Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this office for implant consultation. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The technician greeted me and explained the imaging procedure. All of this occurred within 10 minutes of arrival. Dr. Kramer, after reviewing the images spoke to me about the choices I had for my missing tooth. He, with kindness, took time to make sure I understood each of the options. He even questioned me to make sure I understood the complexities of several of the options. While this professional discussion was in progress Dr. Kramer interjected appropriate personal questions into our conversation. Thus, he began to become a person, not just a professional. As we spoke, I became completely at ease with him and we spoke of life and our past experiences. I became comfortable with him and I began to respect him more as a person. I believe, he is sincere, dedicated, experienced and totally engaged with his patents. I am eager to begin this renovation process with him. Ken THIS REVIEW IS EIGHT MONTHS FOLLOWING MY FIRST POST AND COVERS 5 VISITS INCLUDING REPAIR OF A CAVITY. ALL THAT I STATED INITALLY REMAINS TRUE. MARK KRAMER IS A RENESANCE MAN. HE IS PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS, WARM AND EFFECTIVE. MY IMPLANT PROCESS REQUIRED 'BONE BUILD UP'. SEVERAL VISITS WERE TO MONITOR PROGRESS OF MY BONE GROWTH. HE IS NOW SATISFIED , THUS, NOW HE WILL PROCEED WITH THE IMPLANT PROCESS. SPEED TO COMPLETE WAS NEVER CONSIDERED.....WHEN MY JAW/BONE WAS STABLE HE WOULD PROCEED. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF DENTAL CONSULTATION OR ORAL WORK OF ANY TYPE... THIS IS THE DENTIST TO CONSULT FIRST. KEN D SATISFIED, APPRECIATIVE, THANKFUL!

I start the procedure next week will follow up when done. I’m very happy with the work Dr Kramer did. I have 2 implants that fit great. I’m very happy with Dr Kramer & his staff. I will say it’s long process but in the end worth it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kramer and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve enjoyed getting my dental implant done there, and who says that? Who enjoys the dentist? No one! But if you have to have dental work, they are very kind and easy to schedule appointments. And I never have to worry about the procedure or what is happening. I like that he talks you through it. I enjoy talking with all the ladies there too. They’re all very interesting and funny. I’m looking forward to my next check up and dental cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Kramer office for almost a year now. I can say so far I am satisfied and am maybe 1/3 in with my full mouth implant treatment. Dr. Kramer and staff has been diligent and making me feel comfortable during and after each appointment. I cannot wait for next appointment. I do regret that I did not seek out his help years ago. I am totally confident in Mark’s experience and ability and I’m certain he won’t be asking for my help as we progress through the work I’m having done. I highly recommend Mark and his staff If you are considering implants. I now have full dentures, the lower with implants. I’m very happy with the results. Dr. Kramer is insisting on his work being as perfect as it can be and has been making minor adjustments as needed. Implants may take longer than you think, they might take longer than Dr. Kramer intends. If you’re getting implants, be sure to go into the process with reasonable expectations and then be flexible. Overall the cost was very reasonable, the results are great and I got learn a few things about patience along the way.

Fantastic experience: I first learned a Dr. Kramer through an ad for crowns at $699. I called on a Thursday, had an appointment the following Monday for a consultation because my current Dentist had said repeatedly over the last few years that I needed to have a crown replaced at the tune of $1400 plus and a filling has a small crack and needs to be replaced as well at the tune of $240. After the consultation which included x-rays, Dr. Kramer said there was nothing wrong with my teeth. If I needed anything, it was a new Dentist. I most definitely would continue as his patient. If only he excepted my Insurance. Thank you Dr. Kramer DDS.!

Negative experience: So friendly to talk tooo. The staff was family friendly and fantastic Mark answers all my questions. And I didn’t feel Embarrassed with my bad teeth around him He was there to help me and now . I couldn’t ever ask for a better smile !!!! Very please with his work. With a fair price. And best of all he was honest. Price he told me was the price I pay. No hidden. Prices. ◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇ Ok ... things have gone bad to worse after the implants few months after two screws had fallen out .. that needed to replace .. then a few more needed replaced then my upper top cracked .. which he temporarily fixed he infrom me he would call me at a later date to go over what we should do .. then my lower broke completely .. off out of my mouth .. again temporarily repair along with another call you back later .. Last again two screw came loose again going in to get fixed he didn't fix them leaving them loose .. with another call you back after 5 pm same day .. no call back (he never at anytime call me back anytime ) After 2 weeks of no call I call several time with . No reply . back Then my lower broke again complete off . I call again got answering service and lucky but the Dr answer me Stating call back in 30 mins I call him back 3 hours later Again no answer but Surprise he call me back With him Stating he couldn't help me any more that he did what he could and i would need someone else which had inside service Stating the industry has changed a lot and not the same And would give me references to contact Asking him the cost ..he stated he couldn't answer After over 45,000 dollar pay in full .I'm told to start over again but to keep him in touch Which means I get less than 6 months without problems but after that nothing but problems please ( note he didn't charge for any other service after the implants but I really don't think he should either ) As I wrote at first I trusted him To be honest and had faith in him
