Fantastic experience: 4/6/26 Was my first day at this practice. Everyone from the front desk to the Assistant Allison, to Dr. Rust were wonderful. I was quite nervous and they made a dreaded appointment so much better than I expected.. They were very caring and compassionate and did a great job explaining everything they were doing. My buddy Chad referred me to this practice after telling him that I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. That was two years ago, and now I look forward to cleanings. Fantastic experience: I have a lot of dental anxiety and chose Vachon Dental based on reviews a few years ago. I see Melissa for cleanings and Dr. Jeff - both have been patient and kind while taking the time to explain things in detail and put me at ease. Recently I had a chip on a front tooth that happened after hours and they were able to squeeze me in next day with Dr. Richards. I had a lot of anxiety with having to see a different dentist but both her and her assistant Virginia put me at ease immediately when I met them. The work Dr. Richards did to repair my front tooth was excellent. It looks just like it did prior to the break and she took the time to make sure I was happy with it before I left. Even though they had to squeeze me into the schedule I never felt rushed and could tell she really cared about making sure the tooth looked just right. Thanks for being an awesome practice with high quality staff!!

Fantastic experience: This review is for the last 14 months of dental work I have had done at Vachon Dental. Dr. Vachon fixed a bad tooth filling that had been a troubled area for a while before I started going to Vachon Dental. He fixed it using a different method and it has been fine. Dr. Vachon also re-glued a crown that fell out. They got me in the next day to fix it which is extremely fast service. He is incredibly proficient and meticulous to be sure to detect any problems with your teeth in his exam. The Hygienist, Bridget is exceptional in her detail in making sure your teeth are perfectly clean and tartar free. I have had problems in the past and she took care of them and is always diligent to point out areas that need attention by me in that I am missing in my everyday teeth maintenance. Recently she fixed an area that was shredding my floss continuously. It was some rough edges and she smoothed them out. I have had no troubles since she fixed it. The front desk are experts in Dental insurance and billing. Melissa has helped me numerous times with my Dental plan which I do not understand. She always has the answers and if she does not she will research it and get back to you. I have been going to Vachon Dental since 2016 and I highly recommend them for your Dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Arrived at Vachon Dental today to have my cracked lower left molar crowned. At the start I was anxious about the procedure but my anxiety soon disappeared. The Dental Assistant provided excellent care, was attentive to my needs and made me feel at ease during the procedure. Local anesthesia was applied. Lower molars are often harder to numb due to the dense bone structure. My tooth was numbed perfectly for the duration of my appointment. Dr. J Vachon prepared the tooth by carefully removing a layer of its outer surface and shaping it. He was very gentle and communicated his findings to me in a clear understandable way. Once the tooth was properly shaped he took an impression. Previously impressions of the teeth above and below the treated area had also been taken by his Dental Assistant, who then made a temporary crown for me. It's very comfortable and looks great. Key points that I took away with me today: * Simple Language * Patient Centered Approach * Active Listening * Visual Aids Thank You Vachon Dental. I will be highly recommending you to family, friends, neighbors.

Negative experience: After a bad wisdom tooth extraction with pieces of the tooth left in the socket. I experienced 2 weeks of my jaw in utter agony.... Thanksgiving '24 was a bust. To add insult to injury. I was blindsided by a sizeable bill, to which I was told they were not in network with my insurance. That was an unexpected surprise after years of patronage. I understand that things happen, but it never feels good to get the fuzzy end of the lollipop! To that end... I will be moving to another dentist post haste.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment at Vachon Dental and a long over due and greatly needed appointment. My anxiety was through the roof but shortly after arriving and once in the chair most of that melted away. I couldn't believe how calming, efficient, professional, comfortable, informative, understanding, kind and committed to you as a person they all were especially Dr. Suranyi. I have never felt in more capable hands and I felt that he honestly cared about not only my physical health but my over all health which meant the world to me. Thank you for an incredible first experience and to start the steps to giving me my smile back! BTW, I will recommend Vachon Dental to everyone I know. And you should check them out too. They deserve more than 5 stars to be honest.

Fantastic experience: As a long time patient at a practice that barely got out of the 70s, technology -wise, I have to admit it was pretty cool to see my X-rays in real time. Amber, my hygienist, was really friendly and didn't make me regret sitting in her chair. She gave me a thorough and almost pain free cleaning. And at 46 years old, I can still boast about never having a cavity. After putting a visit to the dentist on the "back burner" for more years than I care to admit, I was thrilled to find such a wonderful practice nearby. Fantastic experience: I came here following my dentist move. I'm so happy I did. I already knew Mt dentist was amazing but this new staff and location is even better! They treated me so well went over everything, were very understanding of any financial situation to which they were very accommodating. Very reasonable prices as well they quoted me for 2 fillings, an exam and cleaning under what I was previously quoted for one tooth. I traveled an hour from Plymouth to go here and I always will now. It's worth the drive! Also the receptionists are so nice the office is clean and welcoming I was just so happy to make the move to this new office.
