Negative experience: Seems inexperienced. I wanted to get a flipper for a missing tooth. She said it couldn't be done. I forgot the reason she gave me. I was going to get one made immediately at Downtown Dental. I didn't have the funds at that time

Fantastic experience: I am delighted to be a patient in this dental practice. My dentist of 20 years retired, and Dr. Bayliss has been a perfect fit. She is very professional, her dental skills are excellent, she has great communication skills, and on top of all that … she is friendly. I just had my teeth cleaned by one of the practice’s dental assistants, Lisa. She did an excellent job scrapping off plaque and polishing my teeth. I actually did not gag when she took X-rays of my teeth. Also great communication skills - she kept me laughing even when my mouth was full of equipment. I would highly recommend this dental practice in West Haven.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists throughout the years with mouth issues and in 59 and a half years this was clearly the best dentist efficient right to the point never pushing more than needed just clearly professional and pleasant and those are two things you don't get very much these days great job. Great dentist good job doc. This is a post update. Had a molar removed slightly infected, becoming very painful. The doctor gave me medications to relieve the pain before removing the tooth and I've had 10 teeth removed in the back of my mouth. This was the best most painless flawless remover with awesome equipment and great people removing my tooth. If you don't go to this dentist, you're missing out from the secretary at the front to the cleaning people to the nursing staff that helps the doctor awesome across the board. Bless this dentist. They're the best
