Fantastic experience: Just moved into the area. First visit very comprehensive exam, not rushed at all. Pleased with the exam and the entire staff. I had some dental that need to be worked on they were upfront on what need to be done and the cost. Will be returning to have all my dental needs taken care.

Fantastic experience: I drove several hours to see Dr Quinn for a detailed evaluation of a condition which my local dentist had said required multiple extractions and implants. I received a complete dental evaluation along with multiple options for treatment of the condition which I had been told would require implants. I also learned I am not the best candidate for implants due to concurrent medical conditions. For the first time ever, my present dental condition and some very likely future prognosis were fully explained to me. In the past I felt I was being slowly managed into conditions that were destined for further expensive dental procedures. Now I feel Dr Quinn has given me a complete and comprehensive treatment plan which is most likely going to result in the best possible dental health achievable for my age and past history. I have established as a new patient with Dr Quinn and will gladly accept taking a long ride in order to see the best dentist I have ever found. My reconstructive dentistry is progressing beautifully and I am nearing completion! It has been a pleasure working with Dr Quinn and her staff- an impressive group of dental professionals who do great work and treat patients like family.

While you sit in the chair, you have awesome views thru a large window, they have bird feeders and a bird bath, so relaxing to watch. Amazing customer service!! Dr. Kaiser is incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate how thorough and straightforward she was; it makes me feel completely confident in her care. My appointment was for 11:30 and Christine, the dental hygienist, was very puntical and I was seen right away. Christine introduced herself and explained what would take place for my first visit. Dr. Kaiser, my former dentist when I lived in Bonita Springs, Florida is now practicing dentistry at Dr. Quinn Family Dentistry, examined my teeth and presented me with a proposed treatment plan. Dr. Kasier is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. As mentioned above Dr. Kaiser was my dentist when I lived in Bonita Springs, Florida and her dental skills are impeccable. Fantastic experience: If you are in need of a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Quinn Family Dentistry. They have always been amazing, but yesterday evening I had an after hours emergency. The first thing I did was reach out to a former employee, Sylvia White. She instructed me what to do about what had happened and assured me that someone would return my call if I left a message on the emergency line. I think that speaks volumes about someone who’s willing to help an individual when they no longer work at the practice. When she left, they lost a good one. She was always so kind, polite and caring. But as she predicted, within an hour of leaving a voicemail on the emergency line they had me at their office and in the chair by 7PM. I’ll spare you the emergency details, but it was traumatizing to me . I can’t imagine having to go the entire weekend dealing with it. If you are someone that fears going to the dentist and has had previous bad experiences, THIS is the place for you. Their staff is so kind and patient and understanding. Top notch, 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental practice. I went here after having a horrible experience at one of those corporate dental practices. At Dr Quinn Family Dentistry, everyone from the dental tech to Dr Kiser and the scheduling /insurance lady were all so kind and easy to understand. And they even provided some Saratoga bottled water in a glass container. Just top notch service and hospitality.

Negative experience: After 17 years as loyal patients, writing this is not something I take lightly. Over the past several years, we observed a noticeable shift in the practice, including frequent staff turnover and changes in providers. Along with that came a decline in communication and continuity of care. I want to note that our family had consistently positive, conservative care under Dr. Quinn, and the concerns outlined below began only after our children transitioned to Dr. Amy. One concern arose when we were presented MULTIPLE times with treatment recommendations to extract my daughter’s baby teeth, despite confirming they were already naturally loose and expressing that we did not wish to proceed. The primary reason we left, however, was a diagnosis given to our other daughter of 12 cavities, accompanied by a treatment plan totaling several thousand dollars. This was unexpected, particularly because during her routine and orthodontic-related visits, we had consistently been advised only to improve brushing and flossing by both providers. We followed those recommendations closely, including purchasing an electric toothbrush, water flosser, and orthodontic-specific tools. Due to the scope and cost of the proposed treatment, we sought two additional dental opinions after leaving the practice. Both independent evaluations identified only a small number of minor areas to monitor or treat. Additionally, two of the areas identified were related to fillings previously completed by this practice. We also attempted to discuss the original diagnosis directly with the office. During that conversation, responsibility was partially shifted to the orthodontist, and it was stated that the situation “would have been handled differently” {by the other dentist}. No further resolution was provided. When discussing payment options for the proposed treatment plan, we were informed that no in-house payment arrangements or discounts were available, and that third-party financing was the only option. Based on these experiences, including the significant discrepancy between diagnoses, the dismissiveness, the lack of prior indication of extensive decay, and the outcome of multiple independent evaluations, we no longer felt confident continuing care with this practice.

I like her method of cleaning different areas. I'm 83. Dr Quinn very pleasant & explains needed work. She is taking good care of my old teeth. I liked the substitute hygienist very much. Negative experience: Before they would even schedule an appointment for me, the office person insisted that Dr. Quinn does a full set of X-rays, (they would take previous X-rays only if are a “full” set and they can read them - yeah, sure!) and bitewing once a year whether I want it or not. …and she calls herself an “integrative” dentist. Fantastic experience: A 6th star is necessary here. I called several places in Ocala. I was able to get a walk in appointment for an infected tooth the same day! On boarding into their system was fast, simple and I was able to complete before walking in. Dr. Quinns assisstant (please excuse my innability to remember her name) talked me through the process of what was going to take place during the appointment and was very considerate of my pain level. Once we got the xrays taken care of, Dr. Quinn talked with me about a few options I could take to alleviate my issue and explained with imaging what the root of my problem was, pun intended. The state of the art comfort chair was excellent and relaxing unlike other places I have been. The price point was great for my specific visit and I was able to get everything done and get the medication required without breaking the bank.

Fantastic experience: My normal dentist left an emergency contact for his clients. Dr Quinn squeezed me in her busy schedule the same day I called. had an ulcer on my tongue and was very worried that it might be cancer related. The people working there were very kind and understanding and I'm so grateful she took the time to see me immediately. She did an extensive evaluation, and I certainly trusted her as everything she said made sense. A day later I noticed more healing and the sore was getting a little smaller and not as painful. I'm so glad my dentist chose her to cover his office when they were closed. Thank you Dr Quinn.

Fantastic experience: I knew I needed a lot of dental work, and I have been putting it off for at least a few years. I'm very picky about who works in my mouth. I interviewed 6 different dentists, and the estimates were $14k to $25k. Ouch! A bridge for the four front bottom teeth. Those all had to come out and there was quite a bit of bone loss in that area. That was the biggest part but there were other issues including another tooth that had to come out in the top back and some serious gum improvements. I needed a good carpenter for sure. I finally picked Dr. Quinn and her staff. For once I made a right decision. LOL! She came in toward the lower end of the cost spectrum. They were not the cheapest but that's not what was paramount. I want to thank all the fantastic ladies in that office for the wonderful work they did. I'm staying put with Dr. Quinn. Great work ladies. A reasonable price and great results. Hard to find these days. I'm definitely a happy camper with a nice smile now. JR
