Fantastic experience: Aspen dental has been so kind to me throughout my dental journey, I had to have five teeth extracted and they walked me through the process beautifully, I recently had to have another tooth pulled and I didn't want to be sedated this time, every person was understanding of my fears and anxiety they were so comforting and warm. Fantastic experience: I had great reception by Maddie who explained Aspen dental. She was able to schedule me for the next day for cleaning and trays. The next day the xrays was taken with Alex, she was professional and pleasant. Dr Jay was to follow and finally the hygienist, very thorough. Great experience.

Negative experience: I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you want good dental care, DO NOT come here. The dental assistant that my husband had must have went to school to learn how to torture people. Today my husband went back in after numerous times because of issues regarding getting a crown fitted. He's had a temporary crown for way too long now which has been separating and causing issues. They told him they needed more images and kept digging into his gums around his tooth. He was in EXTREME pain from this, I've not seen him in this much pain in a long time, he's gone through a major leg surgery years ago and has strong tolerance. So for this to cause him this much pain, I am NOT a happy wife. The incompetence of this place is beyond me. He plans on going to my dentist office for now on....

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Aspen Dental. For years, I avoided taking care of my teeth and felt extremely self-conscious about the condition of my smile. Walking into a dental office with that kind of insecurity is not easy — but from the moment I walked in, the team here made me feel completely welcome, safe, and never once judged. They treat you like family. Everyone is kind, caring, and truly wants to help you get to where you want to be. Christina went above and beyond to help me with financing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, worked hard to find an option that fit my budget, and even adjusted the bill so I could qualify for a lower, same-as-cash financing plan instead of getting stuck with a high interest rate. That meant the world to me and showed how much she genuinely cared. Dr. Jay was amazing — gentle, careful, and incredibly kind. She worked efficiently but made sure I was comfortable the entire time. No pain, no stress, just professionalism and compassion. Emily, my dental assistant, was also wonderful. She was understanding, patient, and made every step — from checkups to molds — feel easy and comfortable. After just a couple of visits, they knew me by my first name. They joke with you, they listen, and they handle any concerns without hesitation. It’s such a supportive, positive environment. I’ve already recommended them to so many people, and I’ll keep doing it. If you’re nervous, embarrassed, or unsure about getting dental work done, this is the place to go. They will meet you where you are and help you move forward with respect, compassion, and real solutions. Absolutely grateful for this team.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous heading into my first dentist appointment, I had an emergency. Briana and Alyssa completely turned that around. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and at ease. They were both incredibly gentle, explained every step of the process clearly (exams, cleaning, X-rays, etc.), and answered all my questions without rushing me at all. The whole visit felt professional and super friendly. Christina’s calm demeanor and great bedside manner really stood out; she’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making the experience positive. The office was clean and welcoming too. Fantastic experience: 01/30/2023 Dr. Mehga Saxena, DDS, and staff were most helpful. Alyssa at checkout took her time explaining the bill to me. ### 11/13/2023 Dr. Elsafi is very approachable. She is prompt with her diagnosis and intelligently explains the solution(s) to any dental issues the patient may have requiring care. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Elsafi and look forward to resolving my necessary filling (#17) and crowns (#5) and (#28) during future treatments. Ms. Savannah, administrator, Ms. Emily, dental assistant, and Ms. Delcia, administrator, were all very friendly and computer literate at check-in, transcribing Dr. Elsafi's notes, and at check-out. All-in-all, a very pleasant staff to work with and an efficient office to visit. Ms. Delcia, the administrator, at check-out, was particularly helpful and explained my estimated bill thoroughly. ### 08/24/2024 (#31) Tooth extraction performed by Dr. Tasneem Elsafi. I am very grateful for Dr. Elsafi. She is a premier dental surgeon and her skill and professionalism are extraordinary. Dr. Elsafi performed my tooth extraction seamlessly and perfectly. The Aspen Dental dental techs and administrators are efficient, helpful, and pleasant. Thank you Aspen Dental. ### 11/05/2024 (#5) Crown buildup & prep. Dr. Jay is constantly amazing. She is efficient and clearly cares about the patients well being. DA Vichelle is terrific. She is beautifully dexterous and delivers comprehensive and efficient dental treatments e.g. crown prep and crown fitting. Ms. Alex is wonderful at check-out Ms. Marisa is fabulous at check-in. Articulate and knowledgeable. ### 05/27/2025 Cleaning, scanning, measurements performed exquisitely by Mrs. Alyssa, Hygienist and Ms. Alex. #11 & #12 crown prep performed by Dr. Malmquist, periodontist outstanding. #11 & #12 temporary crown preparation by Ms. Shana. Fantastic experience: I have seen a lot of different dentist in my life. I moved from upstate NY in June . Before I came here to Aspen I saw and went to a local dentist in town for a wisdom tooth extraction, I don’t have great teeth and many are gone due to root canals and crown infections. I came to Aspen and the treatment there was very helpful and professional. The dentist listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice for my teeth.everyone in the office is friendly and professional. I recommend Aspen to anybody that needs a dentist who listens to concerns and don’t push you out of the office to see the next patient.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for cavities to be filled. Had the text they sent with the time of appointment. Receptionist proceeded to argue with me saying the text messages are wrong. They’re wrong?? Never was told that. Then went back to talk about financing for my cavities. At the previous appointment they recommended filling the cavities and doing a gum procedure, Total of over 4,000$. I called back to make an appointment and the woman I spoke to told me I could just have the cavities filled along with a regular cleaning. When I sat down to discuss financing for the cavities I was told I have to have the gum procedure done in order to fill the cavities. No explanation why, she didn’t offer to check with the actual doctor that does the work she just said I had to have the gum procedure. I was told on the phone I didn’t have to do the gum procedure. I was prepared to spend around 2,000$ to have my cavities filled. Can’t afford the additional 2,000$ they want for the gum procedure. But she proceeded to go back and forth with me saying I had to have it. Wasn’t really too polite and after the way the receptionist argued with me I just got up and left. The way they handled me ultimately lost them thousands of dollars. Already have an appointment at another dentist for today. Don’t go, they waste your time and try to force you into spending more.

Negative experience: Ill start off by saying i pay eveything out of pocket.Went here for dentures and paid everything up front. I told them how much money I had and the lady behind the desk clicked a few keys in her computer and said this is what we could do, everything sounded good too me. I just wanted some teeth. So I paid the money, a month goes by and i get my teeth ok still everything is fine about month after that I get another bill for some scan for the denture and I'm like I already paid everything up front so I check my receipt and yeah I already paid so I call their home office or whatever go over all this with the man on the phone and he says we'll have to look into it ok, so about a month goes by and I get another bill with the same scan still on there and some procedure I had done about 6 months previous that I had also already paid for. I'm just glad I have my receipts still so they will not be recieving any more of my money. Literally nothing was discussed about any type of payment plan because again I pay out of pocket. It's obvious to me that someone in that office doesnt know how to do their job or they are just trying to steal peoples money, so here we are, if you do go there save your receipts, because I can't be the only one that this happens too. Good luck, oh and I have just gone back and read a bunch of these reviews and they all day that the feedback is appreciated and the matter will be looked into some too that effect some of them are a few years old and people are still writing about the rude staff so I guess the matter was never looked into or nobody cares enough to fix the problem A nice lady called about an hour after posting this so be expecting a call I guess that's what they do anyway she told me what the issue was and cleared my balance do too a few things was problem was solved thanks nice lady

Negative experience: First of all, I was told if I had an exam within the last six months that I would not need to have another one. I had a full mouth exam and x-ray done in May! This morning I was told well we need to do some more x-rays on money, making scheme! Now in May, I was supposed to get a tooth filled but because I moved, I did not proceed forward with the appointment. This morning, not being in any pain whatsoever I was told that I could be in pain so the better procedure would be a root canal rather than just giving me the filling that I was supposed to get in May. I explained to them that without dental insurance right now I would prefer to have the tooth filled if I’m in pain it’s my mouth. That’s my choice! They refused to treat the problem wasted an hour of my time. I will never go back to Aspen again completely done.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!!! I’ve experienced teeth problems for years and on top of that I’ve had various Doctors in my mouth. Doctor Lee is an animal!!! Feel this man studied the procedure, did his homework and executed. Two extractions in 15 minutes. I have deep roots and I’m mind blown by Dr. Lee and his associates. Job well done. Shout out to Christina for being amazing at Communication and follow up. She is located at the Manchester location and she is the best. Her professionalism, integrity and aspiration for what she does for Aspen Dental is hands down a blessing specially for people who hate the dentist. The communication Christina and Marissa showed was hands down a blessing in disguise. I am happy to know I’m in good hands with Aspen dental and I will highly recommend and protect their name moving forward. Looking forward to self confidence and a better smile. Fantastic experience: I was on vacation and had an accident and chipped my tooth on a Sunday evening. I made an appointment online in the Manchester NH office and had an appointment the next day. I just have to say the front staff was very nice and professional, the dental assistant was great as well, but the doctor was the best! He had a great bedside manner, and was very polite he didn’t try to push anything on me that I didn’t need or add any extra services. He gave me the best information for the best outcome to repair my tooth. He literally repaired my tooth in minutes with no pain and it looked great. I can’t thank him enough. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jay and all the ladies there are sooo very amazing. I can't wait to get my relign on the 21st I hope it will allow me to eat and just wear my denture better. But the journey has been great because of them, they take so much care into making you comfortable and at ease. The office manager is the best person I have ever met she clearly outlined everything and did everything she could to help get my smile back. Can't wait to try to get implants in a few months.

Fantastic experience: My husband had to have 2 teeth pulled and one of them was infected. He isn't a good person when it comes to the dentist. The ladies that did the extraction were so patient with him. They also dont let people in the room during things like that but they let me to keep him calm so they could take out the teeth. Positive experience: Everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with. Explain things clearly. Was very eager to take my $2100 deposit but not very eager to return it. Was told 3-5 days and now been a week and still waiting. Can’t get a return call either!!

Fantastic experience: I was asked if I would like to get my service done 2 weeks sooner, since somebody cancelled. I jumped at the chance and travelled to the Manchester office where Dr. Laval was working that day. It was the most painless root canal I have ever experienced. Even after the Novocaine wore off hours later, I didn't feel any discomfort.

Negative experience: Place is so unprofessional broke my partial when getting a soft re line dental assistant tried to say it was like that when I gave it to her I then showed her a picture that was time stamped 10 min prior and is was not broken then ut was I'm sorry I must have done it when I was smoothing it out ill go see if they can fix it to return and tell me it can't be fixed I can take it how it is or have a new one made of course I said new one and the assistant proceeds to take a new impression while she is doing it I'm gagging and almost vomited i tried to pull it out and she grabbed my hands and said breath out your nose only 60 seconds more when she finishes I said I was about to vomit I was fine breathing and she said sorry didn't want to have to start over but if I would have put my hands on her like she did me when I tried to rip it out that would have been on me right so unprofessional and rude there after I'm done with what I paid thousands for I'm never going back Edit. I was called by the manager and asked to come back in. And have my teeth affixed, properly, they were very apologetic, and I did not have to see the same person that I'd seen previously, they were really nice and apologized and yeah, let me know that my the complaint was taken seriously and Yeah, I'm definitely not as angry or emotion. Filled as I was at the beginning of this review

Negative experience: 1 star for giving me a quick appointment. I had to reach out to them several times for my X-rays and refferal for root canal, but never received it. Seems like they want you to go with their endodontics, even if they are out of network. I was told by General Dentist that my tooth might break even if I try to eat a Banana, Very commercial. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness I went in thinking I had one root canal that had to be done. Well actually let me back up. I needed an emergency root canal so I called Aspen and Manchester and got Christina. She was phenomenal. She helped me through every step of the way she’s amazing And she lined me up for a root canal the next morning. The Doctor Who did my root canal down, there was also Amazing they found that I actually needed to root canals, and she was able to complete both of them in a timely manner and made me feel so comfortable. I had no pain through the process. I would recommend aspirin dental For your dental needs.

Negative experience: Only giving 1 star because I HAVE TO , Just got a wisdom tooth removed less than an hour ago. tell me why my mouth already isnt numb. anesthesia wore off after not even 5 minutes. Not what any patient expects after getting a tooth pulled from their head. i chose the anesthesia option so i could go home and rest afterwards. I am a mother of a One year old and this is ridiculous to have to come home and have my daughter see me in this much pain Only ONE HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. You will not be getting a dime.

Fantastic experience: I NEVER write reviews but felt compelled to write one for the wonderful care I received. I cannot be happier with the dental services I received at the Gold Street location. Very reluctant to see a dentist, I knew I needed to take care of some issues going on with my teeth. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. I specifically want to call out Dental Assistant Emily for her kindness, Dr. Jay for her professionalism, Alyssa the Hygienist for keeping me more than comfortable through the procedure and Christina in Operations for quickly resolving a minor a billing issue. It's very rare to receive such kind and professionalism from staff these days. If I could give more stars I would....MAJOR KUDOS to the GREAT team at the Gold Street location!

Negative experience: Everything was a rush job. I told them at the start I was nervous and feeling scared about getting fillings, they said “ oh it’s normal and fillings are no big deal, root canals are way worse”. I’ve had many fillings before, this was my 1st time at the office for work done. The initial consult they are super nice and explained everything, but then when my appointment came up it was not a good experience. I was crying during the Novocaine injections and had to ask for tissues. Neither The assistant or dentist expressed concern or reassurance to me. I was literally bawling after she hit a nerve, which I have NEVER had happen before. The dental assistant said oh the needles are only a certain length and the dentist just walked away. The front desk girl when asked if she received the records from my old dental office just said no, nothing and the left for lunch without follow through or even communicating with me. She didn’t offer to call my old office . The only person who actually listened to me was the girl who checked me out when it was time to pay. I would avoid this office at all cost. I’ve cancelled subsequent appointments. Back to small private practices for me.

Fantastic experience: The Aspen Dental location on Gold Street in Manchester is the best! I have never experienced such a smoothly run dental facility. Emily was my dental assistant, she was great! My dentist was Dr. Jay who explained everything thoroughly while explaining every option available to me. They did not make me feel rushed or pressure me for a decision. At the end of my appointment, I met w/the operations manager, Christina who is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! She truly wants to help people figure out a solution while educating patients on every available option. She's extremely experienced. She's very honest and polite. She manages the entire office which thoroughly provides great service. Christina and all the staff are caring and compassionate people who truly want what's best for the patient.

Positive experience: This was my first appointment. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I had full x-rays including 3D imaging which was the first time I’ve ever seen this type of imaging in a dentist office. They also did a health assessment of my teeth, cleaned them and gave me a fluoride treatment. I was also given an oral evaluation of my teeth and suggestions to treat my dental problems as well as a full price for the procedures in writing so I can make a decision based on procedures and cost of each. Fantastic experience: I came a few minutes late due to some personal issues, the staff was incredibly kind and were even able to fit me for a cleaning after my exam. Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical having read other experiences- I put my best foot forward, took a deep breath and went for the full extractions and dentures- there simply are no words to express the absolutely amazing experience i had- Dr Malquist and his team from Manchester NH is absolutely amazing from beginning to end! I could not be happier and there is not one single thing I would change!!! For all those who also had reservations and concerns about bad reviews—all I can say is BS- what you just read, and I just went through, is all you need to know- period!!!!!

Negative experience: Aspen Dental. They added on unexpected charges that were not explained upfront. When I questioned the extra costs, the person I spoke to rudely told me I should have read the fine print. Apparently, it didn’t matter what I was initially told about the charges. This lack of transparency and poor customer service has left me frustrated and unwilling to return. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for 2 pm and thought it was for 3:30. When I call to see if i could make the appointment earlier. They told me it was for 2pm. They looked for another appointment. Good news they were able to get me right in. Upon arrival they had smiles on their faces and very cheerful. They took all of the necessary paperwork. Fantastic experience: The staff was courteous, very likeable and friendly. Dr. J is both knowledgeable and honest. She explained my condition clearly and why I need to wear a partial. Even though I don't like it I am now wearing my temporary partial until I can get my permanent partial to support my remaining teeth. Thank you Dr. J. See you on my next scheduled appointment.
