Negative experience: The Dentist Omar is a little bit arrogant and rude. If you’re talking or trying to communicate with him, he does not want to hear much Which is very important, he will tell you I don’t want to hear anything right now during the assessment. I don’t want you to talk basically just be quiet, even if you want to tell him something before he probes your mouth. He is set on his way and does not put clients first which is key in a business. I hope one day he can learn to talk to people a little bit nicer and not be so arrogant and demanding.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Tustin Dental Center. Dr. Omar and the entire staff were kind, professional and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than hour. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my appointment. What impressed me most was Dr. Omar's honesty. I have dental implants, and for years I've been told by other dentists that I needed periodontal maintenance that often resulted in expensive out-of-pocket costs. At this visit, Dr. Omar took the time to evaluate my situation and explained that periodontal maintenance wasn't necessary for me. There was no pressure, no guilt, and no attempt to sell me services I didn't need. This was honestly the first dental appointment in years where I didn't leave feeling stressed, pressured, or worried about unexpected charges. Highly recommend coming here!

But he also offers a sincere touch of caring and healing that is above & beyond. His staff reflects those same qualities. Hakimah, the hygienist, is superb! Friendly and professional. This team is talented - and has the latest technically-advanced dental equipment. I'm glad I found them.

Negative experience: Chipped tooth and charged for repair! I haven’t been to the dentist in over 7 years. I decided it was time for a check up, as I did they told me I needed a few fillings which was understandable. They proceeded with the fillings, less than a few weeks later my top rear tooth had chipped pretty bad out of nowhere exposing live nerves. After research I found out the chip was more than likely related to a poor filling job and they shaved to much of the tooth weakening the structural integrity! I go to consult with them, was told I needed a crown and charged me full price stating I got a discount which wasn’t true because I also consulted and researched the cost of a crown. Also why would they discount the crown to begin with if they weren’t at fault, doesn’t make and sense and gives off dishonesty. Went here because of the good reviews by the way!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for years. Never have I ever been to a more honest dentist that will work with you to save your teeth and save your money. I was in there yesterday and was told I needed two cavities filled, but during the procedure Dr. Riad (the G.O.A.T.) tells me that only one of them actually needed it! I love their honesty. Over the years they have helped me avoid extractions, Implants and other costly procedures by going the extra mile to save my teeth and my money. This will be my dentist for life. Now if I only went in for regular cleaning and check ups like they tell me to and not just when an emergent situation has sprung up then perhaps I would be doing even better, but progress not perfection.

He has a great sense of humor, is extremely professional, and works with impressive skill and confidence. The procedures were so smooth that you barely feel anything, and before you realize it, the job is already done. He quickly understands the patient’s needs and handles everything with precision. I had a root canal, a crown, and a molar extraction, and all of them went very well. He made sure the crown fit perfectly, and even the molar extraction was smooth and easy. I really appreciated how carefully he handled everything. In my opinion, he is one of the best dentists in Orange County. Thank you so much, Dr. Omar. Marcy is honestly like an angel. She is always smiling, incredibly caring, and very professional. She answers every question with patience and makes you feel completely comfortable. What impressed me the most is how she seems to understand what you need even before you say anything. Her kindness, attention, and positive energy make a big difference for any patient. I was also lucky that Mariana helped me on my first day. That showed me that the caring attitude is not only Marcy, it’s Mariana and the whole team. She was kind, supportive, and very professional, and that gave me a great first impression of the clinic. They are also very quick when communicating with the insurance, and they built my crown very fast. The team keeps following up with you and calls to find the best appointment that fits your schedule. I took my 13 year old for a regular cleaning, they offer sealings for him which I took but if was completely optional, no pressure for selling anything extra.

Fantastic experience: Every six months, I visit Tustin Dental Center for cleanings and exams. Dr. Riad and his team are always efficient, professional, and fairly priced. My last visit was unexpected due to severe tooth pain, but Dr. Riad fit me in immediately, diagnosed the issue, and performed an much needed extraction—all in one day. He showed genuine care and compassion, and thanks to his clear aftercare instructions, I had no pain afterward. I am grateful to Dr. Riad and his staff for their skill and kindness. I even traveled from Paso Robles, CA, to see him—and would gladly do it again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This review is based on my first appointment with Tustin Dental Center: Dr. Omar, Ms. Hakima (hygienist), and the staff were courteous and patient-centered. Regular x-ray and cleaning took a little over a hour. While the was relatively quick, it remained detail-oriented. It was refreshing to be at a dental office that did not pressure me into scheduling/purchasing additional, unnecessary services. The place radiates with positive energy. I will be returning.

Last time I went was a few days ago to fix a broken tooth and Dr. Omar El Essawy performed the best root canal I’ve ever had. I was so apprehensive but he was very professional and very understanding. The whole process was completely painless and the crown was prepared and installed within a few days. Highly recommend Dr. Omar for any type of dental surgery. I also get my quarterly deep cleaning and wow it’s a great experience; never felt a thing and my mouth and teeth look and feel super clean and fresh as they always do after their professional work. Love the atmosphere, great service and pleasant people. Dr. Gazar is the driving force behind the success of the dental center as he's always hands-on and for hiring the best dentists and staff.

It's a shame that until I visited Tustin Dental Center, never in my life has a medical front office been warm nor friendly or even bothered to give me the time of day unless I demanded it.
