Fantastic experience: Great place to go my boy was in pain do to his teeth having a cavity the dentist on staff was unable to see him but the urgent care side was able to see him they gave him a anabiotic for the infection that will help with the pain and a shot as well. That would help immediately with the pain also Amazing service. Trying to get my 8 year old baby boy out of pain where he can enjoy his vacation. But with great service like this comes with a price. Fantastic experience: While on vacation we had a severe toothache, and we needed to see what was going on. We were seen quickly, and the doctor on call was very helpful and offered us a couple of options for treatment. My 12 year old liked the place, said it was calming - he does not like most places, so this is a great win.

Negative experience: 0 Stars the staff was nice besides the doctor, I went it for severe pain front tooth to have a basic pulpotomy done and they up charge everything being a 24/7 dentist, they charged 128 for 15 minute consultation that got me no where, the doctor refused the procedure and instead tried to upsell an expensive root canal, before even taking the x ray (250$) I would’ve agreed to the overpriced consultation and xray if he thought that procedure would work for me but instead refused said the procedure was a waste of money, I was looking for immediate relief to be able to enjoy the weekend at Disney. -100 stars, bad dental practice and unprofessional to let me leave in pain. DO NOT GO HERE

Fantastic experience: I had an implant that came out while in Orlando on vacation. I went to this urgent dental care and Dr. Bruno was great. He assessed my situation, took care of me and all was done efficiently. Nice staff and great service!

Negative experience: Their service was fast but they will give you hell of a time. They won't bill you right if you don't buy the meds their location. They will tell you to come back and ask you to pay it and tell you to buy meds there. If you don't they will just send the prescription to a wrong address and if you want to fix, you have to start all over and get another prescription. Is this some sort of a joke.

Negative experience: i really wanted to like this place, they advertise themselves as affordable, say they offer exam and xray at $99, yet when i walk out the door they charge me $330+... i was quoted for a tooth extraction at $2400. just go to a local regular dentist, this place preys on people. staff were kind and helpful though, thats important to note.

Negative experience: You enter, you sign a form in 5 mins, wait an hour and let the dentist tell you he doesn't want to do his job because he is scared to break the crown or tooth, payed 128 dollars for the visit just to chill inside with the air conditioning, thank you for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, checking in was easy and quick. Booking the appointment was easy as well and there were plenty of times to choose from. They do not take insurance, but is much cheaper than going to the ER. It is hard to find an after hours dentist and this worked out great. Very convenient and will use again if needed.

Fantastic experience: Im traveling and had a really bad wisdom tooth pain. They told me i had a cavity on it and caused me to have a unbearable pain that i couldn't even handle any more. We showed up at night/morning 2am, they attended me quickly and gave me some injections and some pills for the following days and that night i slept so well. The pills keep my pain under control and swelling down. I have an appointment to extract my wisdom teeth out when i fly back home. So this will help me till then. I have so much respect for these guys and im really glad i stopped by since we couldn't a hold of some other dental places that said 24hrs. We drove 20min and felt like an hour with the unbearable pain i had. But definitely worth it in the end. Thank you guys again! You guys saved me on my vacation trip.

Positive experience: We were at Disney World when my wife crown fell off. We were able to book a 9 PM appointment without a problem. The dentist temporarily cemented it back on an did a good job. But they would not file any paperwork with insurance. I have tried to get the information over several months but every time they say someone will get back to me and they never do. The last person I talked to had me email them detailing the information I need. But still nothing. If you decide to use them, make sure you get any information you need before you leave the office. Customer service is very bad.

Negative experience: RUN. One of the employees was bragging about how much money they “made off of” the couple that was seen before me and the other employee had to remind him that I was still in the waiting room. That on top of the fact that they don’t take insurance and require you pay upfront for urgent care made it feel like a scam.

Negative experience: Let me preface this by saying I was not with my husband during this visit, but after reviewing his paperwork and hearing his experience, I believe this place is a scam that preys on people in emergencies, especially tourists. A few days into our trip, my husband developed severe dental pain. By the end, he was dizzy, experiencing hot flashes, and unable to tolerate the discomfort. Desperate for help, my mother quickly googled “emergency dentist” and chose this office. I regret not taking more time to find a reputable provider, but we were in the middle of a Disney park and assumed it would be fine. Once my husband arrived, he discovered it was more of an urgent care than a true dental office. To even see a dentist, they insisted on charging several hundred dollars for a panoramic dental scan, one that would likely have to be repeated by his home dentist anyway. They also do not accept insurance, which feels intentional given their questionable practices. When my husband declined the unnecessary scan, he never actually saw a dentist. He isn’t even sure of the qualifications of the person he did see. He was told his blood pressure was “dangerously high” but was never given an actual number. Once staff realized he wasn’t falling for their upsells, his blood pressure concern was conveniently forgotten. He ultimately received an antibiotic injection, a pain shot, and a steroid, which made sense given his symptoms. However, they also gave him a Vitamin B12 injection, claiming he was “probably low” and that it was “good for immunity.” As a healthcare professional myself, I can confidently say this is an absurd and inappropriate practice in this setting. My husband left without seeing a dentist, with unnecessary treatments, and hundreds of dollars lighter. This office exploits vulnerable patients with gimmicks and unethical practices. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Absolute sweethearts that got me in fast and took the time to help find the issue of my tooth pain. Side note of the guys looks like the lorax and was friendly :) highly recommend if you need help fast !

Negative experience: The worst place I’ve went to so far. They were 30 mins late for the appointment then told me they aren’t responsible for any problems that may come up . They also said for me to get the potential problems fixed I would have to pay more money .

Negative experience: These people are a scam! They wanted to put two injections in my BUTT to pull my TOOTH! They also told me it would be a $1000.00 to pull my tooth before even looking at it or did xrays. I walked out paying the bill of $128 for having had my blood pressure taken.

Negative experience: RUN dont walk anywhere else. Charged me $128 for an office visit and all they did was check my blood pressure, tell me it would cost me $1000,00 to pull my tooth and they would give me two injections not in my mouth and gums but in my BUTT before pulling the tooth and they may even have to give me a bone graft but first they would need to do xrays and the first one would cost $215 for the xray of just one single tooth. The Florida Dept of Health and AHCA will love this news in the morning. Crooks & Scams.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful! Calm, comfortable, caring, attentive, professional, friendly and completely relaxing experience. I am normally a very nervous person when it comes to going to a dentist office, yet everyone made me feel welcome, relaxed and treated me like I was the only person in their office. There are not enough kind words to describe every employee in this office. I am totally impressed, thankful and absolutely delighted in the all the care I received during my visit!! Negative experience: Others have said it… but kind of scammy. I had a crown come off. It’s a crown that came off 6 months ago. The price to repair it at a normal dentist, walk in, with no appointment was $30. Here they started with “we don’t accept insurance”. That’s fine… But they continued, “The initial consultation is $139 and then they’ll determine any other charges needed. What’s the problem?” I said, “I just need glue. This came off (showed the crown), and I simply need it glued back on.” She said, “Oh. I think that starts at $300.” So, the base for $.60 worth of glue and 5 minutes effort is $440. Base… I’m sure they’d find a way to con more into it than that with X-rays, preparation, etc. I was walking into a $1,000 morning. So be warned. They exist off of trying to take advantage of people who are in emergency scenarios where they’re more likely to agree to absurd costs for treatment.

Fantastic experience: We are in town on vacation and one member of our family ended up needing urgent dental care. The staff at Dental Care 24/7, and the staff with the Urgent Care side, were extremely kind, patient, and professional. We were very impressed by the care he received and would recommend 1000%!!

I was in excruciating pain and needed immediate attention, and they fit me into their schedule right away. Negative experience: They don't take insurance which i guess is fine as long as I can send the receipt to my insurance. But just be warned that they make you pay after the service** My review is about my experience however.. my child and I went there for a broken tooth(my daughter's tooth) , that was the reason on how the visit was booked. Check in was quick and staff was nice, but then we were placed in a room that had blood on the pillow... it was clearly blood. So I mentioned it to one of the staff who relocated us to another room. 3 separate staff members came in to tell us the same thing "the provider will be right in" lol 1.5 hours past before I decided to go check with the staff because no one had come in to see us. The lights in the building were all off lol I did manage to get the attention of someone sitting in the front lobby who i asked when we would be seen. He explained that the tech was on call and she was paged over 40 mins ago but was stuck in traffic. Which is fine, but my question is why they didn't prepare the tech to be on-site when the appt was booked with a CC of broken tooth? If you knew the appt would need xrays why didn't the tech get paged during check in? Or told to come in for that appt? Almost at the 2 hr mark I decided to leave as we were still not serviced. Everyone was nice, but this was poorly planned and apparently not cleaned.

Negative experience: Do not go here this place is the biggest joke. Waited over 3hrs for them to finally tell me I have come back the following day because the dentist wasn't coming in at all. The floor has blood droplets on it and to make a patient wait over 3hrs with a broken tooth to finally tell them the dentist isn't coming in at all someone could have told me that 3hrs ago

Negative experience: I made an appointment for an emergency visit for my loose crown, but when I arrived, I was told there would be a two-hour wait—despite having a scheduled time. On top of that, they quoted me $300–$500 just to re-cement a loose crown, a procedure that typically costs around $50 elsewhere. It felt like price gouging, especially for a simple fix. If you're in urgent need of care, I’d recommend calling around for more transparent pricing and better time management. Very disappointed with the experience.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé has very bad PTSD when it comes going to the dentist. When she was put under anesthesia to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. She woke up when they were removing the 2nd tooth!!! After that she has panic attacks just to schedule a routine cleaning. We just moved down from Beautiful Worcester, MA and she cracked a tooth the first week living in Kissimmee. The Staff at Dental Care 24/7 Orlando had to perform some routine dental dental procedures, but to my Fiancé this was like going to hell and back. But the minute we walked into they're office the positive vibes and customer service we received from ALL the staff made the love of my life feel so comfortable she decided to have the dental work done that day. The staff was kind and they all went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and got the job done right. We just moved from Massachusetts and we both recommend Dental Care 24/7 to anyone that's on vacation and is experiencing tooth pain or if your like my Fiancé and I living in Florida. They advertise a $99 Dental Exam with X-Ray included, but it’s misleading, what they promote online and in the office doesn’t match the reality. Negative experience: I usually don't write reviews ever but I had the worst experience at this place. The service was absolutely horrible. I made an appointment and I walk in with my parents the people at the front didn't even great me until I was like hi? And they just looked at me weirdly they weren't giving me any options on what to do whit the pain until I pointed an option out. I literally walk out the building because their attitude was terrible if it weren't for my parents I would ve left, after I came back in they were cursing I for it of us and talking about how after "this girl leaves ima leave bc I don't want to be here" in front of me while I was trying to ask help. I get it that it's Friday late at night and u don't want to be at work but I'm in pain that I'm crying and u giving me this attitude is not making it better. I know that working is hard I also have a job but even at my worst days I greet people nicely ESPECIALLY if it's literally your job to help me when I'm in pain not give me and my parents attitude. After that they put me in a room and all I hear is the 2 ladies at the front working on Tuesday 19 at 11:30 talking shit about me and my parents. Super unprofessional and unaccountable I wanted to leave but I was already there so I wasn't going to. The only nice person there was a girl named Paola. Even she said they had attitude. Honestly if I was there boss I would fire them because all the other reviews talk about bad service and I know for a fact it's because of them they are ruining this places businesses. If I ever got those 2 girls names I would've added it to the review. Seriously thought who gives a 16 year old attitude while they are in deep pain and both parents aren’t fluent in English like bro help a girl out it your job

Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!! My wife went in for a crown repair — I should have advised walking out when they kept emphasizing that there were no guarantees! The second clue was when the dental technician had no idea how to mix the bonding agent and the catalyst for the cement. Needless to say, less than two hours after leaving, the “repaired” crown fell out. She had followed all of the Or instructions, and she hadn’t even attempted to consume any food when the crown fell out of her mouth. $381 for work that didn’t last even three hours — I repeat — STAY AWAY!!

Fantastic experience: Was on vacation when an abscess tooth caused extreme pain. Antibiotics and pain killers were not providing any relief. I found dental care 24/7 and went straight there at 10:30pm. They took me in after only five minutes and determined which tooth was causing the pain. By midnight I had the tooth extracted and I have been pain free since. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I know exactly where I will come back to.

Fantastic experience: I was a vacation and started to suffer a toothache. I called early am Thursday morning and left a message. I was a bit pessimistic, but to my surprise (and reluef) my call was returned and I was able to have a television and get treatment/relief. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: New to the area and haven't had the chance to find a local dentist for my daughter, who was experiencing some pretty bad tooth pain. Arrived at 8 am on Saturday. Within 3 hours we had everything taken care of, including prescriptions for pain relief and antibiotics. The staff was even nice enough to refer me to a local dentist. Although they don't accept insurance and this visit was pricey (I expected it) They do offer the option to apply for a care card to help cover the cost. Overall we were in and out quicker than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not the way I wanted to spend my Saturday. But they made it go as smooth as possible

Fantastic experience: went in for an emergency tooth extraction, everyone was so incredibly kind and walked me through all of the pricing, what was being done and why it had to be done. the extraction itself was painless! the dental assistant was cheering me on throughout the whole thing because i was nervous. it went by so smoothly and i was in and out in just two hours. p.s. the recovery has been seamless too

Fantastic experience: Incredible, incredible service! I was blown away by the kindness of Dr. Gomez and her dental assistant Julissa! I went in for an emergency extraction! I was terrified and both of them put me at ease and made me feel beyond comfortable! Every single detail was explained to me throughout the entire process so I had zero questions. Got in to the chair in less than 20 minutes and was out the door 2 hours later! No pain, absolutely phenomenal care! 5 stars! For real!

Fantastic experience: One of the best medical visits I’ve ever had! Was on vacation with my family, had a root canal scheduled for the next week back home, but my pain level and infection took a turn for the worst while here in Orlando. I called the office at 8:30pm on a Friday night, explained my situation, they were super helpful and informative of what to expect. When I got there, they were great, welcoming, and most importantly got me out of pain and got me the appropriate antibiotics I needed immediately. My regular family doctor and dentist wheee I live aren’t as personable as these medical professionals are! Thanks again! Saved my vacation!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful place for Dental urgent care. The staff and dentist were extremely caring and answered all my questions. Negative experience: I called them before I went there. They quoted me $120 for visit, $175 to reglue a crown and X-ray was depending if I needed it. Well I went there and was given a completely different price. Instead of 175 an older lady that was in dental said it was $475 to reglue it. I told her that wasn’t what they said over the phone. She said she had no idea who gave me that price. I’ll wait and go to a real dentist office instead. This place is ridiculously expensive.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was wonderful but I’d really like to point out Assistant Bruno, Doctor Khan, Nurse Shelby, and the receptionist who’s name I forgot to grab. Negative experience: I call to get information about a possible tooth extraction. The nurse didn’t give me a change to ask any questions. Everytime I try to talk, she keep talk over me. As soon as she say what she had to say she hang up. I will not be going there if that’s the service I get by just talking to someone on the phone.

Negative experience: Had tooth pulled here, not a clean environment, very over priced, and the dentist was not professional at all. They are very rough with the numbing shots for your mouth. I had to do x rays 4 times, because they never told me to take off my necklace. The dental assistant was hard to understand. They offered me ibuprofen but disappeared after pulling my tooth and never got my pharmacy information. Dentist wasn’t even there, so I had to wait 40 minutes for him to show up. Joshua M

Negative experience: Went for a cracked molar on a Saturday. While waiting, the nurse practitioner said I should get a tetanus shot since it’s been almost 10 years. What does that have to do with my tooth? Felt like everything was a money grab. The dentist glanced at my X-ray and immediately said I “need an extraction or maybe a root canal” Didn’t look in my mouth or use any tools. Went to my regular dentist that Monday who did what a dentist is supposed to do and looked and asked questions and said we can do a crown. Huge difference. Oh and they don’t take health insurance cause they get so many tourists. That seems a little shady to me

Negative experience: The worst experience I've ever had in my life. The nurse is rude. I arrived at 10:30. My appointment was at 11:30. They took me to the room at 11:40. I waited for a nurse to come to look at my mouth because I was neither wearing gloves nor prepared to check myself properly. She tells me that they have to put three infections for pain and that I was 30 more minutes waiting to be seen and at 1 pm when I ask he says that it is full when I see the empty rooms he tells me that I am next and I keep waiting until I call another dentist and I decided to leave trying pay they wanted me to pay for a service that they did not give me and when I left the same rude told me not to come anymore. They have no communication or humanity

Fantastic experience: I came in with my dad because my ear hurt really bad, like one of the worst pains in my life. They helped me so much, it’s only been 7 hours later and I feel a lot better. They have really good manners, and are clearly very good at their job. I would rate this a 100/10 if I could. They were so kind, funny, thoughtful, and i am really grateful they helped me in my time of need. (Also my username is from a long time ago, please don’t get offended by it).

Fantastic experience: While on vacation, I came in with a severely infected tooth that needed to be extracted after suffering for several days and trying to seek help from private practices in the area to no avail. The evening staff kindly helped manage my pain so I could get through the night until I could have the procedure done first thing the next morning by Dr. Long, assisted by Connie. I can’t say enough positive things about my care. It was a very long and arduous procedure but Dr. Long and Connie made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr Long did a careful and professional job and Connie provided the TLC which I greatly appreciated. I am very grateful that such skilled and kind professionals were there in my time of need. Negative experience: Very sketchy. I came in after calling requesting for an oral surgeon and was notified by 2 staff members (including the nurse and front desk/assistant) that they have one. It also states so on their website. I was in severe, intense pain due to my wisdom tooth which has not erupted yet, and have already seen a dentist prior to coming to this location, had an X ray taken (which I took to my appointment), antibiotics at home, and a referral to an ortho surgeon already. However, due to the severity of my case (I couldn't even sleep at night) I came to this location, under the said impression that I would receive help and treatment. When I got there, they completely tried to change the story and bribe me. I was left mislead, confused, and highly anxious. I had to pay out of pocket simply because my "blood pressure was taken"! I am still in so much pain and did not receive any help. Don't make the same mistake I did. Steer away!

Fantastic experience: 24/7 dental Care is a blessing, needed extractions done on shot notice, I made the appointment and was able to get the help I needed that same day! The staff is great and friendly. They know what they're doing, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: When my wisdom teeth came in, I was in my early twenties. They have been residing within peacefully until just recently and so it came time to remove one of them (ended up removing 2 upon further examination!). This one wisdom tooth had changed it's motive and has been causing pain and issues since! I haven't ever had any of my adult teeth removed nor have any of them created such problems until now and so going in, I had no idea what to expect. All I knew was that I was in pain and I needed help and relief. This office provided weekend service so that I was able to get help on a day in which my husband did not work and so my children were taken care of. The entire process was pretty smooth and the wait time was almost non-existent. Staff was very welcoming and understanding so I wasn't left alone with the nerves that come with all dentist visits. I knew that my goal was extraction so of course I was a little on edge. I nurse my infant so I knew I was looking at recovery without narcotic relief (which was my preference based on my personal journey with or without children involved).I didn't really know what to expect but I knew relief from this stubborn tooth and it's accompanied infection weren't without stipulation. The dentist that took care of me was very professional and understanding and his assistant, Connie, was very kind and helped to assure me. All my questions were answered and they put my comfort at the forefront of the procedure. I'm sore as I write this which has to be normal after getting two of my most stubborn wisdom teeth pulled from the very back of my mouth BUT I feel lucky..l I was preparing myself for so much more, based on/according to my research made prior to our visit. I was very well taken care of and am grateful to have had this experience rather than what was expected. They did a really good job, they saw how nervous I was, and they really helped me through the entire ordeal. I'll be returning to this office if I am ever in need of another emergency dental concern.

Fantastic experience: Let’s just start by saying I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had excruciating pain on a tooth I knew needed to be extracted. I came in as a walk in on a Sunday morning and they attended to me very fast. I am currently pregnant so I did have a letter from my obgyn. Stephanie and Dr. Loung were absolutely amazing!! They explained every single detail in the procedure to me reassuring me that me and the baby were going to be safe. I didn’t feel a thing while getting my extraction done. I definitely recommend them 1000%. Very professional and very caring.

Negative experience: Went her around 7:45 on a Friday with a chipped tooth. There was no dentist at the office.. that’s right, . the 24/7 dental clinic had no dentist. It was just regular urgent care. So call ahead so you don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Scheduled the appointment online for dental care and got here and there is NO DENTIST ON DUTY!!!!!! So why have open appointment and send a reminder text if there is no one to assist you!!! Just waist my time

Fantastic experience: This place was awesome. I was on vacation with a wicked tooth ache. Was able to get relief at 9:00 pm and the next day they pulled my tooth. They were johnny on the spot. Great service.

Positive experience: Staff was great and had no waiting. Not happy with dental assistant who called my prescription into a Walgreens that didn't have a pharmacy. Wasted so much time getting it to a another store and then problems at that store.

Negative experience: Wife made an appointment for a dental emergency the day prior. Their automated system notified her multiple times about the appointment. She shows up for her appointment and the dentist decided not to show up today. The front desk mentioned he made that decision an hour ago, but they decided not to let her know. It's not about the appointment issue, it is more the fact that they knew ahead of time and opted not to contact us to try and reschedule. Goes to show, this practice doesn't care about wasting their patients time.

Fantastic experience: We are vacationing from out of town. My son developed an abscess on his gum. Dr. Gomez and assistant Julissa were so kind and very comforting when my 8 year old had to have his tooth pulled. They were excellent and I am very grateful that they were available to help.

Negative experience: I should have listened to all the negative reviews. This place was such a waste of my time. I made an appointment. I drive 30 minutes to get there and they say the Dentist won't be in for 6.5 hours!!!! I should not be able to make an appointment with no Dentist there!!!!!! When I asked why I was able to make an appointment, the extremely rude receptionist said I could get antibiotics and that I would need to be medically cleared to see the Dentist. Whatever that truly means. Horribly run! Get your appointment system in order! Waste of my time. Cannot stress enough. Do not go here!

Fantastic experience: This was my second time have teeth extracted. They are some of the nicest people I've ever had work on my mouth. The dentist was an angel and I felt no pain. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a tooth extraction and they made it sooo easy. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Julisa is a blessing. I loved her. She made me so comfortable and made sure I was ok during the whole procedure and after. I highly recommend this place. ❤️

Negative experience: $600 to extract one tooth!!! What a joke they accept no insurance and i called to check how much to extract and was shocked... all other reviews are fake be careful do not go there

Fantastic experience: ANGELS FROM HEAVEN. Dr. Thony, Dany his assistant, and everyone in the office really care!!! I can not thank you all enough for ending this nightmare of mine in the twilight of my life!!! This is the fifth dental office I have been to on my molar extraction quest. Two I never went back to after the initial TIME AND MONEY WASTING VISIT. The third pulled two teeth next to each other, tried to rip me off, and damaged my credit report. The fourth pulled one and laughed at me about my concerns of a molarless future. Dentist have been a nightmare since my first visit at 5 years old!!! I walked into Dental Care 24/7 Orlando, with my pocket full of Orajel and explained my 3 teeth. Two teeth on top, one bottom, and not next to each other. The first thing I was told was "we can take care of that today". THEY DID. I had been in pain for months and very worried. I have a heart problem. My teeth could kill me. An hour or so in their office and it's all over. Now I'm at home after a nap, 7 hours, two Tylenol, and priceless peace of mind later. All is gr8. Oh... For all the other places I had insurance, except here. The cost was around what my "out of pocket" was with insurance. From what I have learned and now experienced in the dental industry I'm going to tell my story and the ADA will take notes. Lots of notes!. p.s. Use this review anywhere. Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Was worried about a lot of different things because of my financial situation but they showed me ways I could be accommodated and completely put me at ease. Dr. Gomez and the Dental Tech Julissa were not only extremely professional but also very kind and comforting during the procedure. 10/10
