Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Happy Smiles. From scheduling my appointment to the assistant to the dentist, everyone was absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Nothing felt rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. I had such a great experience that my wife and kids will be going there now too, which probably says more than anything else. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Happy Smiles. Great people, great experience, and easily 5 stars.

My dental assistant, Catherine, was informative, kind, and patient. As for my dentist, Dr. Patel, she was kind, nonjudgmental, and just great to work with! They were attentive to what I needed, a tooth extraction, and didn't judge me, while also making it as painless as possible! I will be going back for any future dental work and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some pretty rough times with dentists especially with getting extractions done. Coming to Happy Smiles has made it easier to deal with. I have some bad anxiety and dental anxiety is bad because of other visits but Dr. Amin (I believe) was awesome she was so comforting allowed me to listen to music while getting my teeth extracted. Didn’t feel a thing. Saige was so awesome. She tried to keep me calm and steady before I walked back. She talked with me and my husband to keep my mind off of the procedure. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has anxiety with dentists. The whole staff was very sweet and very understanding and kind.

Fantastic experience: Reading through the Reviews because I was trying to figure out how to spell her name correctly, Sage the newest gal there an when I saw one of the reviews actually said she was rude i genuinely laughed because she always says hey an goodbye to me an not only me but ANYONE that walks in the door I hear her on the phone as well when I go in so again I laughed because that far from what I have experienced with her. By far the SWEETEST kindest person I have very met coming to a dentist. Right now, I am in a program and I was having a really bad day my first day there and she was the absolute most sweetest person she cared about why I was in my program. She cared about my success and we sat there and talked before my appointment and after mind you the next time that I came in she had only met me once and it had been a couple of weeks. I didn’t have to sign in. She knew exactly who I was. She asked how my program was going. She remembered the notes that I needed to take with me and as soon as my appointment was done, handed me her phone to call my ride because at the time I did not have my phone hence the late review don’t let one person’s review of somebody ever make you judge them because when I tell you, I look forward to seeing her every time I go in there with her cute little fairy hair and crazy nails. (Btw she give the best reference for nails) I love seeing someone that loves supporting others. She has always made my dental visits absolutely amazing. She walked me through every single procedure that I am going through. Her knowledge is absolutely outstanding. She has a little bit of a raspy voice so maybe on the phone, she sounds a little off, (BUT SHES NOT RUDE) just straight forward, but I genuinely could not say anything more than she is the most absolute saving grace when it comes to going to the dentist. I love seeing the way her and Christine babble back-and-forth and just laugh and have a great time everyone there of course has always been very kind to me. I just wanted to put a spotlight on her on how great she has always treated me. She is truly a blessing when it comes to my anxiety at the dentist

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is by far the best office I have ever been to . My teeth have never felt so clean and white before. They were also very accommodating as I had my 1 month old son that is breastfed with me . I had to nurse him and Catherine was very patient with me and I appreciate that so much. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my family , friend, co workers etc. a million times thank you

Negative experience: Truly how hard is to give the full information when submitting a referral. All the doctor wants is more information, like symptoms I have said to yall about my jaw. They are not wanting yall to diagnose they are wanting symptoms like. Clicking, crunching, headaches, pain while chewing ect. Whoever sends yalls referrals needs a new job. Update: the referral that was sent to a diffrent oral surgery specialist had the information that VCU is needing. Christine stated that the information was given to vcu and it was not sufficient enough for them. I called and talked with the coordinator at vcu she let me know she was never given that information. that information was all she was needing and would of been more than sufficient for the doctor at vcu

Fantastic experience: Once again…Five stars. 2 fillings, no pain and no discomfort. I love my dentist. She’s personable, she cares, and she wants what’s best for you. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring friendly, and interacting dentist, Dr Jiwani is the dentist you want. I never have to wait past my scheduled time. The friendly staff is a reflection of Dr Jiwani. The office is clean and inviting. I’m thankful to have found the right Dentist & dental office for me. Negative experience: I have been here many times and it’s always been good , this time though I saw Keny Amin and she is by far the worst dentist I have ever seen . She did not listen to anything I said . She had zero ability to give Novocaine shots. I have had many and these hurt worse than any . She said raise your hand if you feel any pain and I did and she said no you don’t and kept going , I literally took all I had to not freak out . I will never ever see that dentist again. It’s sad as they have been so good in the past but quite frankly I believe this Dentist was absolutely horrible by a long shot!! You will see other top notch reviews I have given in the past for them , I just can’t do it this time . It’s sad , if I could give zero stars I would

Negative experience: It was a very bad experience, l cancelled my shift, woke up early in bad weather, had an ache tooth only to come and found out that you are closed for bad weather. And you’re sending a cancellation message in the morning instead of giving me a call.

Fantastic experience: Will definitely be going back! The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly patient with three kids who can’t sit still. From the front desk assistant who took care of everything as well as helped calm my upset kid when the plan went a little south. To the dental assistant who spent three hours navigating around all of us while remaining calm, cool, and collected; not once pushing or getting frustrated when they became fidgety or scared. And of course the doctor who took his time to explain to me what needed to be done but also being so reassuring when the tears started on one! They may not specialize in pediatrics but are definitely a family environment dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that i was never so happy to find Happy Smile. After weeks of being in discomfort I can now enjoy my food and I can now sleep also. I called and Peggy was a miracle worker. She worked with my insurance and not only that but was able to get me in the same day. I don't think I have ever see a dentist office as busy as they were but the wait was worth it.i would not just give them two thumbs but add all the other fingers and let's throw in the toes too. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND I HOPE THAT I HAVE NOW FOUND MY DENTIST FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
