Fantastic experience: Everyone was very welcoming and I ended up getting a temporary crown Dr. E was wonderful she took her time and it was pretty much painless!

Negative experience: Mai Eltantawy is the worst dentist I've ever encountered. The most uncaring. I am writing to formally express my concern again based on the response I read from compliance regarding the care I received during my recent visit for severe pain following a dental procedure. I presented to the office because I was experiencing excruciating pain and was seeking evaluation and appropriate pain management. I explained to the provider Mai Eltantawy that I was in significant pain and was visibly distressed. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously or appropriately addressed. I left the office feeling hurt, dismissed, frustrated, and uncared for. I should not have had to plead for someone to take my pain seriously. I also want to acknowledge that after I left, I immediately spoke with the office manager. She was kind, listened to my concerns, and told me that she would speak with the dentist. I appreciated the manager's willingness to listen. I was later prescribed an anti-inflammatory medication, although unfortunately it did not provide meaningful relief. I was told that the provider would not prescribe anything for my pain because she was not the original doctor who performed my procedure, even though the visit was within the same dental organization/facility system at a different location. I was particularly concerned that the provider did not appear to evaluate the source of my pain before making this decision. Additionally, I was concerned by the lack of examination of my mouth. I had to specifically point out the amount of blood in my mouth before the area was examined. Given that I was presenting with severe pain and concerns following a dental procedure, I expected a thorough evaluation to determine whether there was a complication or another issue requiring treatment. I am also very concerned and upset that my pain was documented as “slight pain.” This does not accurately reflect at all what I reported to the provider Mai Eltantawy the condition in which I presented. I repeatedly communicated that I was experiencing severe/excruciating pain, and I left the office crying because I felt that my symptoms and concerns had not been taken seriously. I do expect my reported symptoms to be accurately documented, my condition to be appropriately evaluated, and my concerns to be treated with appropriate professionalism and empathy. I am requesting that my medical/dental record be reviewed for accuracy, particularly the documentation of my pain level, and that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate clinical or administrative supervisor. I would also appreciate clarification regarding why my severe pain was documented as slight pain and why my concerns regarding bleeding and pain were not more thoroughly evaluated. This was very dismissive and uncaring about my pain. I am raising this concern because I believe the care and documentation I received did not accurately reflect the severity of my condition or my experience during the visit. I would appreciate a written response addressing these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Fantastic experience: Was here for regular cleaning first thing in the morning. A little slow in getting checked in and into the seat today. They offer extras not covered by insurance (such as topical anesthetic, tongue scraper, and periodontal rinse) so be sure to check the itemized list before signing. Hygienist was professional and thorough (I love that she stood instead of sat and just rotated around my head to get all of the angles!). Front office folks are great, too! This online review is sadly better than their review of my teeth—I need two more crowns! My mouth is feeling so regal!

Veronica went above and beyond with my insurance, making sure absolutely everything that could be covered was covered, and ensuring I had all the proper information. Shannon was equally amazing with communication—I called so many times to follow up on insurance details, and she was always incredibly patient and never made me feel like a bother.The dentist herself Alla Bizabti is wonderful. She took my specific treatment plan into consideration, made me feel incredibly welcome, and actually listened to me. Her dental assistant, Andrea, has such a kind nature and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, personalized care!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful visit at Sage Dental! The office is incredibly clean, quiet, and equipped with advanced technology. Andrea took my Xrays and was extremely patient. Negative experience: Today my husband and I drove to Davenport for him to see the oral surgeon at Sage Dental. He had recently had two teeth extracted at the Kissimmee office and was taking time in healing, as a piece of root was apparently left from the initial procedure. The dentist required a follow-up with the oral surgeon. The first thing the oral surgeon said was that he normally does not fix other people's screw ups. He took an X-ray of my husband's mouth and declared he could not see a root, then referred him to another surgeon. So, $65 later, my husband left the office after talking to this doctor for 5 minutes - half of which the doctor complained about how this was a waste of his time. What about the waste of our money and time? Truthfully, the only reason that this doctor receives one star is for the kind lady at the front desk.

Negative experience: Informed the law requires x-rays for a basic cleaning. This is a bold face lie. They wanted to guzzle more money from insurance so they could "diagnose" a problem we dont have and make more money. We didnt want a diagnosis we wanted a basic Clean.

Positive experience: I was a new patient this week scheduled for an exam, xrays and hygiene, depending on what i needed. I saw Ivonne, the hygienist, and must say that she is one of the best hygienist I've ever experienced. I have been a dental supervisor for 30 years, have worked with and had hygiene visits with many hygienist, but she was amazing from beginning to end. The doctor only showed up for less than 5 minutes, which I do not appreciate since that isn't respecting the value of my time as a patient. But I will continue to go for my periodontal maintenance with Ivonne in the future.

As someone who has always had a HUGE fear of the dentist, finding a team that makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for has meant everything to me. From the moment you walk in, they are always so kind, quick, professional, and efficient. They never make you feel rushed, but somehow they always find a solution and work with you no matter what the situation is. That level of compassion and understanding is rare. Dr. Bizanti is truly incredible. She has such a calming energy and explains everything in a way that makes the process feel quick, easy, and so much less scary. Even when I felt embarrassed or worried about how bad my teeth were, she never once made me feel judged. Instead, she reassured me and made everything feel manageable — like it wasn’t as bad as I thought after all. That comfort and encouragement means more than I can explain. If you struggle with dental anxiety, I genuinely recommend Dr. Bizanti with my whole heart. She completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Negative experience: If your not white or have their membership plan don’t go here! Went in as a new patient with an appointment for a consultation sat for 45 mins while others are walking in and getting called in within 5 mins. Never again setting foot into this dental chain!! Shameful!!

Fantastic experience: I accompanied my grandmother (HASINABEN BHATA) for her visit, and she had an excellent experience. They were able to squeeze her in for a same-day appointment for a tooth that was bothering her. She was seen by both the general dentist and the oral surgeon for an extraction, and the entire treatment was completed the same day. I was there throughout the process, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. E and Dr. Urfrig (oral surgeon) were both very knowledgeable about her condition and made her feel comfortable the entire time.

Fantastic experience: 11/10 first time experience! Von was the most caring and very nice would recommend her to everyone! Went in to get my crown looked at and walked out very satisfied

Negative experience: When I first visited the front desk girls were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. My issue has been with the work I had done. Had I read the reviews prior to my visit I would have never gone. I had a Crown down either the end of February or the 1st of March. I have gone back 4-5 times for the same thing with pat on the wrist results. When the Dentist finally made a slight adjustment, she mentioned a Root Canal. "No adjust the Crown properly please". To this day I still can't eat on my right side where Crown was done and still biting my jaw. No way in the world I'll let that Dentist near my mouth again. My Crown should have been adjusted correctly the 1st time.

Negative experience: This is the WORST experience I have ever had! I paid $5,700 for two dental crowns, and I am in extreme pain—the worst I have ever felt in my life. Then, just two days later, they told me I had to pay another $1,100 for a behavioral treatment that they had never mentioned to me before. On top of that, there was the rude attitude of the manager at the Davenport location. NEVER VISIT THAT PLACE! They didn't resolve my issue, and now they are asking me for extra money.

At the reception area, the young woman who assisted me was very kind and professional. When receiving my documents, she thanked me using my name, which made the experience feel more personal. She was also very clear in explaining the services and what my dental plan covered. The wait time was minimal. Shortly after, I was seen by the dental hygienist, Ivonne Jiménez, who was simply wonderful. She is a very pleasant, patient, and caring person. Throughout the entire process, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my evaluation. Then I was seen by the dentist, Dr. Mai Eltantawy, who provided a very thorough evaluation along with clear and helpful recommendations for maintaining my dental health. Finally, Ivonne performed my dental cleaning with great care and professionalism. I was completely satisfied with the service and attention I received. I already have my next appointment scheduled in six months, which reflects the trust they earned from me. I highly recommend this place with complete confidence. If you are looking for a professional, friendly team that truly cares about their patients, Sage Dental of Reunion Village is definitely the right place.

Scheduled our entire family to be seen at this location, as they also take pediatric patients (which was very convenient). Location is great and treatment was superb!

Negative experience: This Office was Great at first but then I went in for a Wisdom teeth removal and had a Crown knocked loose during procedure and I was told that I would have to pay for another Crown replacement the dental assistant also threw my crown in the trash and when I asked for the crown she went and dug it out of the trash to provide it to me. Also was over charged and presented this on the last visit for post op and crown consultation to the office with the EOB proof that both insurance was charged and they refused to supply my money back or even a credit on the account. This was also presented to me as pre existing and I was never told about the crown needing to be replaced as I was under their care for a year previous to the procedure. The account lady behind the desk I spoke to was very rude and was not helpful and stated that both insurance was not billed and I had proof that it was and laid it on the desk still refused to help me with my issue and refused to give me the money back. Very bad customer service do not go here!!!

Modern current equipment, no pushing towards unnecessary services, caring and attentive staff in the entire facility. You’re not just another client, you’re important to them. Negative experience: I purchased a discount plan with the promise of receiving certain benefits and specific savings. However, after paying and starting to use the service, I realized that several of the things that were promised to me were not fulfilled. When I tried to use the discounts, I was informed that they did not apply as they had been explained to me at the beginning. This was very disappointing, as I made my decision based on the information that was provided to me. I believe they should be clearer and more honest when selling their plans, to prevent other

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bizanti and her assistant, Juliet, were wonderful! I’ve never had a dentist be so gentle with the shots before. I have dental anxiety, and while dental work has never been enjoyable to me, they made the experience as smooth as possible. I also had a deep cleaning that I was very nervous for, and while I can’t remember the hygienists name, she was very kind and helped me feel comfortable. During my initial consultation, my wait time was much longer than I expected it to be, but the service provided from reception to everyone in the back, made for a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I felt the first visit was very positive. As for everything else, I encounter here in Florida, there were Some language dialect issues but the staff and I worked together to solve them.

Negative experience: Everything was great until I called at 4:24pm to go ahead and send the pain medicine prescription to my pharmacy and was kept on hold. Someone picked up 3 times during the hold and placed me immediately on hold until 5pm when they closed. Terrible customer service.

Everyone was friendly and professional I felt as though I was amongst family with my interaction with Valerie, Sharon, Von, Yvonne and Dr. E. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Negative experience: My dad was there recently for a 2pm appointment and was seen 45 minutes later. He was there because they had broken a hook from his metal partial and wanted that fixed. They refused to fix it and blamed my father knowing they in fact mishandled and broke it. My father ended up speaking with the general dentist Alla Bizanti which she ignored and walked away from my father. My father felt very disrespected. This dental office did not care about customer satisfaction, service, or customer care in general. My father left very frustrated with no resolve. We do not recommend this dental office at all. STAY AWAY!!!

Negative experience: Called at 11:10am made an appointment for 12pm noon. Arrived 12pm after a 50 minute drive, filled out paperwork and SAT!!!! I was called in tge back at 1pm was asked about the pain and issue. When I called I stated on the phone that I was at a dental facility that did not take my insurance and I was in pain in need of a root canal. I gave the pertinent info over the phone proceeded to drive an hour to the location. Walking to the back the Assistant asked about my pain my response yes level 8. The doctor comes in does a tap prod searching for the tooth needing the root canal. Once confirmed leave out then come the financial workup from the receptionist to inform me to SCHEDULE an appt, with a Specialist, or she could check other available dates/times. I have spent 1 1/2 hours at this location with no relief. The doctor decides well she’ll do the procedure, oh so now here comes the up charges and unnecessary charges to the tune of $1200+ for Root Canal out of pocket, my insurance pays 80%. I had this same procedure down last February another practice and my out of pocket was $530. Then I said let’s just do the Extraction, so now they return with additional recommendations from doctor to the tune of $900+ for Extraction out of pocket again my insurance pays 80%, but don’t include bone replacements and some absorption etc. I stated I want a simple Extraction well “they don’t do that only what the doctor recommends”. This practice will UP CHARGE FOR SIMPLE PROCEDURES.

Negative experience: My wife made an appointment for 10:20 today. When she verified the appointment she was assured that all was good. insurance Good all in order. Was supposed to send paper work. Never did. We show up to the appointment, check in. 30 minutes later she was called up to the desk, and then they asked about the insurance. On the phone call the office assured her the web site said they took. After waiting 30 mins the girl at the desk informed her we do not take that insurance. After some investigation, I find I need the dentist signed to me before hand. First time with a HMO dental plan. We should have been told this on the phone when making the appointment. Should have been asked and told they do not take or at least this is what needs to happen then reschedule. What happened was not OK.

Negative experience: Jorge L Colon Denture workmanship was poor. In less than four months, a tooth fell out of the denture plate. I was told to surrender my dentures for knowing them will take 3 months in order to replace it. After all the money and sacrifice I was expected to go toothless. There was no offer of an interim or immediate denture. Even in a third world country, impressions are made to provide an acrylic plate while adjustments and repairs are made. I am frustrated and very disappointed. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. the dentist showed very poor professionalism and did not take responsibility for their mistakes. We paid a lot of money, yet the work was done incorrectly. I give them an F. Yhey should take responsibility and either fixing the issue.

Negative experience: Made an appointment. Which took 45 minutes to make on the phone. Explained what was needed. Set appt. Then gets a call back the appointment can not be kept as they didn’t have that time. Asked if I could come later. Ok. Then clarified what was needed and told oh no. We don’t have a dentist in but can evaluate. So the person who made the appointment and the one who called to change it not on the same page. Moved it to another day. Then someone started texting me. You need a referral to go to a dentist ? What ? I have a ppo no referral needed. They are so confused. I can see why so many bad reviews. They clearly have others who are not in office texting and calling. Then they email you and the return reply comes back not valid. They are very messy. And not professional.

Negative experience: I recently moved to Florida and went to this office which was down the street from my home and seemed convenient. While they are extremely pleasant all they want to do is upsell, quoting me over 6k in services and when I refused a “deep cleaning” which was to cost $600 today outside of my insurance, they would not even do a regular cleaning. I have gone to my old dentist religiously for over 50 years and have never experienced anything like this today. It is upsetting that people would do this to their patients. Beware and go elsewhere for your dental needs! 12/22 Follow Up: I went to my old dentist who confirmed that there was in fact zero wrong with my teeth where I would have needed the work that Sage Dental Recommended, and in fact they should have done a regular cleaning and there was zero requirement of a “Deep Cleaning”. Since Sage Dental in fact charged me for a Cancer Screening which they never performed and also charged my insurance for a cleaning they did not perform my law firm is looking for other customers of Sage who had similar experiences to join in on a class action suit. Predatory businesses like this must be stopped to prevent those with less knowledge from being taken advantage of. Please reach out if you have had similar experiences at Sage! And if you are looking for an honest dentist I would at all costs avoid this practice.

Negative experience: First and last visit, they asked you to get there 30 mins prior for new patient appointment, mind you already all forms were filled on line, then make you wait almost an hour to been seen, then the lady who called me was extremely rude, she was just bossing me around, stand there, take your earrings, do this do that, then make me stand in the x-rays machine and wasn't explaining anything, at the machine I had to made myself out it, because she kept just giving orders, I didn't know I supposed to even touch the machine, noticed the biting part didn't have a plastic protection or anything, then the real torture started, she proceed to take my x-rays by biting a piece of metal and a cone, she didn't explain a word of what was coming, she just shoved that thing in my mouth and the her finger in my cheek to move it inside my mouth like she could us her words to gave me directions, but she was just pulling and moving that thing inside my mouth really aggressive until I asked to literally stop because it was hurting me, and I ask he to be gentle, I honestly never in my life been treating like that, then she started to let me know what direction she was moving that thing, she was done by then, then the hygienist came, notice I was upset and I told her everything, obviously she apologized, after that the dentist came with her and check me, she suggest my treatment, and I told her that the metal thing made one of my tooth hurt, she said I have a small mouth... she knew by then what her nurse did and put that as an excuse for the treatment I've received, UNACCEPTABLE! when I called to make a the appointment I ask how much I would have to pay, they said is not charge for the first appointment I ended paying 67dlls " for the X-rays" and that because I refuse the charge for cancer screen would it think is something they regular do, so.... i can be prepared to pay I WOULD NEVER GO BACK, I HAD UPCOMING APPOINMENTS FOR THE REST OF MY FAMILY OF 5, I WOULD NEVER TAKE THEM THERE, I CANCELLED ALL THOSE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! ***LIMITED SITTING SPACE***

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office was very friendly. They made sure I understood my care plan at every step. The dentist and hygienist were professional and thorough. I’m so happy to have found my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Great customer service I showed up to ask a question and was in pain. Wasn't scheduled to see the doctor until the following week they took me in right away and took care of my tooth immediately. Never seen such great service and the staff is wonderful

Negative experience: If you value your dental health and money, RUN!!! I started going here in April with the intention of getting a cleaning. Everything went well and I was handed some papers, one of which being a referral for a root canal that was not explained to me in any way but the procedure for a crown was. So I come back in June to start the process for my crown and leave with my temporary crown. The whole process done by dr. Bizanti, from the anesthesia, to the crown preparation was painful and uncomfortable! But I still come back for my permanent crown. On the day of that appointment, I walk in and they tell me they can’t put in my permanent crown because I need to get a root canal. The root canal that dr. Bizanti didn’t explain why I needed or what the risk would be if I get the crown done before the root canal. I either get it that day or pay a $150 cancellation fee. I pay the cancellation fee and go to winter Haven Endodontics for the root canal. The dr there was so gentle and you can really tell that he cared about doing good work. He let me know that dr. Bizanti left so much decay in my tooth when prepping for the crown and that I shouldn’t go back. Not that I planned on it, but I don’t recommend anyone go there because all they care about is making money off of you and not about your wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: My experience there was refreshing and enjoyable. The front desk girls were so polite, courteous with great attitudes. My Dentist and all others who attended to me were most caring, considerate warm yet professional. The atmosphere was so welcoming. I left satisfied and amazed.

Negative experience: The worse ! They advertise $199 whitening and they obligate you to x-rays, and they don't do the whitening unless you do the $2100 dlls quote for everything they find with a whitening cost of $460. Its the worst place ever. They even torture you with pain for x-rays.

Fantastic experience: My visit was wonderful! The front desk was welcoming, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. I really appreciated how everything was explained to me before and during the procedure. The office was spotless and even smelled refreshing such a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!

Negative experience: Really bad customer service. My wife was treated in a rude way 2 times when she called, first time she just didn't care but second time and by the same person, a secretary called Sharon , then is when she realized it is someone with a bad attitude and that shouldn't be working for customer service ..after that when my wife went to her appointment and was in the waiting room, she heard this person Sharon arguing on the phone with another customer ..it is clearly someone that will make you loose clients Besides that everything is extremely expensive .. My wife told me that she felt she was being scamed that they sit you facing away from the computer so you cant see what they are doing and your quote is supposed to be according to the severity of you case but they overprice you anyway..so you end up paying a big amount anywy like if you didn't have insurance That.the dentist barely sees the patients like for no more than 3 minutes They only want your money ..horrible and to be honest we won't come back because of this issue with prices and SCAM AND BECAUSE OF THE REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alla Bizanti. She is an excellent and very professional dentist who truly cares about her patients. She takes her time to explain each step of the treatment and makes sure you’re always comfortable. Her clinic is clean, modern, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alla is very gentle and skilled — I always leave with a smile! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist.
