Fantastic experience: Alessa my Higienist Is awesome, very detail orientes. Everybody else Is nice and helpfull.

Negative experience: Don't do it. This is the biggest ripoff dental office I have ever been to. They will lie to you and try to charge you extra for unnecessary procedures. They wanted to charge 350.00 for cleaning claiming this and that. Went to another and cleaning was exam was done for 0 through my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive about my first appointment at that office, for the simple fact that I had a terrible experience with another facility. To my surprise, the people I encountered were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My dental assistant was superb. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain everything that was going on with my dental dilemma. I definitely would recommend Meadow Land Dental Care to anyone who is looking for a well qualified dental care and a State of the arts facility.

Positive experience: UPDATE: I was scheduled for my six month cleaning and they called me the day before and told me they no longer take Blue Cross dental insurance. I had to cancel my appointment. This is very disappointing. Even though I don’t like going to the dentist, the staff is always very welcoming and kind. My hygienist is the best. She has the coolest office with great music and family pictures everywhere. It makes you feel very happy when you walk in. Update, in looking at my bill, I was apparently overcharged $40. I think there was a miscommunication so we’ll just wait for the insurance to work it out.

Positive experience: My hygienist was awesome. Upon check in I was told I didn’t have an appointment. No one called to confirm or text to confirm. I reviewed all messages for the month and nothing. I feel front office needs a better handle on this. Lucky for me they had an opening that I could be seen.

Positive experience: Great place great staff everyone was amazing but I made it clear that I cant pay anything out of pocket because im on disability. I have a very limited income yet they give me a plan that has 2 over $100 things that my ins won't cover. My teeth need help before they start falling out but I just can't do the out of pocket things

Negative experience: I went to Meadow Ranch for tooth pain. They said I needed a root canal and to see a specialist. I did. The specialist said there was no problem after looking at the x-ray and 3d mri. They said to go back to my dentist. I went back to Meadow Ranch and they didn't even look. They said I needed to go back to the specialist. I didn't know what to do at that point so I scheduled an appointment at a different dentist. They quickly found my tooth was cracked. They removed it same day. My pain is gone. My insurance said I owed nothing but I got a bill for $184 bucks for nothing. I paid it because my credit score is more important than fighting a bad dentist. Don't go there.

Fantastic experience: Love these guys! Me, my husband and our daughter are patients here. The staff is so friendly and upbeat and all of the dentist there are AMAZING!! From regular cleanings to crowns, they do great work. Love this place and recommend to everyone!!!!

Negative experience: The failure point for this office is their billing department, specifically Alyssa. I have personally called our insurance company 3 times and verified coverage and benefits. For some reason, Alyssa, is unable to find anything and has zero customer service skills on the phone or when speaking to her in the office. She places blame on the clients and the insurance company but never takes accountability for not being able to get the job done. My insurance agent found my info in less than 5 minutes and has no idea why this office can’t find anything. When telling Alyssa this and asking why she can’t help, she claimed it’s not her responsibility. Which, is literally, the job of a billing department. This is so unfortunate, because the Drs here are great, the hygienists are great and the front desk staff is always courteous and helpful. But, due to her, we will be switching to a new office and making sure everyone knows about our experience here.

Negative experience: Front desk & billing department are extremely rude & unhelpful . They couldn’t locate my upgraded insurance coverage from the same provider that I used previously , then tried to tell me that my coverage is out of network . My insurance provider informed me that was not the case , yet billing is still denying my coverage after a week of back & forth phone calls . They’re more than happy to see me if I’m self pay . Will never be back here

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very nice. The office is always very clean.

Negative experience: I went there for the 6 month cleaning. As you know they come in first and tell you what the charge or no charge is going to be. Since it was a 2nd cleaning they informed me there will be NO CHARGE and had me sign the form stating NO CHARGE. I had my cleaning from a very nice fellow and then when we were done he goes oh wait and rubs a sticky gel in my mouth and goes ok all set. Never told me what it was and then I get a bill from them stating I owe them $23.00 for fluoride that I never requested or even wanted. Pretty sure he should have told me he was putting fluoride in my mouth and he should have asked me before doing that. Now we are going back and forth and I refuse to pay

Positive experience: Calls me to come in early and then doesn’t take me for almost 1/2 past that time. Hygienist rushed the cleaning. Have to go back a second time because dr. Was unavailable for me to see unless I waited a long time

Negative experience: Great getting me In. The tooth pull hurt a lot. A week later still hurting called for help and advice . No response. Whether I have a dry socket or not. My primary sent another antibiotic. Said to contact dentist. So far nothing. Two days no response.

Fantastic experience: I went to Meadow Ranch Dentistry deciding weather i would come back or not. I posted a positive review a year ago but I was wrong in my assessment of my previous hygienist. I was not happy with my cleaning. We arrived to the office for our cleaning June 15 2026and i was welcomed in to the room by my new hygienist Alexandria. My what a blessing. She’s kind, patient,caring, and amazing person. She will be the reason i will continue to go back to Meadow Ranch Dentistry. Mind you we live 35 minutes away. But because of her service it’s worth the trip. Also Astrid is also an amazing Dentist!

Negative experience: I came in for an upper denture mold impression. I guess he was a dentist aka Doctor who never introduced himself, he stuffed the plate in my mouth and I started to gag and I was spitting out the stuff that was in the mold. I was trying to sit up, he never apologized or seamed to care. He was gone a Moment later. The office assistant was very helpful and nice as all of them are. I was shocked. This is first negative I can say about the service I had there.

Fantastic experience: The staff has always been very professional and courteous. I was hesitant at first going to Meadow Ranch Dental Care because they were new establishment. My previous experience at dentist offices has not always been good. I have absolutely no regrets. Meadow Ranch Dental Care are fantastic. The staff is great. I would recommend them to anyone who's in search of dental care in the area.

Negative experience: They are a major no for me and my family. They do GENERAL dentist care. So if you have any major issues like extreme sensitivity, your child has a cavity in baby tooth, or adult wisdom tooth, well forget it. You will end up paying for th same service 2x after they refer you out. Money and time wasted. So go to them if you need basic care and maintenance but don't for anything else. I went to them for the 5 star review and it was lack luster. The customer service is nice but on the surface and they have all been trained well in sales. It's a little weird. By the way, if you have a child just take them to a pediatric dentist, and confirm they are comfortable with extractions along with general care. This way you save on time and money.

Positive experience: Everything about this business is great except for office staff that assigned my appointment for 5/12/2026 at 09:00. I arrived ahead of scheduled time only to find out around noon that I didn’t have an appointment till 15:00. My appointment card stated 09:00 for that date. I am not the only person that had a problem with scheduling.

Fantastic experience: The oral surgeon was phenomenal. My mouth has never healed so fast nor have I experienced such a precise quick clean extraction. The price was 10% of what other people required to do the same job. I would give this man a hundred Stars if possible.

Positive experience: The staff were great. The communication was off for sure. I set up 4 appointments for 4 cleanings. 2 at 9, 2 at 930. What i got was 1 at 930, 1 at 10, one at 1030, 1 at 11. I set it up so I wouldn't be at the dentist all day and I was. I also didn't get my teeth cleaned, but scanned with an appointment to come back in 5 weeks for the cleaning.

Negative experience: Called in to have emergency tooth extraction which they confirmed they can do. Got in the chair and all of a sudden they won't pull it. Update: Found a 7:30AM appointment the next morning, tooth was pulled by 9:45 AM.

Fantastic experience: Visits to the dentist office has always been stressful! When you find a dentist practice that checks all the boxes and then some ...you hold on with both hands. My comprehensive exam was thorough and all questions answered.. I left with a plan of action and detailed information regarding my upcoming appointments. Shout out to my hygienist, Stella! She was knowledgeable and professional. The front office staff were helpful and warm I shared my impression of the visit with my sister and she is considering switching to Meadow Ranch. State of the art equipment, thoughtful staff and excellent time management made the experience quite easy.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the customer care team at the front desk to the assistant and doctor were fantastic today. Unfortunately I had a root canal that was done correctly (not performed here) and was experiencing complications. Dr. Gao explained what was wrong, the severity of my infection and recommended removal of the tooth along with extended antibiotic treatment. I appreciate everyone that interacted with me today and I feel I am under great care with the entire team!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I just moved into the area and was wanting to establish service. Shelly was my hygienist and she was amazing and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone at the office was so kinda, friendly and welcoming. While I was still sitting in the dentist chair I texted my family to make appointments at Meadow Ranch Dental Care. I finished my appointment and my mother was standing in gut lobby making an appointment because of my text. She had canceled her appointment at another dentist office just because of my experience. Meadow Ranch Dental Care is Amazing!!!!

Negative experience: This sorry excuse for an office has incorrectly billed me and after literally a year of going back and forth with them they STILL have not resolved this for me. We have talked to the insurance company, talked with the insurance company and them, talked with Mandy who said it would be taken care of. NOTHING. I have a collection notice for a visit I didn't make. This place is either crooked or incompetent. Find another place.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful they could take me almost immediately after I broke a tooth. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Patricia. Dr. Gao went out of his way to fit me in for a temporary crown. And found out they accept my dental coverage, which was a bonus.

Dentist was very nice as well. I never felt they were “looking” for issues. I was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I was. Fantastic experience: I was totally impressed with my experience in every way. I recently had some medical issues to contend with rendering a walking handicap. Every team member went 110% to accommodate me. The services were performed by polite, knowledgeable and caring professionals. The doctor was thorough and clear about the findings from the exam. Fantastic experience: Best dental office! Very clean and everyone is so nice!

Negative experience: This is an in network for my dental insurance and not that far from me. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned. First time there, have to do X-rays and exam. No friendly procedure on X-rays. Then I had to schedule another appointment to have my teeth cleaned but since I hadn’t had them cleaned in several years, I had to have a deep cleaning done which cost me extra but I had no dental issues but a cracked tooth. Then I just went back to have my 6 month cleaning which is covered 100% by my insurance, they said I had to have periodontal maintenance even though I don’t have anything wrong and that they couldn’t do a regular cleaning because I had had the other cleaning prior. I explained that all I wanted was my regular cleaning which I pay insurance for and is covered. Nope, they wouldn’t do it. Needless to say I didn’t get my teeth cleaned. Lesson learned, don’t have periodontal cleaning done. I was very clear when I set up my appointment that all I wanted was a regular cleaning, they didn’t need to waste my time and could of told me then that they wouldn’t do regular cleanings.

Negative experience: Went for my first visit and they insisted on trying to get me to have Invisalign after I told them I was not interested- they still went ahead and imaged my teeth and continued to push the subject: They told me I needed to get a root canal redone even thought it was completely fine. After the dental assistant was done and the dentist came in for all my of 3 minutes the closer came in to talk to me AGAIN about braces! At this point I had been there for about 2 hours most of that imaging me for braces I told them I don’t want right at the beginning of the appointment! My friend also went there and they have giver her such a run around leaving her on hold for over an hour and then saying they would call back and didn’t: I would not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: I have received terrible service at this place. My first appointment with them had been completely deleted from their system yet I had received the text message the day before with the appt confirmation. Then, I was being billed for an existing crown removal which I did not have done and had I not questioned why my bill was so high no one would have noticed and I would have ended up paying for it. Now, after showing up for my appt and waiting for 40 minutes, I asked how much longer the wait was and I was told no one had checked me in and I could not be seen because the dentist went to lunch since he did not know I was there since I had not been checked in. Terrible service.
