Fantastic experience: Great experience. I don't know that anyone ever likes going to go to the dentist but after today's experience, I won't go anywhere else. Because of how today's visit went I'll also be more apt to go and keep up on my cleanings. Checking was easy. The front desk staff takes you on an inside tour of the facility. The office is clean neat and organized. Lorena was my teeth cleaner, she's fantastic. Very gentle very patient. Dr. Medina was great, very thorough. The technology used now to diagnose and recommend treatment is exceptional. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: How much do you guys charge for an emergency extraction?? I’m trying to find anyone who will remove my impacted wisdom tooth please! I have an infection already and am taking antibiotics but the hospital said I need to remove it as soon as possible before the infection spreads please do you guys do payment plans or anything??? How much would the cost be or I have medicade

Fantastic experience: Before I came to the office for my appointment I spoke with Catalina and she took her time to explain the procedure of the office as far as treatment plans and how cost would be calculated. She made me feel very comfortable over the phone due to her honesty I made an appointment Once I arrived to the office I was greeted with a wonderful front staff who were kind and professional. Once I met Dr. Rizvi she was EXCELLENT! She saw I was in secure and her bedside manner calmed me as she further explained the status of my oral hygiene. She came up with a plan that made me feel comfortable and confident that I will be better.

The dental hygienist lorena from Nicaragua was fantastic she was meticulous and thorough with her work , walking me through step by step on what she was doing she made me feel relaxed and comfortable, I wasn’t just a number . After completing the cleaning, I want to add she took the time to instruct me on how to maintain proper oral hygiene . From brushing to flossing & water picking .

Ask for Mimas therapy dog, she is lovable.

Fantastic experience: Your Kissimmee Dentist is a great place to get your work done! I got a crown replaced and they have a menu for providing comfort which listed a therapy dog— and OFC I asked about the doggo. The therapy dog sensed my anxieties and laid on me the whole time my tooth was being worked on for my new crown. The staff here are very hospital and kind. I recommend this dental office to anyone!

Negative experience: The worst dental experience of my life, but it's probably the office manager's fault. I arrived early for a 130 appointment, and wasn't seen until after 3. Smh. Incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time. I missed a day of work standing in a full waiting room. Bring lunch if you come here. The freakin worst. The receptionists were clueless and useless. Zero accountability

Fantastic experience: I’m new to Florida and had a tooth break. I scheduled an appointment for a dentist close by. Then someone highly recommended “Kissimmee Your Dentist”. I am so glad I canceled my other appointment and drove 1.5 hours to see Dr Medina. He was able to put in 2 crowns the day of my first visit. Not only is he very personable, he’s an amazing dentist! He uses equipment that I’ve never seen. The office is beautiful and everyone there is so kind. Make sure you get kisses from Mimas the therapy dog before you go!

Negative experience: According to they close at 2 pm. But at 1:20 pm they were already closed. And two people waiting outside and they didn’t open the doors.

Fantastic experience: I walked in random to see there prices for a tooth extraction since so many places were so overpriced and I been in pain for a week with no solution and I was greeted with smiles and positive attitudes and the doctor saw me with. A courtesy visit and was able give me an appointment with an affordable prices and payment plan that worked perfectly for my budget. Came in for my appointment and in 15 min I was done and given all the information needed and again was given perfect customer service by everyone in the office. The experience was not scary but funny to me that made it much better. Thank you!! Now I can eat a big meal in a few days!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The dentist showed a lack of compassion and professionalism, joking about clients while they were in other rooms. He even bragged about manipulating insurance contracts for profit—stopping contracts so he could buy stocks low, then reactivating them afterward. I came in needing serious dental work, but instead encountered an environment that felt cold and disrespectful. Not only was he overly aggressive in his treatment approach, but he also made inappropriate jokes, even implying my previous dentist was “running game” on me. I was quoted nearly three times the amount I was given just a few months ago, which felt unreasonable. The entire experience felt unprofessional and lacking in empathy. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking respectful, ethical dental care.

Fantastic experience: I just had my appointment here and I will definitely keep coming back forever. They were all so kind, it was a clean and organized place. They were all gentle as well, the cleaning was great my teeth feel squeaky clean. I had gone somewhere else for a consultation and were nothing like this place. Price was also great compared to other places. I’ll be recommending all my friends and family to come here.

Fantastic experience: Visited “YOUR KISSIMMEE DENTIST” for the first time today and wow. From professionalism to details it was an amazing experience. As soon as you open the office door I felt so very welcomed. Carolina was the sweetest and showed me the facilities and explained the process to perfection. I am incapacitated and on a wheelchair at the moment due to car accident and had no problem moving around. It is a very friendly atmosphere and loving energy all the way around. Dentist Carlos Medina is very friendly and love the fact that he does talk to me clear and realistic. He got a golden sense of humor. Also and very important… every single person in the office is bilingual, English and Spanish. I can’t wait to be back for my dental needs. I totally recommend you to ask meeting MIMA. She’s a support dog they have most of the time in the building and she is the cutest and the most loving dog. If you have any type of stress going on she will take it away from you right away. 10/10

Usually my teeth cleaning is extremely painful during and afterwards because of the extreme sensitivity of my teeth. Fantastic experience: Today was went in for my check up and cleaning and was so pleasantly surprised with the new dentist and staff that is now in this location. I have been using this dental office for 4 years and this has been the best visit yet. The dentist is friendly, outgoing, and puts you at ease. Daniella did my X-rays and had so much patience with me. I struggle with biting down on the bite things that they need to X-ray my teeth and she was so understanding and never rushed me. Loreana cleaned my teeth beautifully and pain free. All stains have vanished and I love my smile again. She also gave me the knowledge I need to go home and keep maintaining them to look good and stay healthy. All the anxiety I had walking in was a waste as they are all lovely and professional.
