is nice , quick and knowledgeable. They have been doing this for years and the company hires great people . Looking forward to my next visit !

Positive experience: They were always my favorite dentistry for my boys but for some reason everytime im there its a huge holdup .. strange bc I only go every 6 months? Still my favorite but needs to work on a solution. Many times ive been scheduled for my son to be seen and they say no sorry the Dr. isn't here..

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my dental hygienist, Muhammad! He cleaned my teeth thoroughly and made the whole process really comfortable. On top of that, he gave me some helpful tips to improve my oral hygiene at home. You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who’s professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to!

Negative experience: Had to switched here because of my insurance and they have been really bad. Tiny waiting room, cheap uncomfortable dental chairs, and they are overwhelmed by the amount of people coming through. I checked in at the scheduled time and then waited 45 minutes. I went up and asked when I would be seen and somehow they forgot about me and had made some sort of mistake and not scheduled me with a hygienist (or that is the impression I got). I had submitted my medical history at the previous appointment and they hadn't screened it so after finally getting in they decide I can't have that appointment that day because they need medical clearance. The dentist is following guidelines that are outdated, like 20 year old guidelines that have changed since then. All I can say is this place wasted my whole afternoon and I have nothing to show for other than a bunch of frustration. I recommend you stay away from this place if you can.

Negative experience: I’ll be straight forward and to the point. This place takes advantage of Medicaid/state insurance. Raking in the money and have you coming back for things that can be done in 1 visit anywhere else. No one else has a mandatory evaluation of taking literally a dozen X-rays (before scheduling you for a CLEANING) because when you’re paying out of pocket, 1 xray on 1 tooth can be near $80 at any other GOOD dentist.. now let me tell explain deceptive practices, if you go out to eat, and you waitress assumes you’re paying card, and they bring you out a bunch of extra food because they think you’re paying card without telling you they’re going to run you up a bill higher than you can afford, and come time to pay you look at the bill and say what’s all this extra stuff, I didn’t know you were charging me for the bread and butter- My husband showed up for a cleaning, they wouldn’t give him a cleaning and instead took 12 X-rays assuming just to charge it to state insurance which he no longer has, and then say he’s going to owe nearly $500 unless he pays for whatever $100 yearly benefit they offer which will cover the 12 X-rays they took.. I’ll be calling Medicaid and let them know to do a review on this place. Because your process is to take advantage of insurance, other GOOD dentists do not do this to people. They let you know what you’re doing for the day, and what it’s going to cost you. Not say it was an old employee’s error on your scheduled appointment and still want you to foot the bill on behalf of their mistake. I’ll be canceling all our future appointment on behalf of myself/husband and our 3 kids.

Positive experience: Fantastic service loved all the ladies and the dentist that worked there very professional and great with both my kids even gave them a little goodie bag at the end made it a very positive experience. Both my kids first time seeing a dentist and were a little worried from hearing from friends at school the stigma how everyone “hates” the dentist. Always do a 4/5 as my top rating because the concept of always being able to improve although I would say just keep up the good work. Would like to obtain copies easily of all the documents I signed for care for my personal record though but didn’t want to make a hassle of it while I was there so I just took pictures of them for now.

Negative experience: Did nothing for me. I had a broken tooth and they said to come back in 5 weeks. I left and went to Aspen Dental instead!

Fantastic experience: Great people! I needed a second opinion for my daughter, as well as a cleaning. Everyone was so great even though it was very busy. The nurse who cleaned my daughters teeth was so friendly and great with my daughter. She made it fun for her and made sure she felt safe. They even hugged after and it was so cute! Thank you so much! When we're ready for our own teeth to be looked at we will definitely be back.

Negative experience: Recommend spending a little more time with patients. My son hit his mouth on a metal water bottle. We rushed him here the next day, the dentist spent about 2-3 minutes in the room, said nothing was wrong, and left. No game plan, just everything is fine. We know a dentist in the family and shared our sons xray with him. He said to get a 2nd opinion due to the radioucency at the apex (as was brought up by my wife while there). If this is an abscess it could damage his adult teeth, meaning his front 3 teeth may need to be removed. His gums are still very visibly swollen. Why would a doctor 2000 miles away spend more time trying to help than a dentist on the spot? Disappointed because the reviews here were great. Once on site, not so great. Update: never got a call from them, the second opinion dentist I took my son too found multiple cavities in my sons mouth overlooked by the dentist that spent about 60 seconds in the room, do your self a favor, go elsewhere. Go to a place that cares about people, not numbers.

Negative experience: I've been pestered repeatedly by email to write a review..... Just a little advice, don't pester! You might not get what you thought. If someone doesn't write a review, they might be letting it go.... Went in with concerns about a tooth that needs extraction. They took 18 X-rays of only 15 teeth. Then never addressed the issue with the tooth to be extracted and suggested fixing cavities that don't exist and a cleaning without showing them on the exray. Debatable but potential malpractice or at least a case of financial profiling. ......you asked for it!

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with my relationship with the dentistry. I am always treated with the upmost kindness and respect and made to feel comfortable and accommodated regardless of my circumstances the work I have done here has always been phenomenally, clean and healed to the absolute best of it ability on top of being able to be scheduled in in a timely manner and have my time respected. I can't imagine attending any other dentistry in the area.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly I told them about how I was having issues with biting my tongue and they smoothed the problem teeth out so it shouldn't happen anymore.
