Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience at Feeding Hills Dental! The receptionists always greet with a friendly smile and know who you are. Mary is a FANTASTIC hygienist! She leaves you with not only clean teeth, but a true reason to smile. I swapped a couple years ago from Baystate Dental and never looked back! Dr. Mark and the staff NEVER pressure you but educate and offer advice leaving the dental decisions in your court. Overall 10/10 experience here- highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned by Mary today, and she is gentle and thorough. I have been going there now for a few years, and feel very comfortable with her. I go every six months, and she amazingly remembers conversations you had with her in the past. I like that about her because it makes you feel like an individual.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I would not recommend this Dentistry. I was from out of town and I figured I go in for a cleaning and request more information on obtaining braces for a healthy, more better smile. I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. When Dr. Mark Bourcier came out it seemed as if he didn’t want to help me. Very distant and unprofessional. Truly felt as if people who looked like me didnt matter in his establishment (if you know what I mean) Poor communication, poor customer service, dishonesty, misrepresentation. I am a young african american male who been to a good amount of dentist offices and this is by far the second worst establishment I have ever dealt with. My advice- Stay Away!

Positive experience: : my son was(all done after yesterday)a patient there. I only put 3 stars bc the staff was super nice and helpful but I would like to put -1 star for them not notifying clients about the insurance change that took effect last month. of what current insurance is on file that someone has, they should still get a notification letter of any changes because someone's insurance can change too. Should I have called when the new insurance became effective, maybe this could have been avoided, yes. But if a letter also had been sent, it also could have been avoided. I'm not saying but I'm just saying!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Feeding Hills Dental for twenty years. Dr. Bourcier and his wonderful team are amazing! They are all kind, caring and compassion as well as genuine people who take the time to know you and your needs. Whenever I have an issue such as a cracked tooth or new cavity, they get me in within a day or two. They are so responsive to my needs. I moved to Connecticut and drove to them in Massachusetts because I love going there. I have recommended friends who are now patients there! I recommend Dr. Bourcier and his team to anyone looking for a great Dentist and practice.

Dr B is awesome and has brought in a great staff, easy transition and takeover from Dr Willette. I had a tooth filled the other day and it was so painless and easy I wouldn’t mind having another! Always professional, been going here since I was 5 in 1994. Still go today and couldn’t be happier with everything. Top notch

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bourcier's orrice was recommended to me by my orthodontist's office (McKenna & Caban) when I asked the staff there where they go themselves. So I moved from a dentist in Florence MA to Feeding Hills and I'm very happy with my decision.

Fantastic experience: This office was simply wonderful. My father's dentist retired and he needed to be seen ASAP before a surgery. They took him in within 2 days notice. The doctor was very thorough and every one of his staff was super friendly. Office was spotless too. I can see why they have such good reviews. This will be my dentist as well as his going forward. Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and thought I'd have to wait weeks to get an appointment with anyone, as I didn't have a regular dentist yet. FHDC was able to schedule an appt for me within days, Dr. Bourcier was able to fix my tooth that day, and I couldn't have felt more at ease. Everyone at that office is wonderful, and I definitely recommend FHDC to anyone with teeth. :)

I normally have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work but the staff here from the front desk to the doctor were extremely kind and calming, as well as very skilled and efficient. Fantastic experience: Hands down, best dentist. My son had an accident on a trampoline, and knocked out his two front permanent teeth at a birthday party. Dr. Bourcier arrived TO the birthday party within 20 minutes, put the tooth back in, and made a very difficult experience much easier to deal with. The office staff helped walk us through the insurance needs, and was great at fitting us in quickly with appointments. We are so thrilled to have such a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a dentist that comes up with a "specific" plan for "specific" patients that have more than the "regular" dental issues. First visit was great! Receptionist was very nice, dental assistant was great and Dr. Bourcier didn't run when he saw what he had to fix. At no time did I feel embarrassed. He quicky worked his magic with a repair in which he included another tooth. He repaired two teeth perfectly all while staying cool and calm, even after receiving a message that a tree had fallen on his driveway due to a severe storm. Very impressive!!! I was then scheduled for an appointment to come up with a plan to repair currant issues and to prevent future issues. Awesome place with awesome staff!! Thank you so much!! Walked outta there feeling great!

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. Dr. Mark is THE BEST! In the very beginning of the pandemic Dr. Mark made the time to see me in office not once, but twice for emergency root canals all within a weeks time! Both root canals were absolutely painless and healed with no issues. Since then I've seen him for cleanings and a few fillings. He has excellent bed side manors and I feel like he really cares about his patients. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone
