The service was extremely unprofessional, especially a dental assistant whose name starts with “Glenn” His technique was poor and caused me significant pain during the procedure. I also noticed visible spots and marks on his skin, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. Overall, I would not return or recommend this place.

They were the best dental experiences I have ever had. Many thanks to Dr. Pierce! Also he is the best and most pleasant Doctor I have ever talked to... Just had another implant visit a year after the 1st one. This time it was for the TWO implants at my old bridge area. Again, the whole process exceeded my expectation. I’ve done the implant process before with a flipper tooth and it was such a stressful experience, so I was really dreading going through that again. I found Pierce Aesthetics through a friend who had gone through something similar, and I’m so glad I did. They got me in right away and had my procedure scheduled for the next week, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. Fantastic experience: I was truly impressed with my first visit at Pierce Aesthetics. I was recommended to come here from a family friend since I was looking to get Invisalign and can't to continue my appointments here. The staff and receptionist were all very pleasant and helpful and the clinic itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The dentist aide helped manage the flow smoothly from taking scans and pictures of my teeth with their clean and updated equipment. Dr Viloria was my orthodontist and he was incredibly detail oriented. He was very personable and asked questions about my goals and discussed in detail of the process it'll take to obtain my goal of straight teeth and fixing my bite. From my dentist, Dr. Huang, by far the best dentist I has ever gone to, to his dental assistant, Michelle, to the front desk and administrators, Maria and company, they are talented, experienced, and compassionate, among other amazing qualities that are, in my experience, diminishing in the medical and dental fields. I have extreme anxiety due to some trauma from a bad procedures, and while most places would overlook that, slice and dice, and bill, Pierce Aesthetics in Irvine, truly cares about, not only the end result, but the entire experience. They truly care about both the procedure, and the means and comfort level of that procedure. The front office will work with your insurance, offer financing, and do whatever necessary to help accommodate your specific needs - also unseen these days in the medical field. If you are on the fence, and have not chosen an office, I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Their employees speak multiple languages, and treat children, to the elderly, and everyone in between, with the utmost respect. I contacted Pierce Aesthetics upon experiencing excruciating pain following a deep filling done by another provider. After an initial consultation with Dr. Liu, it turns out I needed a root canal. Following my first appointment with Dr. Huang, I felt so much better - it was such a relief not to feel any more tooth pain! My second appointment with Dr. Jo wrapped up my procedure and I was impressed with the level of care and meticulous treatment I received from both Dr. Huang and Dr. Jo. Fantastic experience: When I was 20 years old I had a front tooth gap that wouldn't stay closed after braces. I made the decision to get veneers. I took good care of them and they lasted 21 years. One day a random and unprovoked crack appeared on the veneer, therefore I had to start researching dentists that specialized in cosmetic dentistry. I came across Pierce Aesthetics Dentistry and decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. Dr Michael Liu was fantastic and professional for my entire "new teeth journey". I was so afraid to get my veneers taken off, and so worried what the temporary teeth would look like. Both experiences couldn't have gone any smoother. There was no pain involved and the temporaries looked so real that not even my husband noticed a change. I love my new veneers. Fantastic experience: Go here if you need an implant! I cracked both my front teeth as a child and had a bad root canel on my right front tooth, which led me to needing an extraction and an implant. I went to another dentist who attempted to place an implant 4 times, and each time, they failed. He told me it couldn't be done and recommended a temporary front tooth. I was referred to Dr. Pierce by a cardiologist I work with because he performs CT guided robotic oral implants. What an amazing experience! Because he uses a robot, he was able to place the implant true center and straight with a minimal incision. Afterwards, I only received 1 stich, had almost no pain, and didn't even need to take pain meds. What a difference from the other 4 times I had oral surgery. I will never have another implant done anywhere else. He takes his time to explain everything and answers all of my questions. The office staff are all so friendly and perfesional. I can't praise this team enough. After 5 years of repeated oral surgery's I'm finally not embarrassed to smile again. Thank you all so much! I'll see you soon for my annual cleaning.

Pierce really took the time to address my concerns and gave me several options on how to approach them. In a couple of days iql be coming in to see the Ortho and to get some fillings done( which I am so afraid to do!) so ial update how that goes. Sorry for the Long review! Fantastic experience: After nearly five years, Dr Pierce is consistently the best dentist and runs the finest dental office I have ever been to. To replace a painful tooth Dr. Pierce did the bone graft to prep the space for an implant. He works fast and competently with his highly competent and friendly assistant Joe. Four months later, the bone graft was a success, and with the help of a computerized robot arm they precisely implanted a post. In four months I will have a new, pain-free molar. The whole team was extremely communicative and answered all my questions. I commuted from LA after getting a referral from a trustworthy friend and I will continue to do so!

Fantastic experience: I had very good experience with Root canal! Well organized, the dentist is doing surgery gently and really cares about how the patient is feeling! The ones helping with x-rays and preparations are very friendly as well. Also they have great facilities and perfect environment to make the experience enjoyable! My only compliant is the dental cleaning part, the senior aged Asian woman dentist (not the dentist who did root canal) seems in rush doing all the cleaning and leave my tooth even bleeding after completion and no reminder of gargle. She was not good at communicating as well, no heads up of completion, very crude, making the experience so bad. Not sure if she is an outsourced staff or so as I’ve visited there 3 times and every time I left with satisfaction - this is the only time I felt this way. With that being said, I still have great experience overall especially the root canal part.
