Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. I called today simply to make an appointment, but I received very little assistance and felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. The customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, especially when trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was particularly disappointed with my interaction with Melanie, as I did not feel welcomed or supported during the call. Patients and new patients should be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect. I hope the doctor or whoever is responsible for overseeing the office takes the time to look into this, because this type of customer service can discourage people from becoming patients.

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is only out for the money. They billed my insurance incorrectly and charged me the highest prices possible. They told me I needed procedures that weren’t necessary. I got a second opinion ant a different dental office and with my insurance the price was a third of what they quoted me here. I was sick with the stress they caused me from here until I got a second opinion from a different place. I will never go here again I encourage you not to go here ever.

Negative experience: The lady at the front desk for ortho was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was giving attitude the entire time and even started talking badly about a minor in Spanish, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t take it out on the people you’re supposed to be helping. Giving a kid attitude and providing poor customer service is not okay. Very disappointed with the experience.

Negative experience: In May, I visited this dental clinic for a check-up and to have some molars repaired. At the office, I was provided with a fully itemized breakdown of the total treatment cost, including the amount covered by my dental insurance and the amount I would have to pay out of pocket. I was billed $264.60, but I subsequently received a second bill in the mail for an additional $132.20. When I contacted my insurance provider to inquire about the discrepancy, they provided me with a detailed account of everything the insurance had paid, confirming that my total out-of-pocket responsibility was only $219.80—meaning the dental office had overbilled me and owed me a refund of $44.80. I have attempted to contact the office to request my refund, but I have been unable to speak with anyone directly to resolve this situation. I do not recommend this dental office at all.

Fantastic experience: We were vacation at Disney world out of country and my 10 yr old son tripped and broke(not chipped) his front tooth. Thankfully, after many phone calls, we ended up at Greenberg dental where the dentist and his team were professionally able to repair his tooth to our high standards and save the rest of our vacation. Thank you Greenberg Dental.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful first time experience as I am new to the area and was looking for a dentist. The receptionist(s) were very nice, doctor was professional, and dental hygienist was a rock star. I felt like my mouth got power washed but in a good way, lol. Slight wait due to being busy but wasn't a problem for me

Negative experience: I got a crown on one of my teeth. The speed and final product of the cap was amazing. However they told me it would be $800 and after getting the temporary cap I was charged and extra $200 in hidden fees. They are very x-ray use heavy. They loved making comments on my teeth and how stained or slightly off they were and how I should get them fixed so I can "eat and talk better", i have never had a problem with eating or talking at all. After everything was done and I couldn't schedule a cleaning the lady had such a big attitude towards me and talked down to me like a child. I went through their discount program in hopes to have them as my primary dentist however I will be looking else were for that service.

Negative experience: I am not happy with clinic service at all, its sometime very hard to get someone at the phone, I try to schedule an appoitment no call back, I finally scheduled cleaning couple months in advance at the day of appoitment I was denied either my cleaning was confirmed DO NOT COME HERE, THEY are not professionals and will be a waste of time

Fantastic experience: I had two deep cleanings done recently by Magda the dental hygienist and she was amazing; explained what she was doing and checked on me every step of the way. I have never experienced anyone so gentle and kind, so thank you Magda!

Fantastic experience: Was in from out of state on vacation and experienced severe pain. Contacted the office at 7am as soon as they opened and they got me in at 8am. They were friendly, professional and comforting. The dentist and assistant explained everything throughout the entire process including aftercare. I don’t know what I would have done without them as I had another 5 days here in Florida. I do know I will now get to enjoy the rest of my vacation feeling so much better. Negative experience: Had my braces on for almost 2 years and I had a cavity in my front tooth and they didn’t even consider just taking one bracket off. So they took my braces off completely and my teeth weren’t even straight… I’m seriously so disappointed and honestly upset because I can’t even afford to get braces again that was my only time to get the teeth I want and not to mention when I was getting my retainers the girl made the molding paste way too thin and it went all the way down my throat.. never go here ever if your looking to get a nice smile. So disappointed..

Fantastic experience: Greenberg Dental on W Irlo Bronson Memorial is amazing. I went in when they opened at 7:00am explaining all my tooth problems and current emergency. Mary at the front desk is wonderful getting me in immediately. The cost of all my procedures is way out of my or anyone else's budget. She told me about the discount account they offered. I got discounted prices on everything and an credit limit to help thru it all. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during a root canal! Everyone is great there but Mary went above and beyond for me and my situation. I recommend all Greenberg Dental locations. My children are patients of an Orlando office. This is my 4th location and my loyalty holds strong. Thanks Greenberg Dental!

Negative experience: The most horrible dental office. After they quoted me for treatment they changed the total price because the doctor was not in network with my insurance. And the best thing is, he had no idea he was not in network!!!! If it were zero stars I would have given them 0!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff and how fast they provide service is amazing. 2nd x here oral surgeon David Sterrett awesome job . I would have him pull my good teeth any day....Honestly, no complaints with the work .. awesome team..

Negative experience: Sat waiting for Almost an hour not to mention they accidentally charged my card 478$ instead of the correct amount of 4.78$. Thankfully my card was locked smh!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this establishment as a new patient and I was very impressed! The place is spotlessly clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly and explains every step of the way throughout your treatment. Had an excellent cleaning and exam today. Will definitely recommend this practice and I am so happy to have found a new dentist and team in my area. Update: I have been here several times for cleanings, checkups and dental work. The doctor and staff are still amazing with professionalism and friendly service. Definitely recommend this place.

In other places I have bad experience because they say oh no you need to go to another dentist for kids,we can not fix it today and they take money for doing nothing. In this cabinet, they work for real, they help you, they fix cavities of my daughter same day. So thankful you so much. Prices are very correct.I recommend 1000%

Fantastic experience: I walked in with a severe absosed mouth this morning. I couldn't even compose my emotions because I was in so much pain. I am uninsured and I pay cash for healthcare. I avoid ALL doctors in Florida. I feel people are dollar signs to them and not hurting people. Greenberg dental staff was so compassionate and understanding with me. They bent over backwards to give me relief from a pain that was causing blackouts. I'm tearing up typing now. I love this dental office. And I will go to them with any dental issue I have. They have completely earned my trust in one heartfelt visit. The definition of compassion is Greenberg Dental. With a full heart I am grateful. Thankyou for treating me so well.for seeing my pain and helping.i wish I could post my x-ray so people reading this could see how much pain I was in.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment for cleaning and check up. I have insurance. Arrived filled out paperwork. Waited taken to room. Would not allow my cleaning or check up without 10 x-rays. I am a veteran and per Dr. orders cannot have any more excessive radiation due to jobs held with over exposure in power plant and on nuclear submarines. Thanks for waisting my time. Will
