Fantastic experience: Have used Aspen dental for years and have always been satisfied. This time it was to repair a tooth that came off my denture. Did a walk-in as I longer live in Manchester. Was repaired within 1 1/2. Aspen now has a facility where I live in WA.

Although they don’t take my insurance, the staff is extremely professional, extremely intellectual, full of knowledge that can be translated to the customer, and very focused on what you need. From the x-rays to the dentist all the way to the front desk staff, and the billing they are all amazing, very kind.

Fantastic experience: I had a great first visit with Aspen Dental in Bedford, NH. Everyone was professional , friendly, and courteous, start to finish. Katie made X-rays super easy. Emily the hygienist was very informative and thorough. Dr. Mahajan examined me and patiently answered all my questions and explained all the steps along the way. When I was done, Alex helped me navigate through the different procedures, treatments and insurance options. Overall my visit was a super pleasant experience!

I went there because I was dealing with serious tooth pain, and the entire team treated me with professionalism and care from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, understanding, and made the process smooth during a stressful situation. The dental assistant was very kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. M was exceptional as well — she was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I felt at ease during treatment. Negative experience: Personally I wouldn’t go back. I don’t like being sale pitched for things I didn’t ask about. I’m 30 I still have my wisdom teeth. Everyone in my family still has theirs and I’m the youngest of three. Both my parents still have theirs. We’ve all been told for decades to have our wisdom teeth removed. None of us intend on having our wisdom teeth torn from the bone. Thanks but no. Then there’s the Invisalign. I was already apart of Smile Direct Club back in 2018. I’m happy with my teeth. I think having no cavities and a beautiful smile says a lot. I take good care of my teeth. Unfortunately this practice had me walking out angry. If I had known it was going to be over and hour of just sales pitch unnecessary X-rays along with telling me what I was going for originally wasn’t there. I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Mind you money isn’t the issue it’s the fact of I don’t like my time being messed with and being pitched things I didn’t go in for.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! Everyone on staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Savannah at the front desk was super helpful, and Katie made the x-ray process very comfortable. The office was organized, and had a calming atmosphere. The hygienist, Emily, did an excellent job with my cleaning and took the time to explain small daily habits and preventative steps I can take to better care for my dental health. Dr. M. was amazing! She performed a quick but thorough assessment and worked on a few cavities for me. She was clearly very skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process by explaining everything step by step and checking in often. She made what could have been a stressful appointment feel smooth and easy. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I had to have extensive dental work done and Dr Mahajan and Taylor were absolutely amazing! I have complex medical issues and dental trauma and they made sure I was comfortable as possible and gave me breaks when I needed them. I highly recommend this office and team. Alex also was a huge help on the financial side of things.

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in Bedford, NH made every effort to work with my tight schedule. X-rays usually are painful and when their staff did them, it was the best experience I had thus far. During my cleaning, the hygienist was very thoughtful to my emotions and pain sensitivity, consistently checking that I was okay. She was also very informative to my situation. I will be going back to that location for the reason that everything went so well.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at the Aspen Dental in Bedford. I was seen right away, scheduling was easy, and the whole team was incredibly kind. Alex and Emily were wonderful and really stood out with their great service.

Fantastic experience: I went into Aspen for a cleaning and a tooth extraction, they did a very good job; it was quick and painless. Taylor assisted the Dr during the extraction she also scanned my mouth for a custom mouth guard and she was so nice to me...keep on being awesome Taylor.

Negative experience: Found the recipe to be unclear and concerning Feeling this way have since decided not to return

But they were patient and did what I needed till everything fit right! If you had dentures before, let me tell you this was an easy process. Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly staff! My first time going to Aspen was for a crown I had from my previous dentist fall out. The staff at Aspen was very understanding and were quick to get me an appointment that day to repair it. They listen and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were very gentle in replacing the tooth and did an excellent job!

Fantastic experience: Tender and gentle are the words that describe my experience with Aspen. I had several teeth that needed attention and one was a very deep cavity. They waited no time getting xrays to identify the areas that needed work and got me right in the chair to start work. They were respectful and treated me professionally and in no time I was up and headed home. I would recommend them for all your dental needs. And as a bonus they are some of the prettiest girls which makes your appointment all that much better.

I generally hate visiting dental clinics but everyone was so welcoming, I’m going to be making this my regular place for checkups. The doctor was exceptional! From Motto aligners to routine cleanings and x-rays, the entire team is extremely professional, timely, and kind. Growing up, I despised going to the dentist but this team has changed that perspective - I really look forward to seeing Dr. M and all of the office staff during my visits as they are always warm and welcoming, even when they are busy. I could not recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be like pulling teeth, but Aspen Dental really put a smile on my face. They clearly have a handle on things and always go the extra smile. To tell you the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth: they’re simply the best. I’m definitely rooting for them! Shout out to Savannah, Katie and Emily!

Negative experience: All I can say is that this place is like a finance company, they don’t give any direction or information about insurance coverages and you have to pay up front before being seen at all. Then when you come in for an appointment you are told that you need to have other things done before they complete the process and when you don’t the void any warranty on fixtures or crowns and refuse to do any other work unless you spend the money to have it done. That’s called extortion! I would not recommend them to anyone ever. My Dr was great I have to say as well as most of the staff with the exception of the billing personnel. Very cold and stern and ask questions that they have no reason asking. Why won’t you spend the money, etc.

Negative experience: I went in for a broken tooth emergency visit expecting them to just pull the tooth. I checked in at 1:30pm for a 2pm appointment. But a walk-in got taken before me, so I went into the actual office to be seen around 2:15. I got out at 4pm with no relief and what would be a $4,000 bill to get my tooth fixed because they won’t fix the tooth without scaling my entire mouth first. I can’t eat and it’s been days now. If it’s a dental emergency save your money and go elsewhere. They’ll waste two and a half hours of your life and won’t help.

Negative experience: If you're going here just because your insurance covers it be wary, they told me I needed treatment that my insurance wouldn't cover and that I had near final stage gum disease but I went somewhere much better and they offered to do the treatment for much cheaper and also said I was led astray, my teeth aren't nearly as bad as Aspen said they were and my jaw bone loss is from grinding, not from gum disease like Aspen said. For one that's not fair and two it's really skeevy.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I thought the staff was very efficient and thorough. The Dentist took her time and explained everything very clearly. The only note is the communication was not clear that cleaning was not a part of the new patient visit. And the office looks a little worn.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the hygienists were skilled, gentle, and thorough. My X-rays and cleaning were done with great care. Dr. Pooja Mahajan is exceptionally knowledgeable, explains every procedure clearly, and is truly a wonderful dentist. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is awesome at Colby Court, New Hampshire. I had to book an appointment for my daughter and I, they accommodated us within 24 hours. All our expected procedures were explained and a plan was put in place. They are very welcoming. This will be my dentist of choice for New Hampshire. Alex, was also extremely supportive in educating my daughter about the billing process and telling her the options available for financing if needed. This is something new for my daughter since she is just entering the adult world. We are appreciative of the support from the team.

Negative experience: 1. Dentists should share xrays and records like all other medical professionals. 2. This dental office tried to charge way too much for xtras they were not clear about. Ex. I went in for a cleaning. But, they need to do their own xrays (even though i had xrays done earlier this year at a different dentist) fine. They want to do a deep tissue cleaning, even though i prob only need a normal cleaning (i had a cleaning 6 months ago) fine. They gave me a 3k bill!! After insurance i pay $1600!! I asked to see the itemization, they want to charge an xtra $120 for a "treatment" per tooth!! I have never needed this "treatment"at any dentist before. I said no to this. My bill got dropped to $200!! 3. How many people pay these up charges?? 4. And no, i dont need a $300 toothbrush!

The staff were welcoming, informative about preventative care, and never made me feel judged for putting off routine appointments. Taylor was my assistant, and the dental hygienist they have in on Fridays not only managed to get me in but also got a few laughs out of me… which, for being at the dentist, definitely deserves an award! Dr. Mahajan was very thorough, addressing every concern big or small with care and attention. Alex at the front desk also made things so easy by giving me a clear breakdown of pricing and getting me scheduled for my next appointment. left feeling well taken care of and confident about my dental health moving forward.

Fantastic experience: This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and thorough! I haven’t been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time and not once did anyone make me feel bad for it. The scaling and root planing I had done was so precise and pain free, as well as the cavities I had filled. Not to mention they got me in IMMEDIATELY to do X-rays and schedule fillings! I cannot recommend everyone at this Aspen Dental enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental has been an excellent experience for me. I assume no one wants dentures, at least I didn’t. But if you do, I highly recommend going to Aspen dental. I have had mine for over 5 years and they still fit perfectly. On several occasions I somehow dropped them on the tile floor and they broke, as any denture would. I thought OMG no dinner tonight. Not so fast I thought! On my way home from work that day I stopped into my local Aspen store and they fixed them in no time. I thought how much will this coast, no charge Mr. Doe. Wow great service and always a friendly staff. And just so you know they have fixed these 3 times, yes I managed to drop my teeth 3 times and broke them and they never charged me. Seriously, great place to get dentures

Fantastic experience: Over the weekend, the veneer on my front tooth cracked, leaving me feeling pretty self-conscious. The staff at the Bedford location got me in right away and assured me they wouldn’t let me leave without a solution that worked for my budget—and they delivered. It’s one thing to be polite because it’s part of the job, but it’s another to go above and beyond to make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. A huge thank you to the doctors and staff for restoring my confidence and making every appointment such a positive experience!

My mom cannot get enough of the office and it absolutely warms my heart how kind, compassionate and caring they are. From Dr Mahajan to the manager Savannah and the absolutely amazing DA team. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for them and their kindness. I would recommend this location for all your dental needs. Top tier facility.

The TV in the exam room is a game changer and a step up from my previous dentist. My anxiety level at a Dentist was never this low. Highly recommended!

Dr. Mahajan was very kind and explained in detail what my options were in regard to oral hygiene and I felt like she legitimately cared for my health. Emily did a great job with cleaning and I noticed a significance difference visually with my teeth. It felt like she did a very thorough cleaning and was very careful to ensure that I felt no pain.Taylor was quick with the x-rays and knew exactly what she was doing.
