Fantastic experience: Due to some unfortunate circumstances over the last 6 months we have gotten to know Dr Mike better than any mom would ever want to. That being said even after dental work my daughter was never nervous or scared to go back time after time. They were always kind and professional they never rushed. They offered numerous options to resolve the issues we had. The office could use some updating but don’t let it fool you the staff is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing- tgey always find a way to make the kids feel safe and comfortable. They showed the everything and reassurance them everything be easy and quick.

Fantastic experience: My son doesn’t do well in dentist appointments but at Pediatric Dentistry they explain every step before they start and ease him into it. It helps a lot and makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and his technicians we're personable, kind, and knowledge. My son's most recent appointment (May 11, 2026) the technician was so sweet; she was showing my son the instruments that she was going to use and allowing him to touch them as well. My son has autism and so finding a dentist that is aware of his condition and making accommodations and/or going the extra steps is a must! They know how to talk to my son and make him feel at ease at every visit!

Fantastic experience: The waiting room is every child's dream! The staff were very kind and so accommodating. Thank you for the non-judgement as our family have different practices compared to traditional oral hygiene.

Negative experience: The dentist was very kind but did not make me feel like I had options with regard to treatment. Was only given one option and nothing else was even entertained.

Now both our son and daughter are patients here, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they receive. Dr. Pawlowski is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He truly has a way with kids that puts them at ease, even during procedures that can normally be stressful. The entire staff is just as wonderful—professional, welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions or concerns. The office itself is clean, cheerful, and clearly designed with children in mind, which helps make each visit a positive one. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist, which says it all! Fantastic experience: We love coming here, all the ladies in the office are very welcoming, patient and friendly. My daughter has been coming here for 13 years and son now for a year and nothing but compliments to them. Office is always clean and kid friendly with many activities to keep them busy while they wait to be called or for their sibling to be seen. Thank you again for the memorable experiences! Love the no cavity club wall as a nice incentive for the kids!

Fantastic experience: My son was seriously due for the dentist and the Madison office was booking out a while so we scheduled with the New Haven office for this visit. Mari, the hygienist, was wonderful with my son, making him comfortable, and making it fun, thereby earning his cooperation. Dr. Mike came in at the end of the visit and was just as great with my son as Mari. Madison is much closer and more convenient for but, this visit was so good in New Haven, we scheduled his next appt in New Haven as well! I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My girls 8 and 3 yrs old both love this place. They want to come early to play at the lobby area. We had a lovely Hygienist who made the girls feel very comfortable and she did an awsum job. Dr. Mike is great. No cavity club is something the girls look forward to and feel motivated for their next visit.

Your child will feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. My son actually looks forward to his appointments- highly recommend!

Negative experience: The women in the front reception area are very rude. I’ve been bringing my teenagers here since they were toddlers. I could leave you examples, but I won’t. It was an awful experience, for both my daughter and myself. The hygienist and dentist were very nice and professional. We will be looking for another dentist, as we drive over 30 minutes to be treated so poorly.

Fantastic experience: We've been coming here since my son was in preschool. He liked the people and the space so much that he would jump in the chair, put his head back, and open his mouth. Now he's 6'6" and 17, and we just scheduled what will be his last visit. The office staff, the hygienists, and the doctors are so wonderful with kids--and parents. I am so glad I brought my son here, to a practice that specializes in working with children. We will miss this very special place!

Fantastic experience: This is one of my favorite clinics when it comes to my kids’ “doctor appointments”. All the assistants are very good with my girls, they interact with them and assure them throughout the session. As for Dr. Mike Pawlowski, I look forward for the interaction he has with my kids. Thank you Pedriatrics dentistry for a great experience each time. A quick update: my daughter now asks me to visit the dental office as a “fun activity” can’t get better than that!

Fantastic experience: My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! Everything from the slide in the waiting room, to choosing from multiple flavors, to posting their name on the “no cavity club” wall. It’s really a fun experience for them! And I’ve appreciated their patience and kindness, especially during my son’s first visit when he struggled with his gag reflex. We ended up having to reschedule because of it but still got an adorable Polaroid to take home commemorating his first visit. Like I said, this is a fun office!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved my kids to this practice because the prior dentist practice they were in just didn't really work that well with kids. The hygienists here was amazing, super friendly and really made my 4 year old feel comfortable. Dr. Amy was just as great and very helpful with any concerns I had.

Fantastic experience: They are the absolute best. Dr. Mike and Dr. Gabriel are caring, thorough and competent providers. They go above and beyond for their patients. Two of my kids, both with special needs go here and they've accommodated them so well. The dental hygienists and assistants are also all wonderful. We usually see Mari and Tara as well as many others. It's always a good experience. They are trauma informed and well versed on providing high quality dental care for kids with special needs. I never have an issue getting an emergency appointment when needed and their New Haven location is very convenient with plenty of parking in their lot. The women at the front desk Angelica and Shirley(?) are great as well. I really appreciate this practice and recommend them very highly. Thank you!

Positive experience: Great dental office. Always provide the best care and make my daughter feel comfortable.

Negative experience: This past couple a time the appointment was giving only on their convenience time. I tried to reschedule few time. They would pushed back appointments up to three months later. My kids have cavities but they didn’t care her cavities could get worse. Because of there convenient time I had to missed work and my daughter also had to missed school. Top of that they were late and staff member was not that honesty about their timing. I was told again and again they’ll take me in a few minutes and it turn into 45 minutes. I feel staff members were unprofessional. I have been with your dentist for 14 years. Lately I have had bad experiences.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place for pediatric dental care, especially if you have a child nervous about a dental visit. They have a sensitive approach. Their staff is very welcoming, pleasant and professional. They explain every step they are doing to make your child (as well as parents) feel comfortable. You can definitely tell they know how to work with kids. I was very impressed. Dr. Mike is very funny, friendly and made sure any questions or concerns we had were answered.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite practice. Staff are always professional, kind and attuned to children with special needs and their families. I wish this practice model could be replicated statewide in other practices and hospital settings.

Negative experience: This practice is highly unprofessional!! I have been coming to this Office on State st for 10 yrs. My experience in the beginning was nothing short of amazing. Throughout the years many faces have changed and so has the level of care and consideration. They're not accomdating for families with more than 2 children. Dismissing someone from the program, then sending a reminder notice for an appointment is ridiculous. Furthermore not sending any notifications stating that, is even more wild. Their district manager is also very rude. I recall being told that it would be hard for me to find another dentist based on our insurance. It is disappointing to leave somewhere we've been comfortable and my children have formed a bond with Dr. Mike. It was much better under the previous management.

Fantastic experience: My three children has been coming here for a 2 years or so, & I absolutely haven’t regret it! They are so attentive with the children very gentle. Kid friendly office. I’ll recommend them to anyone looking for such a great family friendly dentist.
