Every person in the office was SO welcoming and friendly, I genuinely felt like family at the end of the first visit. From being understanding and empathetic to what brought you here in the first place and taking every measure imaginable to ensure comfort to working with insurance and finances to find an affordable option regardless of treatment, everyone at Aava is absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: This dental facility is awesome. They are very thorough and explain everything to you. Everyone greets you with total professionalism. At 51 years old, I had no idea I was flossing the wrong way. I like to use the plackers flossing tool and apparently they are very bad for flossing. They taught me the correct way to floss to avoid future issues.

Negative experience: Most of those reviews are not real I have had the worst experience at this dental office and my husband has also had a horrible experience they still have not completed my work after 5 years to receive an upper denture they have charged my insurance over and over and I have paid for it but never received the services they put my abutment on my implants a year and a half ago which is unheard of and caused two of my implants to fail because I had to chew on some part of my mouth My husband had several root canals and the crowns fell off right away they never finished the one they said it was had too many roots in it but they did charge for it I would never recommend this dentist to anybody and I'm going to seek help from our union and get a lawyer this has been a very traumatic experience for me

They did so many X-rays and told me my teeth were healthy but did recommend invasalign for crowding on the botton (Which I agreed with) They were very honest about the results they could give me with whitening! Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying this: I hate going to the dentist. This is usually the case for most people. However, Aava Dental was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly which really calmed my nerves. I had a cleaning, X-rays, multiple fillings, and later had my wisdom teeth extraction. Everything was done professionally and with care. I felt comfortable and well-informed the entire time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this office. Everyone was extremely professional. The office is so clean and it smells so nice as you walk in. I was looking to get a cleaning last minute and they were able to fit me in the same day. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. When taking x-rays, the dental assistant was so kind and gentle. The dentist was so personable and gentle with my cleaning. At the end of my appointment, they gave me a little goodie bag with a cute mirror and toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Aava Santa Ana for about 4 years now and even though I moved to Riverside and tried a closer option to me, I had to come back to Aava Santa Ana. The environment, the service, the professionalism all throughout the office is unbeatable! Kathy at the front always greets with a smile, Rica is always upbeat and in a great mood to help, Tanya is wonderful and gentle with her cleanings, Dr. Vandi is wonderful with his steady hands and expertise, Dr. Laura is amazing with her care and kindness attention to detail. This Doctors office is wonderful. They not only treat me this way but my kids and wife are all satisfied with their service. If you’re in OC or even out in the IE as I am, you won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible dental office, seemed nice at the beginning and that they were knowledgeable, I was soon surprised, I had X-rays done and then the dentist who was old and then he started poking at my teeth , he said my teeth were perfect however I needed a deep cleaning, never in my life had I ever had a dentist tell me I needed deep cleaning, then he proceeded to tell me I needed to come back three times to do the cleaning properly, I don’t think so, all they want I money from my insurance, one more thing to top it off the owner came in and started telling the team how to do their jobs and what to do, very unprofessional, so not go to this conglomerate of a dental office, they will try and rip you off.

Fantastic experience: Great Customer Service came to get work done the dentist explained in details the process and when he was doing something he would notify me. No pain at the end and two days later the soreness went away the temporary crown didn’t bother me at all. I referred my daughter and my husband great service.

Fantastic experience: I was assigned to Dr. Iman Dean for my pain in lower right jaw. I’ve always had dentist anxiety, but Dr. Dean welcomed me warmly and really calmed my anxiety. He made me a treatment plan, and I’m looking forward to see him again. I would recommend Dr. Dean to everyone!
