I don’t think I’ve ever had a great experience in my life, until today. I wish I would have gotten my hygienists name. She was truly amazing. She kept checking in with me. Gentle. Just truly great at her job. I can’t wait to go back for my 6 month cleaning!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! My appointment was for 9 am. I got my cleaning and they were able to fill my cavities all in the same day. I do have to go back one more time but it makes sense not getting too much work done in one sitting. I waited 30 minutes in between but had the time and scheduled it that way. I am so pleased with the dentist attentiveness. He took the time to ask me questions and answer my questions. He was so kind and respectful. He didn’t treat me like a stranger and was sincere. During the procedure- he applied numbing gel- he shook my cheek to easy the pain of the needle and went easy on the Novocaine. I like how he didn't over use it- it wore off pretty quickly and my lips weren’t going sideways I didn’t feel like I was gonna bite my tongue or chew my cheek - for one tooth -he told me I didn’t even need the novocaine -he was able to fill without it and I had no pain. The hygienist was great- both of them. They made sure I wasn’t drowning- by using the straw to suck the fluid out. That gives me anxiety and they were both great. The only thing I would recommend is letting the patients know there’s a fee for parking. I pulled in early and tried to call several times to ask if it was for pple going to their office but the receptionist didn’t answer. Payment is required for anyone parking there- so I paid it using the QR code. There is also a person in a booth when you walk inside and can pay there. It’s not too much- $5 with tax and tech charge for 3 hours. Be careful tho- to add another hour if you stay later is another 6$ if you think you’ll be more than 3 have someone drop and pick you up or pay when you first park for the entire time. I believe it’s less $ It’s Worth every penny to go back. Every other place I’ve been - didn’t give me this experience and that’s why I’ll be back. See you soon Chapel Dental! 02/9/26 My child went there today- if you Pay Inside it’s 4$ for parking they have an attendant or another machine to the side to use credit card only - started 2/1/26 Dentist was again incredible! My child had no cavities and got a thro cleaning from the hygienist- same comments from above Highly recommend For adults and their children.

Fantastic experience: I came in today in severe pain and they were able to squeeze me in. The staff was pleasant, the nurse was very helpful, and the doctor was patient and took the time to explain my X-ray clearly. I truly appreciated the care and compassion. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I've had good experiences in the past at Chapel St. before, specifically with the Dentist that did an excellent job fixing my front tooth, but today (1/30/26) was a completely different story. The Dental Assistant that cleaned my teeth did well until it came to a small calculus build up on my wisdom tooth. This, I might add, is also a wisdom tooth that does not give me any pain (as well as the 3 others I still have). I asked the Dental Assistant did she scrape the tooth after the cleaning to which she replied, "Yes," but after I checked in the mirror, the build up was still there. She later ignored me when I returned to the waiting room. Terrible experience this time around.

Negative experience: dentist wouldn’t see me for TWO weeks despite me telling them I had an emergency - massively swollen abscess, fever, could barely speak, excruciating pain. I understand not squeezing me same day - though I was an existing patient and subsequent dentists I called were extremely concerned and made time same day - but a dentist knowing of that and still declining to not see me for two weeks is negligent at best. The receptionist’s rude, arrogant tone was unlike any I’ve encountered in a professional setting.

Positive experience: My first time going there where I normally go I couldn't get an appointment with them to like August and I didn't want to wait that long. So I found them and I got an appointment in a few days which was today the 25th. I believe I had called Monday so it worked out thus far and I have no complaints. What I needed done is going to only take like 2 weeks which is really good so I'm sure I'll be satisfied only reason I gave them (4) I had to wait like maybe 30 minutes 35 minutes that's the only reason why I gave them (4 ) stars my appointment was at 11:30 My wait time was at least 30 minutes and I was on time. To be exact I was actually early 30 minutes early. That's my only pet peeve they will courteous place was clean I just didn't like waiting 30 minutes but yes I would recommend them

Negative experience: Went to get a root canal done and the dentist couldn’t finish it so he put a temporary filling and said he’s gonna try again later. Never coming here again after waiting forever for him to not even do his job. Now I have to find a different dentist to finish whatever he did

Negative experience: My dental hygienist was very lazy. I asked if she would floss my teeth and she said after the visit/ assessment from the doctor and never did. I had to ask her to get the back of my teeth because she didn’t clean each individual tooth.

Negative experience: I came to my appointment and they said they're running behind and won't be able to do the job. When I was scheduling, I asked to schedule an appointment to replace a filling which fell out. However when I came, the receptionist said that the appointment is for consolation only and that they are unable to do the filling. I asked her to confirm it with the dentist and, after talking to him, she said that he refused to DO THIS JOB AT ALL BECAUSE I GRIND MY TEETH (without looking at my teeth at all and without knowing what it is about) - just because he didn't have time. It is unacceptable and just ridiculous. Avoid -they will just waist your time because they don't know how to manage their practice.

Fantastic experience: Chapel Street Dental has been taking care of my teeth since they opened. Always friendly, always helpful. Conscientious about discomfort. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. And they did a miraculous job on my partials- offering me a reasonable payment plan. I highly recommend them. Very hygienic too!

Fantastic experience: First walked in for a filling that fell out (“dental emergency”) with zero hope that they would take me that day as a new patient especially. Shockingly, they accommodated me that day AND the woman at the front desk is so kind and thorough. She handled all calls to my insurer trying to make sure I could be seen. Procedure was refilling a big hole in a molar. It was done quickly with zero pain during or after. Even the numbing was appropriate and didn’t last ages post procedure. All in all I might have spent an hour at the dentist all together (including intake, insurance, wait, and procedure). They set me up with a follow up cleaning and check up about 2 weeks or so later as I’ve been without dental insurance for about a decade. My 2nd appointment my old insurance had lapsed and the woman at the front desk again went to work trying to help me figure it out and then trying to figure out my NEW dental insurance info using just my medical card. I missed my appointment block but she still got me seen that day! Perfect downtown convenient location. Good people. Professional service. The dentist(s) are very kind and accommodating. Dental assistants also do a great job.

This is the first dentist that actually wanted to help save my teeth and took me as a person into consideration. Fantastic experience: My first visit I showed up on a Friday and my appointment wasn’t until Monday, but they saw me anyway, and I only waited less than 10 minutes. The staff was am and and the doctor was very informative and helpful. Definitely an office I plan on staying with.
