Negative experience: It’s seems it’s fine for them to cancel, how ever if you cancel on them they put you on a list were you call them every day until there’s an opening. Lame. One star it’s all most like a jiffy lube for your mouth.

Negative experience: I’m an international student without dental insurance and paid $125 for the initial appointment, mainly to get a referral for my throat/tonsil issue. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but after checking in, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to see the doctor, which was frustrating. What disappointed me most is that after paying this amount, I asked if I could at least get a basic dental examination or consultation to make better use of the visit. Instead, I was told to first see a primary care doctor for my throat issue and then come back and book another appointment, which does not make sense considering I already paid for this visit. Overall, I felt there was very little value provided for the money paid. The communication about what is included in the initial visit was unclear, and the experience was not helpful for someone paying out of pocket. I hope the clinic improves transparency, scheduling efficiency, and patient experience in the future.

Negative experience: A very close friend of mine, an international student without dental insurance, recently had a really disappointing experience at this clinic that honestly felt like a scam. They paid $125 out of pocket for an initial appointment, mainly to get help and a referral for a throat/tonsil issue. Next visit for a palat. And another cleaning in six months. She said my teeth did not have any big issues. Nice to hear. Because they are soar from an extraction. Aspen dental did not do properly. But she will fix it with a palat.

Fantastic experience: No sales tactics or pushy personnel, extremely professional and directly to the point. I compared it to bringing your old car in for inspection, it really doesn't need what they are trying to sell you it only really needs what is absolutely necessary. It's covered by Medicaid otherwise very affordable. The staff is young and fun and friendly. Only wish I had found them sooner. Fast and quick appointments also. I've never been to a better dentist practice and have every intention of receiving future care from this practice. I was at the end of my rope with Delta and Amoskeag with the overselling and bullying and scare tactics, especially being not covered by dental insurance thru an employer at this time. Perfect Dental is the place to go. Easy to get to at Queen City and Second Street.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental appointment today at 10 a.m. and honestly, it was fantastic. My dentist and the team were amazing — super professional and made me feel totally at ease. I have to shout out the extra fun touch: since it’s Halloween season, the dentist’s assistant was dressed as the Green Care Bear (with the four-leaf clover!) and the doctor was the Yellow Care Bear(I think I have a bad memory ). It honestly made the whole visit that much more cheerful and memorable. I might have forgotten their names in the moment, but I’ll never forget how comfortable and fun they made the experience. Huge thanks and definitely a 5-star visit!

Fantastic experience: Had two teeth extracted and it was probably the best non sedentary tooth extraction I’ve ever experienced. Yeah it still sucked and was uncomfortable but it was super fast and they did a good job numbing me up and making me as comfortable as possible! So for what it’s worth I hate anything dental related but I would get another tooth pulled here if I had to!

Negative experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but this time it’s just burning my head. I’ve been going to Perfect Dental for almost three years now — and honestly, that’s my fault. I should have stopped after the first time I felt something was off. In the beginning, they didn’t notice my cavities. When they finally did, they performed multiple fillings. During all this time, no one mentioned that I had gum problems. Only when I complained about bleeding gums did the doctor diagnose me and say I had gum disease. They suggested a deep cleaning, but even after that, my gums were still bleeding. They told me to come back every three months, which I did. After my cleaning today, I asked Dr. Bansal why my teeth are worse now than they were before. Her response was to refer me to another gum specialist. They do not own their work. They’re just running a business — not caring about the quality of their service or the health of their patients teeth. If you care about your teeth don’t go there ever!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The woman who cleaned my teeth was amazing and very gentle. The dentist was very helpful and gave me information that I could understand. I was glad to hear that they accepted my state insurance (Wellsense Dental Quest) to do all X-rays and my cleaning. Unfortunately the extractions I needed my insurance did not cover but they work with you to set up a referral and or a payment plan with them to finish the work that needed to be done. Everyone that I was in contact with at the office was amazing. The young lady at the front desk sent me with a referral sheet for my extractions to bring to another dentist as well. Great experience especially after not seeing a dentist for many many years!

Positive experience: Although they’re a bit pricey and I had some issues with the oral surgeon being out of network with my insurance even though the office itself is in-network.whixh I thought was unfair but I guess it’s not uncommon amongst dentists offices and they’re particular oral surgeons. Every other experience besides $ has been wonderful! The girls in the front have a way of showing kindness and patience that makes you feel valued as a patient. They’re honest and professional and make you feel comfortable when you’re in the chair even if it’s an uncomfortable procedure like cavity fillings . Over all I would give them a 4.5 ⭐️’s out of 5

Negative experience: My fellow TMJ people, please also read; • Wrong diagnoses, insisted other dentists were wrong. • Forced my TMJ jaw open and got angry when my muscles naturally retracted due to pain and my jaw being forced out of its current place. • "Don't bite me" as he tries to force my mouth wide open again. Doesn't he know what TMJ is or how muscles work? • Plastered my face on his TV, talked about the wrong diagnosis, then insisted I get an unnecessary surgery for said wrong diagnosis - A surgery that would've disfigured me for life if I didn't already know he was trying to sell me BS. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist. I went here about six months ago and told them that I needed a filling because I knew I had a cavity. The dentist went on to tell me that I did not qualify to have a filling that I absolutely needed a root canal. Of course I listened. I haven’t been able to get the root canal so I went to a different dentist today and was told that if I would’ve came in six months before this appointment that I had today she would’ve been able to fill that tooth. So now thanks to perfect dental. I actually do have to get a root canal which is going to cost me a lot of money instead of them just filling it like they absolutely could have. This place just wants to run up your wallet. I would be very careful because if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have to get a root canal right now.

Fantastic experience: They say my smile lights up a room the last few weeks unfortunately the rooms have been a little dimmer. I did not feel like myself and I was extremely anxious and eager to get my chip tooth fixed unfortunately for a second time but good thing perfect Dental was there to save the day. Negative experience: In the past have been good about scheduling appointments so I gave an extra star. Today I went in for an appointment, I desperately needed I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I got a sitter for my kids. They cancelled it and gave slot to someone else because I didn’t confirm my appointment. This has never been necessary before. I’ve been going here for 2 years. Never missed an appointment without notice and rescheduling. I’m breastfeeding and have a cavity that appeared within two months. This is can negatively affect my daughter. They knew this when I booked the appointment. On another note the fillings they put in didn’t stick and cavities came back less than 2 years later. Cancelled future appointments will not go here again.

Fantastic experience: I needed a damaged tooth to be extracted and had a lot of pain & anxiety. The staff were very patient with me and Dr. Chen is definitely the best dentist I've ever had, and I'm in my 60's. I suffered no pain and am actually looking forward to seeing them again at my cleaning.

Positive experience: The dental assistant we had was wonderful! She had so much patience with my 11 year old daughter who had a lot of anxiety about the whole visit overall. The dentist too was great with her and did explain things and give answers to her questions. I was unsure about coming here for my child because my appointment did not go so smoothly and they were rude towards me at the front desk. Maybe because it was a child involved they were more polite? I think I will continue to search for a new dentist for myself but continue going for hers.

Fantastic experience: I found them very responsive to the complex needs of the individual I brought there for an initial dental eval. Access to the building was very wheelchair friendly. The rooms were good size and easily accommodated the wheelchair. Every room had a tv to help distract you from the dental exams. And finally the bathroom would easily accommodate a wheelchair!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ankita Bansal has been absolutely amazing!! I have sensory processing issues and my last dentist would be so rough and make me cry and would legit yell at me to “cut it out” because “you’re fine”. Dr. Bansal and her team have all been incredibly understanding, supportive and patient. I don’t fear or dread going to the dentist anymore and even though I still have anxiety surrounding it, I know I’m going to be okay and RESPECTED when I walk in. My father had passed just days before one of my appointments and I was still unwell and constantly crying from it and by the end of my appointment, which was only 20-30 minutes, the team had flowers waiting for me at the desk it was incredibly sweet. You can tell they really care about their patients. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

Believe me I was a patient 6 years ago and their were different staff then and felt like it was a joke but it has obviously changed. Negative experience: I have really bad dental anxiety and just moved to the area. I was trying to find a dentist who took my insurance because I was having some issues with my front teeth feeling very weird out of the blue. The last time I went to a dentist was six months ago, where I had zero cavities. I have a broken tooth that doesn't hurt, and my previous dentist recommended a crown (he didn't believe a root canal was necessary, as it wasn't broken into the gum). I also still have four of my wisdom teeth, the top two of which are clean through the gum and are sitting like normal teeth. I decided to come here because of my front teeth out of nowhere feeling very tight and almost like they're going to fall out, but not loose. Well, I now have a missing wisdom tooth and 5 cavities, and need two root canals? How do you go from four wisdom teeth and zero cavities, to all of that work? The dentist was nice enough (I don't remember his name or the nurse), but they were both nice. Unfortunately though, I find it massively hard to believe I need all this work done. I called my previous doctor to verify with him and he reiterated that I did not have any cavities, and needed ONE tooth fixed, as well, in fact, as I did have four wisdom teeth. The receptionist was very short with me when I was checking out and said my insurance doesn't cover root canals or crowns, so I would have to go somewhere else. It DOES cover root canals and crowns, and the referral I was given for a different place doesn't even take my Insurance. I'll be finding somewhere else in six months.

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied with their Professionalism and intent to detail they were very sensitive to my needs and gentle in my mouth and I wasn’t uncomfortable in anyway and Dr. B’s work speaks for itself extremely satisfied and all staff members were friendly and helpful I had to return a couple weeks after this to receive more fillings and what can I say duck to be there an excellent job I must say again her work speaks for itself expressed some concerns for feelings that he got prior about flossing and she immediately listen to what I said and fixed it absolutely no complaints and the staff was helpful as always I always leave feeling very satisfied

Negative experience: My wife went here to have dentures be done. After 3 years, 2 district manager interventions, and countless screw ups from their lab, she was sent home with sub par work that tears her gums up. Don't go here for any kind of complex dental work.

Fantastic experience: I had been on a wait list for another dentist for nearly six months when I called Perfect Dental. They were able to take my Wellsense insurance, and able to book me for a cleaning a few weeks from when I first called! It had been a few years since my last dental cleaning, so I had multiple cavities, but I really respected that Dr. B was only going to fill cavities that truly needed it - she showed me the actual stress fracture cracks, and gave me a prescription dentrifice to remineralize the other spots. While there are a lot of phone calls/emails and texts to confirm that appointments are kept, I did appreciate being able to be on the cancellation list. I was able to get my cleaning done, and got all six fillings done in two visits instead of three, all before moving out of the state! I highly recommend Dr. B and Perfect Dental for their professional care and excellent communication regarding appointments and cancellations.

Negative experience: I've never encountered a more disorganized and unprofessional dental office. Today marks the THIRD time in a 6 week span that my appointment has been canceled the day of. The first time I showed up to the office for my appointment, only to be told that the dentist was on vacation and the front desk forgot to call me to tell me. There wasn't another available appointment for 6 weeks. I wait the 6 weeks for my next appointment, only to receive a text the morning of telling me they had to cancel. At least they had the decency to tell me before I showed up for my appointment this time. I rescheduled my appointment for 4 days later. My appointment day comes, and I receive a text saying my appointment was canceled due to non-confirmation. The appointment was just scheduled 4 days ago, isn't that confirmation enough? Please do not use this office if you value your time or schedule, because they surely don't.

Negative experience: I never post reviews especially bad ones but my son was seen 4 months ago has been seen every 6 months since he was less then a year old switched dentist because he said his back teeth were hurting to a point he was balling his eyes out the new dentist found all kinds of work needing to be done down to extractions and rootcanals never will I recommend, if there was a 0 or - star option they’d have it .

Fantastic experience: Beyond grateful for Dr. Bansal! she was so gentle, and patient with me. I have sever dental phobia and she made me feel so comfortable. I haven’t been able to have my teeth professionally cleaned in years because of fear. My enamel is completely gone, and she did it painlessly. I can never truly express my gratitude for her. I can smile again. Gissell the DA was also very gentle with me and beyond sweet! Forever grateful Update- I went in for a molar extraction today, and although it was extremely difficult for me - Dr. Dansal and Gissell the DA comforted me the entire way through, they both held my hands, wiped my tears and treated me with so much compassion and care. They spared me so much trauma. and their genuine passion to help others it’s very obvious. They took my tooth out beautifully, with time, care and thought. I can already tell this is going to heal much easier than extractions I’ve had in the past elsewhere. Again, I am forever grateful!!!!

Positive experience: The people in charge of scheduling, and the front desk staff working the phones are fantastic! They followed up via text several times before my appointment, asked for the pictures of my insurance card and confirmed my appointment. I went there today for a routine checkup and cleaning. The dentist assistant was nice and even asked me if I saw the news about the whale that capsized a boat in NH. She did this as she was taking the X-ray of my teeth. The main cleaning procedure was uncomfortable though. It's a dentist appointment, what did I expect? It's just the nature of the process:-) But, there's something I was kinda disappointed about. The main doctor/dentist came to do the cleaning with her assistant but we didn't have much interaction. To her credit though, she did ask (if I recollect correctly) if anything was wrong with my teeth and I said "no". She mentioned that there was going to be a "complementary" scan that would reveal the gaps in my teeth which she advised I should consider closing. She said there would be scan and they will talk to me about it after the procedure, but nobody followed up. After the main cleaning, the dentist left and the assistant continued to polish and further clean my teeth. I was hoping there would be a followup meeting with the main dentist or someone else, especially with regards to the complementary scan for the gaps they did. No one met with me. The dental assistant told me I was good to go and I went to the front desk to book a follow-up 6 months appointment. I was given two toothbrushes and a toothpaste in a paper bag and that was all. Maybe I'm the one expecting too much from a dental appointment. I've had several medical appointments in different hospitals and remotely and I'm used to having doctors have some level of interaction with their patients. I was expecting a maybe 5 mins conversation with the dentist about my teeth, what they found in the scan, any recommendations they may have for me about how to maintain my teeth, etc. I got none of that. They simply did their cleaning job and dismissed me. Of course, I'm not asking for a doctor/dentist to be therapist, but I was kinda hoping it would be a bit more personal and not just boringly transactional. I think they did a good job cleaning my teeth but I still left feeling like something was missing from the experience. As I said, maybe this is typical in the US. Maybe I'm the one with the unusual expectation. But once again, I must commend the other staff. They've followed up with me again on the phone very nicely; they even asked for the review. Thank you for cleaning my teeth :-)

Positive experience: Dr.B was exceptional! She was gentle when cleaning my teeth and addressed all of my concerns with appropriate and positive feedback. Dr.B’s assistant was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I wish they would have is better technology for the X-rays. 1 scan vs 20 teeth biting for the X-ray part took more time and not as comfortable. Would give 5 star if it were not for the X-ray part. They were clean and on time. The check out process was also easy and very well explained when it came to explaining the next steps for teeth prevention. So happy I gave this place a try. Highly recommend.

They got us in very quickly and had a waitlist and regularly checked in with us to see if we were able to make earlier appointments. Everyone was friendly. My mother actually laughed at a dental appointment, which is not the norm. Lovely dentist who was very real w us and not looking to sell us on anything. Thank you

I would also like to give major props to the main dentist and the people helping her, they all were great especially when it came time to do my dentures they were very helpful and made sure everything was exactly the way they were supposed to be......Thank You so very much. Negative experience: I usually do not write reviews or put a place down but my case is different. I was at this Perfect Dental location back in January to be a new patient. I was greeted by the very friendly hygienist Stacey at the time of my appointment. She called me on time and when I got to the chair she made sure to ask me about my background on my teeth and any complaints that I had. She explained everything very well. No complaints for her as she was very great at her job. The cleaning portion went very smooth and was probably the best cleaning I had as she was very thorough. My one star is coming from when I met with Dr. Bansal and she did my exam. Hygienist told the doctor her findings or concerns. It felt very rushed and fast and Dr. Bansal told me I had "no cavities". I left there with a weird feeling because I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time. So I got a second opinion at a new office and was finally able to get looked at earlier this week. I was told by the dentist I had 4 cavities and they even showed me with their technology and xrays so I knew for sure. I am very upset that the doctor at Perfect Dental failed to see the cavities. It makes me wonder how many other patients have gone through the same thing and leave the appointment thinking their teeth are in health. Please do your research and go to an office that is not a corporate chain and go to a trusted office preferably a private practice.

Negative experience: Melissa is one of the front desk ladies and from just today from myself, one other adult and two teens witnessed this person isn't a people friendly person. My son was 30 minutes delayed going in, which I get things get behind but when explaining I needed to know how far back it'll push things cause it is an hour drive home, she had no care and went on to answering the phones. Her customer service skills lack, answering phones just isn't a friendly manner at all. When I explained a mix up with appts they wrongfully did, no apology and instead it was met with an attitude. The other woman behind the desk had high priority friendly skills and makes sure to fully explain things. This woman either is miserable, or not people friendly and shouldn't be working a front desk position. She needs a bit more training with communication. Doctors out back were no problem, boys all enjoyed them and their friendliness. This isn't a first we've seen this unfriendly behavior. We have even had close friends walk out because of the rudeness. We travel an hour just to make the appointment.
