Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Baum Orthodontics. The office is very clean, and welcoming. I have been a patient for about 4-5 years and there is always a smile when I walk through the front door. The staff is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Baum is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely loves helping each patient achieve the best possible smile. He is always to give us advice and assist us with whatever we may need. Everyone that works here seems to genuinely enjoy helping people, and that carries over into the way patients are treated. It’s rare to find a healthcare office that is both highly professional and so welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Baum Orthodontics in Tustin to anyone considering braces or Invisalign. The level of care and customer service has exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy I chose this practice.

Fantastic experience: We have had such a positive experience with Baum Orthodontics’ Tustin office. We transferred to the practice after our younger daughter completed Phase 1 elsewhere. Since then, one of our daughters has completed her Phase 2 treatment, and our other daughter is currently in the middle of hers. The entire Tustin team is incredibly warm, welcoming, and understanding. Every person we have interacted with has been kind, patient, and responsive, whether in the office, over the phone, or by email. Their bedside manner is truly top-notch. Dr. Baum and Dr. Nguyen are both friendly and personable, and I especially appreciate how they take the time to connect with each of our daughters individually. Their attention to detail is also worth noting. Before our older daughter officially completed treatment, they took the time to make sure her teeth and smile were the best they could be rather than rushing the process. Overall, partnering with Baum Orthodontics has been easy and genuinely stress-free. We are very grateful for the care our family has received and highly recommend the Tustin office.

We haven’t even had my daughter’s expander placed yet, but I already felt compelled to leave a review because our first consultation was that good. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely welcomed—every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and they immediately made my daughter feel comfortable and excited rather than nervous. The office itself is incredible. It has such a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and the arcade area is a huge hit—what a brilliant way to help kids relax and actually look forward to their visits! It really sets the tone for a positive experience right from the start. The orthodontist was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed. I left feeling confident that we’re in great hands, and my daughter left smiling (and already asking when we get to go back!). If the rest of our journey is anything like the first visit, we know we’ve chosen the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Baum is a REALLY nice place to get your orthodontic treatment from. The staff take care of you, they do everything with precision, and they know what they’re doing. Dr. Baum and the rest of the staff are THE BEST and make everything fun. Getting braces over here is a pretty painless process over here because of the staff. They are simply THE BEST I have no other words to describe them.

Negative experience: I hate to do this because my experience there I guess when I had money was fantastic. I owe them I want to say at the most $200 of a $6000 Bill and they refuse to see me well at least this one lady would not let me see the doctor unless I had payment but I kept explaining to her that I was involved in a major car accident which caused me to be homeless and if I can work something out as far as payment wise I mean, come on now I paid 98% of the billevery time I would make an appointment She would call me and cancel the appointment, which I think she did not tell the staff because the staff would call me and ask me why I didn’t make it to the appointment. I’m hoping he sees his message or his wife

We love both offices, but the Tustin office and its arcade style waiting room is exactly what my sons needed to take their minds off their teeth! Not to mention the coffee for the Mums! My eldest son has completed 2 phases with Dr. Baum and the results have been outstanding! His teeth have been transformed and he has much more confidence. It's rare to run across a business that is so professional, caring, and sticks to the plan. Getting braces for your kids is very expensive no matter where you go. But if you want it done right and with patience, Baum is the first place you should consider. The staff is awesome, the place has new and innovative technology to show you the progress, and it's stress free. From the first engagement, to payment plan arrangements, scheduling, and results they have been incredible. 2 locations to choose, one in Irvine and the other in Tustin which helps with scheduling. Thank you Dr. Baum and the entire staff, one could only dream of running a business as well as you ALL do. We feel blessed.

Fantastic experience: This Orthodontist is the best because the staff is funny and they are all nice they made me feel comfortable. This is the coolest Orthodontist ,they have a space to play games when you wait until you get attended.The rooms have tv’s on the ceiling so that you can watch it when you are laying down.

Fantastic experience: Our older kids were orthodontic patients of Dr. Baum’s previous partner, Dr. Pashley. Pashley retired but Dr. Baum continues the tradition of excellent patient care, a well run office, and a friendly staff. Our daughter was very happy with her visit to the practice!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was referred to Baum Orthodontics by our pediatric dentist after her checkup in June of this year and at our first appointment I knew we had come to the right place. The office is really cool and exciting (for both kids and parents) and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. I never had braces as a kid so I had no idea what to expect and my daughter was a little nervous to start 3rd grade with new hardware in her mouth. Dr. Baum and his team made her feel comfortable and every appointment has been so smooth and fast (which is nice for school and work schedules). She got used to her expander pretty quickly and is excited to get her first set of braces next month - at her appointment yesterday she was already planning out the band colors for her brackets :) I'm really glad she is having such a positive experience with something that could be pretty scary or embarrassing - her little sister now hopes she gets to have braces when she's older too!

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to see Dr. Baum for years - first with my eldest child, and now for my second child. I am continually amazed at the service and compassion of all the staff. We recently rescheduled an appointment at the last minute due to covid concerns (we have an immuno-compromised family member in our household). I know it was a HUGE inconvenience for them, but the staff was so accommodating and understanding. We love Dr. Baum's office!

Fantastic experience: We've been coming to Dr. Baum for braces for about 7 months now, and our experience has been fabulous. The office is super modern. Our first consultation was easy and they gave us all the necessary info. When we had our first appointment, our daughter got to choose a ton of candy from a candy buffet with tons of gummy candies she wouldn't be able to eat with braces. That experience was super fun. Overall we've had a great experience with Dr. Baum and his entire staff. Anytime we've needed to get in fast to fix a loose brace or wire sticking out, they've been very accommodating and gotten us in super fast. We're very pleased with the progress of our daughter's teeth after only 7 months. We highly recommend Dr. Baum.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit at week 5 of my Invisalign. Everyone has been totally supportive and helpful. Dr. Kelly said I was tracking great and moved my tray change up to 7-10 days. She was super helpful in recommending what to use to help my check irritation. All the dental assistants have been so nice. Concerned with the new spaces created by the trays, Windy showed me my Clin Check that showed my treatment plan. A simulated version of tooth movement from tray 1 to 13. She put me at ease, now understanding my teeth have to move apart before they come together. I can’t say enough about Baum Orthodontics, Dr. Baum and the amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: It has been years ago that my oldest son needed braces. My wife and I did a thorough research on all the available Orthodontists and decided to go with Dr. Baum. When we met Dr. Baum, we instantly formed a bond with him as we find he is very friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and very clear in presenting to us what our son needs and treatment plan. As medical professionals ourselves, we appreciate the time that Dr. Baum took to explain everything to us. The staff there has always been very wonderful and helpful in every way. In time, it was my turn to be the patient and Dr. Baum and staff treated me as anyone else. They always greeted me with my first name as if I was part of their family. In my experience, all the staff are simply wonderful but I want to especially mention of Kim. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and experienced with her work. She always make me feel at ease as she work on my braces. Dr. Baum is great but Kim (and his staff) make Baum Orthodontics awesome.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baum has been my orthodontist for over 10 years now, and I was probably one of the most complicated cases he has had. Since day 1 he was always sympathetic, kind, thoughtful, and never took any short cuts in my treatments. Not only that, but every specialist he has referred me to has been equally kind, honest and world class - which speaks volumes about the crowd he surrounds himself with. One double jaw surgery and 10+ years of excellent care, my life has absolutely changed for the better all because of Dr Baum and his amazing staff. Not to mention, Kim who gave me outstanding service and was always such a treat to talk to during my visits. She is the best, and I would not have trusted many others to help me with my treatments! I cannot thank you guys enough for the wonderful care!
