Fantastic experience: This place has surpassed my expectations. I hardly ever do my dental care in Orlando due to encountering scams everywhere I try a simple dental cleaning. A friend of mine recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. Dr Gio is a great professional and reliable. She would never try to get more money out of you as the majority of dentists I have come across. Maria, the Dental Hygienist did one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever experienced in my life… she was quite thorough in doing my dental cleaning. To make everything even better, Doctor Gio came into the room after the cleaning to check if the work done was properly done… In additional, the front desk sounded quite knowledgeable in the Dental field when I asked questions regarding my coverage as to whether or not to perform certain procedures on my mouth. I was not pushed to do anything as I feel in some other places… Thumbs up to Smiles Hunter Creek Team.

Fantastic experience: Jenn was fantastic! Very thorough, friendly and funny. I felt right at home. I loved the service. Very friendly staff and welcoming environment.

Negative experience: The appointment setup was the only good thing. I showed up 10 min. prior to my schedule appointment and I was not called back to see the Dr passed 17min. of my appointment time. Once called I asked how long would the appointment take I was advised 90min. I replied no, the person turned around and walked me to the check out desk. That was a horrible experience. What could have been done differently. I could have been advised prior that the initial visit required 90min. They could asked my need and times restraint. They could have asked if I would've agreed to have x-ray and exams during initial visit and make a future appointment for dental cleaning. They could have been advised bit more politely with the approach. They could have avoided my negative review. I was able to get another appointment at the next dental office less than 2min away and within 2 days.

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call to the checkout after my appointment, every member of this team is a shining representative of Dr. Campbell’s practice. Olga was friendly, pleasant and polite. My hygienist, Jennifer, was the best I’ve ever worked with, at any dentist. Jennifer really showed genuine care and concern, listened carefully and asked thoughtful follow up questions. She made sure I understood what we were doing and why, with no hidden costs or surprises. I’m thrilled to have found this office and highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here for a crown that fell off was a great experience. I completed the forms online, but you can do that in person as well. My dental assistant Jackie was friendly and helpful and explained all processes to me. They also had the front desk person (did not know her name but she was also patient with me) come see me each time a new procedure would happen, to show me the cost breakdown and what my insurance was expected to cover. This avoided any surprises when the visit was over. And they are in-network for my Ambetter insurance. But the most pleasant surprise was Dr. Jiovannah. She is an angel. I told her I have significant tooth sensitivity, so she was very gentle and explained everything that was happening throughout the process. I was as comfortable as I could be because of all the ladies who helped me with their kindness and patience during my visit. They all seem happy too, which impacts the patient experience at any medical office. I highly recommend Smiles at Hunter's Creek.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Jio and her staff are the best of the best. Marimar did a cleaning and comprehensive exam and was so patient and knowledgeable. I feel like I learned so much from her exam. She was so incredibly kind and constantly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. She also did a teeth cleaning and I had never been more excited to smile. I can’t stop smiling. Truly so happy with everything she did. Dr. Jio created a comprehensive treatment plan for me and discussed all of my options and answered all the questions I had. She was so patient and kind and so knowledgable and I left feeling confident in the treatment plan moving forward. She is an incredible dentist and truly cares about her patients and is passionate about what she does. I also had an appointment on the same day to deliver a temp crown and Mari was incredible. She was very patient and kind. Her and Dr. Jio made an incredible team and were communicative about the process the entire time. Mari was absolutely incredible and gave my a bunch of great options on next steps in my treatment plan. The staff here is the best of the best and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, compassion, and knowledge. I have never left a dentist office feeling this confident. If I could give them a million stars I would!!!

Fantastic experience: This facility is filled with loving and caring people. You will feel comfortable and safe in their hands. I am glad they have a stable Dentist now, when Dentists come and go, you don't get consistent care or attention to detail.

Negative experience: Smiles at Hunters Creek is misleading the community with their mail-out offer. The coupon advertises a $79 Cleaning, Exam & X-Ray, but when you call to schedule, you're told there are required additional charges — $40 for fluoride and $50 for a cancer screening. These add-ons are not optional, which means the actual cost is $169, not $79. Let’s be honest — if the real price is $169, that’s what should be advertised. Misleading promotions like this make it hard to trust a business. This is not the kind of dental office I’d recommend doing business with.

Fantastic experience: New Dr is amazing but the whole staff from the front desk to the hygienist are amazing. But the hygienist (Colombian lady )she is so patient and kind she went above and beyond.. I’m very thankful

Positive experience: I have been going there for three years. When I got there on Monday the receptionist tells me I do not have insurance It has been the same for the last three years. My appointment was at 9am it took them 40 minutes to verify it. I did not leave the office until 12pm. The staff is very nice and friendly however their inconsistency kills them. It's always something.

Positive experience: Very rude front desk! I was 10 minutes late. This was my 1st time going to this office so I got a little lost front desk said they can’t not see me. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this office! Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Sadly I can't recall her name but the woman at the front desk was very nice. My hygienist was Mariella and she was OUTSTANDING! She seemed eager to answer my questions, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is there to help. She thoroughly explained everything upfront and was very transparent about my treatment, cost, timeframe of treatment, etc. Dr Campbell was super awesome as well! I never leave reviews but the extraordinary service made me want to!

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I travel two hours to go to Smile at Hunter Creek for our dental care. This place is welcoming, relaxing and very clean. The staff is lovely. The front desk is always nice and friendly. The providers are also amazing, especially Dr Jiovannah and Hygienist Maria Alejandra. Both are very detailed oriented and caring. They do an excellent job. We always have an amazing experience with them. I highly recommend this place.

Marialejandra performed a complete and thorough cleaning of my teeth, including X-ray and dental scanning. She is wonderful. Dr. Jiovannah looked at my teeth as well as the X-rays and dental scan and shared her clear and appropriate recommendations for my dental care. The administrative staff was very professional and very effective. My wife and I travel two and half hours for our dental visits every time, for the last three years, going back home delighted and happy.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with the caliber of service I received from Smiles. My Hygienist Marimar was friendly but focused. My visit was for several things and what should have been a very long visit flew by. Then Dr. Jio came in and immediately diagnosed the pain I had been feeling. She offered me a conservative solution which is unlike my experience with other offices that always go the most invasive and expensive route. Lastly, my checkout was quick and easy. Monica and Dannysha at front desk were so efficient and scheduling my next appointment was effortless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a busy schedule that is looking for a trustworthy dental practice!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place! The staff is rude and inefficient. At first, they made sure to provide me with the professional I was looking for, but after the appointment, I learned I had to find another clinic and pay for the service I didn't receive. After this, they supposedly sent me a refund over three months ago, and when I called to follow up, they hung up on me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this same location for 4 years now and no regrets! The ladies at the desk are always very nice and attentive. The hygienist she’s sooo sweet (love her) she always cares about how you feeling, if it’s bothering you or you’re in pain (she cares and listens) the ladies inside, they’re just Wow. They always receive you with a smile, everything is always clean, they’re fast, you can tell they enjoy what they do and how they do it. The New Dentist (LOVED HER) she’s new but let me tell you something … I’ve never ever had a dentist like her…for the first time ever I felt like someone (dentist) really cared, listened to me and I can tell that she really loves her profession. She made sure I understood the whole process, she was very patient and soft with me. She was also very nice with her coworkers and loved that she was always communicating making sure I understood the whole thing.! Yes I would definitely recommend this place (DO IT) you won’t regret it :)

And Dr. Jio, was amazing the best dentist ever was very knowledgeable and caring answered all my questions and concerns. Great staff in the front they look into your insurance to make sure do you will be taken care of and go the extra mile. Really organized dentistry. I would recommend Smiles to any friends and family or anybody that needs help with their teeth.

Negative experience: My daughter and I are both patients. Beware they will try to charge your insurance multiple times outside of the year period. Currently fighting a bill from 2.5 years ago because they decided to try to rerun the visit with my insurance. My insurance provided me with proof of payment for the same visit that’s Smiles says I owe almost $600 for… They also bill my insurance monthly for an invisalign treatment I’m no longer doing with them because of this issue. Do not go here all they care about is getting their money and avoiding patients.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dental office for quite some time and I will say some of the staff at the front desk, as well as Jackie are very kind. However, my experience with the dentist (Doctor Sherri A. Scott) was extremely disappointing to say the least. When I was getting my invisalign attachments removed Dr. Scott rushed the process and moved on to the next patient. I later realized there were attachments left over on my teeth that needed to be removed. When she returned, I pointed out which teeth needed to get worked on and as I felt her touching a tooth I did not point out, I felt concerned. (For most people, including myself, teeth are important. I expect to be aware of the things that are being done on MY teeth, especially given the fact I have spent thousands of dollars towards this treatment). As I tried to express my concern before letting things go on, Dr. Scott put her hand over my face to silence me and said “NO! STOP! STOP! I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING!” . Never have I ever been so disrespected as a patient/client. I then tried to explain I wanted to be aware of what was being done to MY teeth and she proceeds to tell me “I don’t have time to explain every little step to you. I know what I am doing. I don’t have time for this. I have other people to take care of.” The lack of consideration and RESPECT shown to their dental patient was appalling. I am disgusted at the disrespect I received and think others should be aware of the horrible customer service and lack of human decency Dr. Scott is giving. Do your research before choosing a dentist !

Positive experience: For the most part, I have really liked this location from when i lived closer in the area. The first dentist that I had gone to for several years, had sadly gone away several months ago. The staff at this location had been very great and very pleasant to interact with. Sadly, I've been having a very poor experience in the last few months where the wait times to be service had gone up. Started to wonder to myself, what was the point of an appointment if you aren't seen for a minimum of 45mins of sitting in the chair. That's not including the service time itself and checkout if there is one. There is one worker that has been rather abrasive to say the very least. Though the knowledge of their field will never be questioned (I can tell they truly care about the care of the patients oral health) learning to talk to people or rather soft skills are not something that can easily be taught. Unfortunately, there are other factors for why I will be changing locations some time soon. But I can add that my past visits, I have left feeling less and less cared about.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve had with a dentist office. First I was charged $45 dollars for a cancer screening that I never requested nor was ever mentioned that was going to be performed. I was told the $45 dollars was the copay for the cleaning/hygiene, but to my surprise, it was not, as the hygiene was not done because now they want to do a “deep cleaning” and charge an additional $185 dollars on top for it and I had to return at a different time or day to get it done. And of course they also wanted to upsell fluoride for another $30 dollars more. I should have known better and just left the office when I was there almost 1 hour and a half in and the hygiene hadn’t even started.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going for all my dental needs to this office for about 7 years and the service has always been great. Maria Alejandra has been performing my 6-month cleanings for about two years and she is amazing! I would strongly recommend her and Smiles at Hunters Creek!

Negative experience: Been a customer for over 3 years. Put in Invisalign also for more than 3 years (since May 2021), which is - by the way - unheard of for the treatment to last that long (this is also what I was told by several different dental technicians there, as well as the dentist herself). 2 main dentist changes in less than 4 years. They messed up my teeth, causing infection to my bottom teeth bone & gums. Because of that, main dentist informed me that she has to stop the Invisalign treatment. Therefore, treatment is INCOMPLETE, although I paid the WHOLE fees UPFRONT back in May 2021 (at the start of the treatment). They also mess up billing quite frequently. I DO NOT recommend that dentist office AT ALL. Not efficient, not effective, & certainly don’t know what they’re doing. Definitely changing my dentist now.

Negative experience: I had a scheduled appointment at this dentist office at 4 PM. I called just a few minutes before to inform them that I was stuck in traffic and would be a little late. Despite having a 10-minute grace period, they immediately told me that I would need to reschedule because I was 12 minutes away and had “paperwork” to update. I had left work early and drove all the way from downtown Orlando, only to be told they couldn't accommodate a slight delay. The lack of flexibility and consideration for my situation was disappointing. I’ve been a customer for years. It’s time to find a new provider.

Dr Arcano was very detailed and advised me on my further treatment which other Dentist I’d been never did that. Thank you guys, we finally found a long term Dental place to go to!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentist. The staff were amazing and super kind. I had to get some fillings and the dentist was so nice and talked me through getting a shot in my mouth. She also explained everything she was doing, what it would taste like and how it would sound. My hygienist also made sure I was comfortable the whole time she cleaned my teeth by asking me if I was okay or if I had any discomfort. I haven’t always had very good experiences at the dentist but this place make me feel very comfortable! If you know anyone or you have anxiety going to the dentist I highly recommend this place. This dentist actually made me want to come back and to continue going to the dentist!

Negative experience: First time visit, looking to get prices on some dental work. Scheduled online, arrived at 7:30am . Office said 280$ for exam and cleanse. I said I just needed a price on some dental work ,emailed my xrays, said they couldn't see the xrays, didn't even try to open the file sent. Then said $ 150 just to see the dentist for an opinion? Really? Why want this mentioned to me while I made app online on the chat? Or website to inform of $150 talk to dentist fee ? Spoke to online chat and mentioned they have a new ppl special for 79$ xray. Why didn't the unhelpful staff mention this? Instead just said 280 for cleaning and xray without even asking what I was there for. Very dissapointing 3-5-2024

Negative experience: Booked an appt for me and my grandmother about a month in advance. I personally filled out her paperwork so I know it was done properly. Day of the appt I was advised they couldn’t “confirm” her appointment so therefore she doesn’t have one. HOW DO YOU SCHEDULE A PATIENT APPOINTMENT WITH “NO CONTACT” INFO!!!??? In addition, they have Spanish music blaring in the waiting room at 8am. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had been to 3 dentists recently to talk about what I had going on and none of them were able to come up with a plan and execute it right there in the office same day on the very first visit the way that she did. The Dr took care of my initial issue right away and at the same time corrected a crown that was installed incorrectly and made everything 100 percent better than when I first came in. I will be back with the follow up and get everything corrected.

Fantastic experience: I went to smiles at hunters creek because my brother recommended me this place. I went with hight expectations and they were exceeded. Excellent place and excellent team. MariAle was extremely helpful and nice, she did and excellent job explaining everything and the doctor was also very nice and she gave me a lot of options for different treatments. I felt confortable and happy with the result. Great overall.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely satisfied with my new hygienist and the new dentist. Both women were very nice to explain everything about my teeth and what needed to be done. I will be returning.

Negative experience: Staff is nice, but the practice has dubious ways of doing treatments, feels as though they are always upselling or getting you to do procedures that aren't necessary. I'm still without a fill- in cause they refuse to do the same work a fellow doctor did just 4 months ago because it's cheaper and they really want that crown. Cleanings might be nice and all but taking care of the needs of their patients is definitely not their priority. Now I have to look for another dentist location with a hole in my tooth.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first experience at Smiles Hunters Creek! The dental hygienist Lisette took her time to explain everything to me, and so did the doctor. Both ladies are very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero Stars I would! when I first started going to this office everyone was very nice and super dependable. However, seems like their service and consideration for their patients is declining. So far when you make an appointment you basically have to wait 2+ months out for your appointment and every time I make mine, either the day before or the day of they call and cancel. I work a Monday through Friday full time job and that means I have to take off of work and go to my appointment. I honestly lost count of how many times these people have canceled on me and at this point these people have made me lose time and money. I have some important work to be done on my teeth which is time sensitive and can get worse over time. Smiles at hunter creek is clearly negligent towards it's patients and I will not be going back there. This is coming from a person that almost never leaves reviews or bad comments. It is sad they pushed it this far. Dana or Deane, that picked up my call was very dismissive, careless, and lacks problem solving skills.

Fantastic experience: I went for a deep cleaning and I was so concerned about this but Liliana answered all my questions. Besides she did an amazing job I didn’t feel no pain. Definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Orlando and my hygienist Maria. They make me and my family feel very comfortable and welcome. The team is very easy to discuss issues with and don't push treatment like other places do. They leave the decision up to the patient. I wouldn't want to go anyplace else. This place is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Firs time visiting this dentist office. I was so pleasantly surprised at the high level of care they give their patients. I went in with lots pain and they made sure I felt comfortable. The dental assistant that treated me I think her name was Maribel I was in so much pain I’m not sure I remember her name correctly but she was just amazing her care, and kindness made me feel so much better. Also the lady dentist was great explaining in detail and making sure I understood everything. as well front staff was friendly and attentive. Office was very clean and they have amazing customer service, and as a business owner my self this means a lot to me. Very happy with this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I knew dr. Orlando back in 2012 he went to a different practice and I was willing to go but I understood it was a my insurance they did not accept so I had a bad experience with Pryor dentist and needed to know that if he had moved somewhere else I was willing to go even willing to go to the prior place so I did some research and found out that he was where he is now I got excited I made an appointment and I'm still excited because Dr Orlando is a good dentist to allow him to take care of your knees and my experience was amazing so I'm glad to be back in the care office office staff as well

He made sure to explain everything to me in terms that I would understand! Fantastic experience: 1st visit for my husband and I. The visit was the best visit we have ever had at the dentist. Every tooth checked, x-rays and mouth exam done. Hygienist were extremely friendly, gentle and professional, they explained everything! Dr. Orlando is the absolute best! Front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. Negative experience: My wife and daughter both had Invisalign through Smiles at Hunters Creek, and we were told what our out of pocket expenses would be and we paid in full up front (it is an expensive procedure). But Smiles keeps sending us a bill for $1000 for each of them and our insurance company keeps saying that Smies is submitting the wrong code. IF you can get through to a person at Smiles you will find they are rude and will not attempt to solve the problem. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off,

Fantastic experience: I had a recent consultation with Dr. Orlando for wisdom tooth extraction. I've had trouble finding suitable dentists in the area since moving from PA where most practices were privately owned and patient-centric, and after being recommended to Dr. Orlando by numerous area medical professionals (and seeing he too was a PA native), I gave him a try. Bar none, he was the best provider in this area - attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable. Although he wasn't able to perform the surgery due to the complexity of the procedure needed in my case, he provided referrals and detailed explanations to support them. I'll definitely be returning as a patient for my general dental care in the future. Could not recommend more highly.

Negative experience: Shame on you! I showed up for my 11:00 appointment and I was told your office didn't take my insurance. I provided your office with my updated insurance days prior to my appointment. I took my time off and drove a ways to your office for nothing! I should charge your office for a missed appointment. Super unprofessional because you didn't honor my time.
