Negative experience: How u change my appointment to a time that im not available, close at 3 pm so I couldn't call after work and then charge me $75 for canceling? I read the voicemail transcript out loud to them as proof that i wasnt the one that canceled and they STILL tried to charge me $75 for canceling! Then u think ill rebook with u after that?? No! Im never coming back here. Charge my card if u want to and it wont be nice for you. Try me. SN: who ever working at the front desk, either ur a thief or ur slow, because this simply cannot make sense to u.

Negative experience: My experience was awful! The entire facility smelled of body odor, the procedure room had a filthy and constantly leaking sink, and they were unable to perform the service I requested in my email - even with clear instructions. They provided me with a referral but zero customer service to verify if the referral took my insurance or if the office was local. Don’t waste your time with this filthy and unprofessional dental practice.

Fantastic experience: They were very gentle with me which I greatly appreciate being I am very very sensitive but not only that they were very informative all the way as the exams and xrays were done I actually am looking forward to going back to get teeth cleaned and get teeth straight and healthy without getting well I guess fake teeth nothing against it u have to do what you have to do but I will definitely say if you do want to try or want to keep your original teeth which cannot be replaced in my opinion I would say this is were you need to start or build your plant to a healthy, strong, beautiful smile simple. Oh yeah I was actually late for my appointment but you would have never known, service was flawless from the time I walk in to the time I walked out, so there you go but I will be on time next appointment lol.

Negative experience: I almost never write reviews but everything about my experience this morning was awful. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. I checked in at 10. I was told they would bring me back soon. At 10:45 I was still waiting. Patients were arriving and being seen before me for the same procedures. I went up to the desk to ask what was going on and how long it would take only to be informed after 45 minutes they were having delays. My procedure was going to take another 40 minutes and I had somewhere to be at 12. They do not value people’s time so I left and will have a difficult time finding a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chiru is truly one of a kind. I’ve been going to her for years, and I’ve honestly lost count. She now cares for my entire family—my parents, my siblings, and of course, me. We trust her completely. As someone who also works in healthcare, I really appreciate the kind of provider she is. She’s incredibly attentive, deeply kind, and only does what’s necessary. No pressure. No upselling. Just honest, thoughtful care. That kind of integrity is rare and means a lot. What I love most is how calm and reassuring she is. Going to the dentist can feel nerve-racking, but Dr. Chiru creates such a peaceful environment. She listens, she explains things clearly, and she genuinely cares. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines clinical excellence with true compassion, this is the one. Dr. Chiru is simply the best.

Upon arrival the receptionist was kind and soft spoken, making sure everything was correct. Fantastic experience: Just last night, despite have a lot of work done that morning, I was telling my wife how intuitive Dr. Chiru is while under her care. She makes you feel at ease. She observes when I’m in discomfort and acknowledges it. She explains everything and does incredible work. The entire staff is skilled, compassionate and talented. Having dental work is a necessary evil. So, when you need it, visit CDCA. You’ll be wonderfully surprised with the process and work.

This lady is the owner I’m telling you the best experience for a root canal! I have to go back for the crown and some fillings! I told the assistant they can take out all my teeth and restart my mouth all over again

Negative experience: If I could give a rate it would be zero stars. This is the absolute worst dental experience I’ve had. The receptionist asked my parent about personal information when I am an adult and they accompanied me for support. The woman who took my x-rays took so many and caused my mouth to bleed. I didn’t see the dentist I scheduled an appointment with and got a random dentist. They also had hidden charges and couldn’t do the “specialized” cleaning I needed. Once I wasn’t scheduling or paying, I didn’t get my teeth cleaned when I scheduled a hygienist/ wellness visit. I would not recommend this place. They do not care for you and don’t bother if you have anxiety/fear of doctors like I do.

Called to reschedule, she placed me hold for 6 minutes called off my other phone and answered immediately. This is definitely not how you treat first time customers

Negative experience: First let me start by saying that Dr. Chiru and Kay my hygienist are great. Unfortunately, this office needs to get their their financial house in order. I've been employed in health insurance for over 3 decades and I'm aware of how insurance works. When the office fails to bill insurance in a timely manner they miss the window in which to get reimbursed leaving the patient liable according to them. Among this issue I've been presented with old balances (years old) that I have attempted to clear with no success. Every time I visit this office the amount owed changes. Sorry to say you must keep track of all your services, bills, and insurance payments if you are to deal with this office and be ready to dispute before you pay.

Positive experience: So far, so good, as the adage goes. I went in for my first visit under my new insurance plan a week ago and was able to get scheduled for my screening this following week. Today's cleaning visit was a breeze, and the front desk even had checked me in by the time I arrived. The hygienist gave me some sound advice during my teeth cleaning afterward I received the standard brush, toothpaste, and floss. This office is a little hard to find the first time you visit as they don't have any exterior signage.

Negative experience: Readers, I do not take it lightly, rating anyone with a one star but unfortunately, Complete Dental of Atlanta, earned this rating. I’ve been a happy patient of Complete Dental of Atlanta for maybe 4 years. Mainly because the hygienist -Kay is amazing, very kind, knowledgeable, and great a what she do. I miss her! It was not until recently, that my experience dramatically changed when I had a few rude and unpleasant encounters from the Office Manager (Nina) who was encouraged by the Dentist (Dr. Neelima Chiru) from the next room. A few months ago, I had a dental emergency, I got an appointment and went into the office, at the time the dentist cousin(Male Dentist) when there and she was not. He wanted to do an emergency procedure on my tooth, however, I was concerned because the tooth number provided, was not the tooth that was hurting. Very scary. When I return, I saw Dr. Chiru, she examined me to determined which tooth, I needed surgery on. It was not the one he selected, also they sent in a claim for the wrong tooth. However, as I am speaking with her Nina comes in talking about outstanding bills from months ago in October (2022), it is now April (2023). After every visit I asked about balance, they always said, no balance, no copay. So now, I am confused looking at the documents, so I asked Nina to contact the insurance company and I would too to see if we can resolve the issue. I am all about people getting paid. When I called the insurance, they shared that none of the forms were properly filed and that the provider stopped paying her network fees months, so she is Out of Network. No one told me, she was Out of Network. If so, I could find another Dentist. So the day of my emergency procedure, which they had to expedite because I waited over a week in pain from my previous misdiagnosis from the Male Dentist (the cousin). Before arriving, I called the insurance and explained to them what was going on the provider is not in network, but there is an emergency and I am unable to get in anywhere else. The insurance company informed me that since it was an “emergency” they will cover the cost of any dental office who would see me, they just have to note “emergency “ on the form. I arrived and told Nina and Dr. Chiru, about the improper forms and the Dentist being out of Network. At which time, Dr. Chiru admitted she stoping paying her membership fees, because they were not paying her. I shared with them the proper procedure for getting paid for an emergency procedure, no one asked any questions. Everyone was in agreement. She completed my procedure, it went well. At check out, the receptionist, said you have to pay your bill for today $800+. I am still in pain in a state of confusion, so Nina comes out and says, unfortunately, you have to pay the money , “before you leave”. I reminder her of what the insurance company said and we called the insurance company and they told her, I have 100% coverage and they need to file with the insurance. They said to me with Nina present, do not pay. After the call with the insurance Nina under the direction of Dr. Chiru, in the next room, is still demanding money. They requested that I pay them and let the insurance pay me back. SMH! I was so disappointed, as this was the most insensitive, unnecessary, unprofessional, situation I have ever been in my entire life. No patient should have to debate with a provider after a procedure. At that point, I said, I leaving and I walked out of the office. Strangely enough, I received a call from Complete Dental on Friday (September 2023) asking if I am coming for a cleaning. Really! I explained to the receptionist that Complete Dental is no longer in my network and I am surprised that they are calling me. I thanked her for called me as it reminded me to write my review. In closing, Dr. Chiru is a very good Dentist, but at the end of the day , it is about patient experience that make or break any organization.
