Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about Dr. Dib. The surgical extraction was quick and he ensured comfort all the way through. His gentle approach and reassuring manner made a huge difference. Plus, he explained each step of my dental implant journey, which made me feel way better. If you're in Davenport and need oral surgery or want a smile makeover, he's the one to see!

Fantastic experience: First time here with both my kids and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The Doctors were very patient and gentle. Negative experience: Son muy deshonestos, acomodan los servicios dentales de tal forma que no los cubra el seguro y el paciente tenga que pagarles , no son claros con las explicaciones y engañan al usuario . No los recomiendo a demás la dentista Romero es muy antipática y poco profesional.

En nuestra clínica, cada diagnóstico y plan de tratamiento es determinado por la Dra. Romero en base a una evaluación clínica individual, priorizando siempre la salud y bienestar del paciente. En este caso, el tratamiento recomendado fue diferente a lo que inicialmente esperabas, ya que se basó en el diagnóstico profesional y no en una preferencia específica.
Entendemos que los seguros dentales tienen coberturas y limitaciones que pueden variar según el procedimiento, pero como práctica no podemos modificar un tratamiento clínico necesario únicamente para ajustarlo a una cobertura. Nuestro compromiso es siempre ofrecer la opción más adecuada desde el punto de vista médico.
Durante tu visita, se explicaron las opciones disponibles, así como los costos y la cobertura de tu seguro, y el tratamiento fue rechazado por decisión propia, lo cual respetamos completamente. También creemos que siempre es válido buscar una segunda opinión si así lo deseas.
Lamentamos que tu percepción de la atención no haya sido la esperada. Nuestro objetivo es brindar un servicio claro, honesto y profesional en todo momento, y tomamos en cuenta tus comentarios para seguir mejorando.

Negative experience: The dentist and dental assistants were very friendly, professional, and thorough. The dentist took her time explaining everything clearly, reviewed my X-rays in detail, and gave appropriate medical recommendations. From a clinical standpoint, I felt well examined and cared for. However, the experience changed once the finance team came in. The focus shifted from my urgent dental infection to payment options and financing. I was told I was approved for credit and encouraged to return for cleaning, even though my immediate concern required more urgent attention and I needed a referral elsewhere. It felt like the financial side of the visit took priority over my actual pain and urgency. As someone who is anxious about dental care and in significant discomfort, that part of the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Great clinical staff, but the care experience was overshadowed by pressure around financing rather than immediate treatment needs. I deserved to be treated as a patient in pain, not a paycheck in process.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I scheduled an appointment for my mon over the phone and everything was confirmed, but when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t see me. I wasted my time going all the way to the clinic for nothing. This shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and poor organization. I would not recommend this place if you value your time and expect reliable, professional service.

Negative experience: Mi peor experiencia en un dentista en toda mi vida. Yo siempre fuí ahí mientras estuvo la administración anterior. Cuando me tocó ir ya era otro médico que sacó al personal y no solamente eso ,sino que comenzó a hablar mal de ellos, encima de eso me dijeron que no tenía que pagar nada y luego me llamaron tiempo después para decirme que debía 300 dólares. Me dió coraje porque de antemano ya yo le había preguntaba si el plan cubría. No solo me cobraron los 300, sino que cuando pagué con la tarjeta Visa me cobraron 18.00 que el establecimiento está supuesto a pagar por dar el servicio de visa allí. En mi vida me había pasado algo así.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Avant Dental Group. The staff came across as unprofessional and uncommunicative throughout my visit. Instead of explaining procedures clearly, they left me confused and uncomfortable. On top of that, their pricing felt unreasonable — especially for patients without insurance. I felt overcharged for services that didn’t reflect the quality of care I expected. Sadly, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

We do want to clarify that as part of our medical and ethical responsibilities, any patient who hasn’t been seen in over six months, especially one reporting a new or changing dental concern must undergo an evaluation by the doctor. This is important not only to ensure proper diagnosis but also to determine the most appropriate treatment plan based on your current condition. To give you an example, What may feel like a loose filling could have developed into something more complex over time, which requires a new diagnosis. Our goal is always to treat our patients thoroughly and safely.
We offered our uninsured courtesy discount to minimize your out of pocket expense and clearly communicated the process and pricing before any services. Unfortunately, declining the standard evaluation prevented us from proceeding with care.
At Avant Dental Group, we aim to treat everyone with transparency and respect. We’re still here if you wish to move forward with a safe and proper assessment. We’re always happy to clarify questions or concerns before any service

Negative experience: I called to get an appointment and they were pleasant. I asked for an approximate cost for the widom tooth extraction that I required. I was supposed to be around $300 bucks plus an office visit fee. When I got there 35 minutes early to fill out paperwork they were very pleasant and told me my exam would be around 55 bucks before i sat in the chair and then hit me with a credit card fee on top. They performed xrays and decided to extract but I would have to pay first. They came out and said it would be 585 bucks pay before hand and I got upset but finally agreed then when I went to use my debit card they were gonna charge another 25 bucks. I left the office without treatment. I feel like they were being unfair based on my phone conversation. Google says a wisdom tooth that is not impacted should be between 70 to 250 dollars.

Fantastic experience: Adana Dental Group was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and professional. Dr. Juan Pinzon is the new owner and he was the one who cleaned my teeth. I hate going to the dentist but he was so professional and knowledgeable and really helped calmed me down! He had to do a really deep cleaning and encouraged me every step of the way to stay calm and talked to me the whole time so I wasn’t nervous! I HIGHLY recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed

Negative experience: Since April we have been waiting for the office to do an emergency dental work. They said they are waiting for the insurance to approve the dental work we called the insurance and the insurance said they have not received any paperwork. Today we went to get our medical records and they gave us so many excuses to avoid it. At the end they said come back tomorrow for the records. They lie to the patients and do not care about the patient's dental health.
