Fantastic experience: Dr. TORRES has been my dentist for almost 10 years now. Her office makes me feel cared for as a patient, and will always work with me. I don't feel shame for having tooth problems. Best dentist you could ever have. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: On March 23, 2026, I had my first dentist appointment with Dr. Torres. I have to say that Yvonne, the receptionist, was very helpful when I first walked into the office and made me feel comfortable with making the appointment. Had she not given me that friendly and professional service, I would have just walk away as I did with another dentist office in the neighborhood. Back to the day of the appointment, Yvonne checked all my paperwork to ensure they were done correctly. Again, she provided great service. Jose then came out and advised me that he would be performing my teeth cleaning. His service was great and he explained questions that I had to my satisfaction. Dr Torres came in after Jose was done. Dr Torres checked my teeth and proceeded to explain in a very helpfully manner the condition of my teeth. I have to say that between Yvonne, Jose, and Dr Torres, they make an excellent team and based on my experience with them I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you for the great service!!!

Negative experience: This is a review that I never expected to be making! I was a patient of Dr Torres for over 10 years and even recommended I believe dental studio to both of my adult daughters and a couple of friends. In 2000 I moved over an hour away. I continued to make the drive for 3 more yrs because I loved everything about them for so many years. I had done twice a year cleanings, x-rays, several crowns, and even did the teeth whitening process that they offered. The last year that I used them, I had a crown done. I had problems with it from the beginning. It never felt like it fit right. I went in a couple of times to get it fixed and they did try to file it down a bit but it was still was giving me trouble including some pain. When I complained about that, they told me I probably needed a root canal but that they did not do that in their office so they referred me to a root canal specialist. That appointment cost me $159 and I was told that I did not need a root canal. I don't know what was wrong with this Crown but it was just not right from the very beginning and the more I try to get it fixed the less was done for me. I ended up just trying to eat only on one side for 3 years. Then it started to come out of my mouth. I had it recemented three times. My current dentist told me that it would be better to have it redone so I would have a new one that would fit and work better. I did not attempt to contact Dr Torres to have her fix it as I felt that I had tried for the first 6 to 8 months to get it fixed there and nothing was ever done properly. So my current dentist redid the crown and it immediately felt better. Seemed to fit my mouth and I didn't even notice that I had something new. It was just obviously well done and done right. When I contacted I believe dental studio and asked them for a refund or a partial refund they told me that they could fix it for me but I had already had it done. Frankly I would not have wanted to do the drive back over there or have them do something that was not right again. I am a 65-year-old person who is living on a fixed income. I do have dental insurance and it would have covered $600 of my new $1,200 crown if the crown had lasted 5 years. But it only lasted 3 years so nothing was covered. I thought it would be fair for them to at least refund the part of the cost of my original crown that I paid for myself, keeping what the insurance paid for. They had told me that they would redo the crown for $150 which is what the materials would cost. So the original Crown cost $1,000 but it only cost them $150. You would think that they could have refunded me my $450 which would have helped me with the cost of the new crown that actually works. But they would do nothing for me. I have some crowns that have been in my mouth for over 20 yrs, so for one to only last 3 yrs is obviously not ok! Sad when a dentist is all about the money and not about the patient. So I am not longer able to recommend them!

Fantastic experience: They are extremely understanding and attentive, the entire team. I have had some rough experiences at previous dentists but Dr. Torres and her staff never hesitate to answer questions, they keep you informed through the entire procedure, and never lose their patience. I've been here more than once for regular cleanings, treatments, and dental emergencies, never once have I had a serious issue. They communicate extremely well and are always concerned with their patient's experience as well as their well being. The team is extremely accommodating and understand that many of the procedures they perform are extremely stressful for the people they treat. Dr. Torres and the rest of the team ask questions to build an understanding on top of the forms you fill out with medical history etc... They not only make me feel welcome and heard, they are extremely professional and highly skilled. I switched to I Beliv after a very bad experience with another dentist, and I do not regret it.

Negative experience: I had one of the worst experiences at this dental office, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. I initially chose this place based on good reviews, but my experience was completely different. I came in with a severely chipped tooth that had previously been fixed but needed to be redone. I clearly explained this to the receptionist, but instead of addressing my concern, he immediately tried to push a cleaning on me. I politely declined, explaining that my teeth are extremely sensitive and I no longer do cleanings. He acknowledged that and said the appointment for my actual issue would be a month away, but he would call if there was an earlier opening. A week later, I returned to follow up because having an exposed tooth is an urgent matter. Again, he said there were no openings but pushed the cleaning once more, claiming the doctor might require it. For the second time, I explained that I don’t do cleanings due to sensitivity. He said he would let me know and save me a spot. Fast forward three weeks—I called to check in, only to be told, "Oh, I tried to call, but your phone didn’t work." Convenient. Then, he outright stated that they could only treat me if I agreed to a cleaning. This was now the third time I explained my stance, only to be told that a cleaning was required before proceeding with the treatment I actually needed. If this was their policy, why wasn’t I informed from the very start? Instead, they wasted my time for weeks, stringing me along with false promises while repeatedly pushing an unnecessary service. This is an unprofessional and predatory practice. A patient with a painful, exposed tooth shouldn’t be pressured into an unrelated procedure just to receive the care they actually need. If they had been upfront from the beginning, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a dentist who actually prioritizes patient care over upselling unnecessary treatments.

Fantastic experience: Recently underwent an extensive procedure at ibeliv. Dr. Torres worked with diligence and efficiently. Dr Torres and the assistant present working were very kind and effective in communication letting me know what was happening as the procedure progressed. They have restored my smile and I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the work done. Thank you 1,000 times over. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This office is absolutely amazing, the staff and dentist could not be more efficient and professional. My daughter was in extreme pain due to her molars coming in horizontally, they made her an appointment immediately and she was referred immediately to an oral surgeon, within a couple of days her molars were extracted and she was finally pain free. I am deeply grateful for this office, I don't care if I live in Orlando, it is definitely worth the drive!

Changed dentist after I was told I needed $1000 worth of treatment that I had a feeling I didn’t need. Went to Dr. T and was told (as i suspected) was in good oral health. Fantastic experience: I am from out of town, I chipped a porcelain bridge, front tooth actually. Got their number from my son who lives here. They got me in the same day I called and fixed the bridge. It looks like the chip never happened, excellent job. All of the staff there are friendly and efficient.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dental office for a few years. Until today, I have been happy with them, but last year I had a root canal and crown on a top rear tooth. At the time, it was infected, i had a prescription for antibiotics and is has been ok for while. Nou w, my tooth have been hurting for a couple of day, I am moving tomorrow back to Texas (tomorrow) and I am driving. I called the office and ask the if i could get a prescription for some antibiotic and was told the doctor had to see me first. I said that was fine, but was told I had to wait until next week. I again, told her I was driving to Texas tomorrow.. I asked here if I had to drive to Texas in total pain? The long story is, yes. I told her again I was in a lot of pain, what would she suggest. She suggested I see someone in Texas.. Why didn't I think about that!!! BUT, what about the pain I am dealing with? I have a 16 hour drive. Bottom line, she offered no help, no suggestion. My tough luck. I have no clue where else I can go.. That is a horrible attitude.. They use to be better than that. Very painful lesson...

Fantastic experience: I was having pain on insertion and with insertion of bth upper and lower ap-pliances. It got worse on Friday and of course Sat and Sun are out so I called Monday, only to be told they next open time was Thursday. But you called back shortly when a cancelation opened up a time. The dentures were adjusted and now fit well I can chew with but little discomfort. I'd actually lost five pounds from a diet of soup and oatmeal, and that was good, but I now can enjoy food. Fantastic experience: I Beliv Dental Studio is an amazing experience! The office space is beautiful and each treatment space is well equipped and inviting. I had a new crown completed in a single session! My new crown was created in their 3D Printer (lay terminology) while I binge watched Friends on the in room TV.. Most importantly, every staff member and Dr. T are professional in ever way. After moving from New Jersey, I am so pleased that I found a truly exceptional Dental Studio for my entire Family!

Negative experience: Este lugar haces una cita para algo espera 3 semanas y cuando llegas la cita te ha en la cita para otra cosa. No para lo que verdaderamente nesecita que te trabajen por alguna molestia. Te hacen perder tu tiempo. En la primera visita te dan una lista de los trabajos que te van hacer lo que vas a pagar y lo que el ensuren va a pagar. Cuando comienzas el tratamiento sales para pagar lo acordado te salen que es una cantidad mayor. Son unos irresponsables y te hacen perder tu tiempo.

Fantastic experience: I am giving 5 stars to the "I Beliv dentist office" because they are professional, the most understanding to your dentistry needs and a very personable staff. I unfortunately received poor oral health from family genes. I have had cleanings, extractions, crowns, root canals and Dr.T as she is commonly called does a super job in keeping me cool, calm and collected. She explains things throughly and gives options for treatments but guides you the best way possible for the best oral health. I highly recommend them!
